I also bought Gobashi wa:in, Keiraku Tojo Yamadanishiki, and Daimine Fuyu no Otoshiri to fulfill the purchase requirement. Each of them were all delicious 😋. Now let's open the bottle 🤗I carefully opened the bottle to drink the top clear liquid, but then it started to ollie dance 💃! It was all mixed at once 😄Let's have some 🎵. The fruity taste and umami with a slight bitterness in the second half! Everything is in harmony like the Vienna Choir 🥹. Now let's announce the results of the nigori festival 📣. If you are looking for sweet and sour freshness, it's "Otosore" in winter! If you are looking for bittersweet, crisp and refreshing, go for "Yukigumo". Hirotogawa for a balance of sweet and bitter Jikin for beautiful harmony Hmmm... it's hard to choose which one is the winner 😫. The balance of Jigin was the best, but J&N dares to go for Sesshokumo 🤔. But hey...you all already know that, right? Nigori Festival (1) We are proud to announce the opening of the J&N family Nigori Festival ‼️ We held this festival at the beginning of the year, but we had to drink 6 bottles at that time, and we had the problem of getting bored in the middle 😅This time, we tried to have as few sakes as possible that we couldn't drink last time 🤗. The participants were the following 4 sakes! Daimine Winter no Otoshiri: First time to drink this sake since the name was changed from Yuki-Onna-san. Yukigumo Nigori: I couldn't buy it last year, so I joined this year for the first time! Hirotogawa Nigori: This is the second year in a row that I have participated in this event, and it was the winner of last year's Novy. Jikin Nigori: Finally got it 🥹! The first one I had was Winter no Otosore! I had a Snow Onna before, but it's been two years since then: ‼️ I've already been brainwashed by many people saying Muscat 😅. I opened the bottle without any blowout! Sweet aroma wafts through the air 😌. The first sip starts off with a gentle sweetness, which is balanced by a slight acidity with a touch of gas 😋. It's a perfect bottle to open the season 🤗. On the second day, it becomes rounder and more delicious: ⤴️ OK...I'll go next time! Let's go next time! Oh! I have an announcement to make. My insurance has covered the replacement of the windshield on my car and I no longer have to pay out-of-pocket 🤗. Now I can buy 100 bottles of alcohol 🤣.

I'm going to move on to 寫楽💃 I haven't had a drink at 寫楽 in over a year, so I'm looking forward to it 😍. I'll be having this one with Riedel too: ‼️ Hanayu was a bit of a surprise, but the 寫楽 has a sweet, bubbly aroma 😌. I took a sip and wow, this is delicious! This is delicious 🥹! The sweetness, bitterness, and acidity come together to create a deep, balanced, gentle, and calm taste 😋. Okay, let's see if I can tell you which one I like better! All of us said "寫楽〜😙" in unison 🤗. I knew we like this kind of thing... ☺️ Well, it's just a matter of taste since we're comparing two drinks with perfect scores 😅. A story from a while ago. I was looking at the fridge of a liquor store I hadn't visited in a while, and I thought, 🤔I wonder if this is wine🍷 flavored? I had a gut feeling that it might be wine 🤔🍷 flavor and brought it here without looking at the label too much😊. When I looked closely before drinking it, I found that the notation on the front of the label, which I thought was written in English, was actually in Roman characters (❗️). I read the romaji and found out that it is a Jungin sake made with wine yeast and is a secret sake of Gobashi 😳. They are so clever as to release it on the third Thursday of November to compete with Beaujolais 😤😁. You're a Japonais ❓ Beaujolais or Gokyolais ❓ that's their catchphrase 🤣. I'll have some 🎵! Hmmm! This is an unusual taste 🤔It's sweet and acidic, but I can feel a lot of sweetness! I go to the liquor store every week and buy nigori sake... It really is released every week this time of the year! So I bought a nigori of Isshaku-Suisei and an ogara-mi of Sharaku! Very well balanced and relatively dry! It can be paired with all kinds of snacks, and it's very cost-effective too!

I've always wanted to try drinking Hato Masamune🐦‼️ Nobby took a detour on his way back from his parents' house and captured it for me at Ikeda Sake Shop 🤗. Finally my wish came true 🥹. I opened the bottle! When I poured it into a boar cup, I could see the piquancy and my expectations were high 😋. Oh, wow! I can feel a hint of apple 🍎, a full-bodied sweetness and a crisp acidity! This is delicious 😍 and all voices agreed 🥹. I was gulping down just the top clear liquid 😆 but when I mixed the oli, the sweet and sour taste and the bitterness added to it made the drink go down even further🤗Yummmm~! I drank it after Genmai's, and while Genmai's Kinmon Nishiki was delicious, it was also a little too sweet for its richness 😅I realized again that we like this kind of refreshing taste 🤔. The white dove brought me happiness and I'm going to become a dove chu devotee 😁I want to taste other doves too! And the cute bottle of white dove has been added to Nobby's collection of empty bottles (3rd one) 🥰.

I've been wanting to try this Hirotogawa and I got the newly released Junmai Daiginjo! When I opened the bottle yesterday, it seemed to disappear as soon as I drank it, which left me feeling a little underwhelmed, but the second day after opening it, it was seriously badass and too delicious! The aroma is reserved and clear, but very elegant, and the taste is crisp and light with good bitterness and umami spreading all over the mouth. Sake is so deep and fun to drink because it changes after opening the bottle!
