Since I have been drinking a lot of sweet and tasty lately, I welcomed two bottles of sparkling wine. One of them was my first bottle of "Otters" at home.
Yamadanishiki, 45% polished rice, 14% alcohol by volume.
The aroma is very fruity 😊While it's shuwah in your mouth, it goes down dry 🤔The alcohol is low and easy to drink 🤤It's getting hotter and might be a good alternative to beer 😁The downside? was the type of lid that wouldn't close once you opened it if you were going to drink it over a couple of days or so💦Delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.
