I saw a lot of people posting "Soga Perle Ephis" on saké.com, so I wanted to try it 😳I asked the clerk about it and he said "it's only available in small quantities, so it all goes to restaurants. I think it will be difficult to get it 😱. Nanbu Bijin" which we picked up together with "Kinjaku". I found out that Yuzo Special is a junmai-shu suitable for warming up sake, which the executive director makes with the aim of making it "the ultimate food sake". I didn't know that and drank it cold... 💦 Also, I thought "Yuzan" meant "Mishinbo" 🤣. Miyamanishiki, 60% polished rice, 18% alcohol by volume. I bought it because I was attracted by the name Nanbu Bijin and Yuuzan Umihara, so I thought it would be sweet and tasty, but it was spicy and tasty 😁It was a little tingly and dry due to the strong alcohol content 😊I wish I could have tried it heated... it was delicious!
