I've been getting a lot of bamboo shoots lately, but after making bamboo shoot rice, simmered dish, and Chinese stir-fry, I ran out of repertoire 😅After much thought, I tried deep frying tempura at home for the first time 💪I also happened to get some more tarappe so I fried them all 😊Since seasonal foods are delicious, I'm going to make some more sake 🤤. Sake is also on the way 🤤. Take-no-koma-da-amattaru! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Today we have a popular Collage 😁. It is made from Omachi rice, 50% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume. It's stable deliciousness 🤤It's sweet and tasty and has a nice sharpness. I think it has a stronger sweet-umami 🤔Kinoseikana🤣That was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Good evening, Mr. CHAPE! I'm happy to receive bamboo shoots, but it's hard to eat them when there are so many 🤣. When I'm tired of simmered or stir-fried, I eat them Western style with tomatoes and cheese 😉.
