I've been getting a lot of bamboo shoots lately, but after making bamboo shoot rice, simmered dish, and Chinese stir-fry, I ran out of repertoire 😅After much thought, I tried deep frying tempura at home for the first time 💪I also happened to get some more tarappe so I fried them all 😊Since seasonal foods are delicious, I'm going to make some more sake 🤤. It is made from Omachi rice, 50% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume.
It's stable deliciousness 🤤It's sweet and tasty and has a nice sharpness. I think it has a stronger sweet-umami 🤔Kinoseikana🤣That was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.
