Good aroma when poured into a glass😃.
The mouthfeel is soft and slightly thickened. The sweetness is spreading, but with good acidity and sharpness, very tasty 🍶.

When I got home and tried to talk to Nobby about it, he preemptively attacked me saying "the question is whether we should drink tea tonight or not 🤔" 😆 I was waiting for him and he countered with "of course we should drink 🤗" and the party started👍.
I got this with the points I got when I bought the first three tanks! We finished the three brothers the other day, so we decided to open a bottle of this one too, even though it's an ordinary day 😊.
I'm going to drink it at home for the first time in a while since I had a nigori at the end of last year!

The first taste is umami and sweetness, followed by a fruity acidity with a hint of gas 😚 and then a bitterness that comes later and is quite strong 😅It left a lingering taste on my tongue at first, but as I continue drinking it with the food, it brings happiness to my mouth. ☺️

Finally, the last one is "SEME" 🤗I don't know why I've never bought a bottle 😅This is the second time I've bought a Yongo bottle ‼️ Last time I enjoyed it at half time of the nigori festival 😊.

Oh ho😍this is juicy and distinctly different from the previous two bottles 😌juicy but with a rich umami flavor and volume👍
All of them are delicious and I was comparing them evenly while feeling happy 🥲At this point, I decided to do a J&N style assemblage at the end 🤗 and the first tank mix of 250mL is ready ‼️
What? How did I know the exact amount? Because as you can see in the picture, I mixed it with a measuring cup 😆.
The remaining amount of the blame was a little bit too much for the first tank of mix 😁 but after mixing it, it was still similar to the middle one 😚 but the flavor was so rich that mixing it was the right choice!
I enjoyed the comparison of the three brothers in the same tank!
But if you ask me which one is the best ❓... I guess the attack of "Arabashiri" is the most impressive 🤔.

I've had this one in a bottle and a bottle of No. 4 in the past, and in an old post I wrote that it's a really good grape juice 😚.
It's more subdued than the Arabashiri, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity and a juicy mouthfeel that is irresistible 🤤.
It's really good!
By the way, I'm in the middle of a fun drinking comparison post 😅I'm approaching the dreaded time when I have to set a date for my physical checkup 😞.

We drove to a liquor store together 🚗 and went to a distant liquor store that we hadn't been to in a long time and got a bottle of unselfish Shinshu Kamerei 🤩 and then went to the liquor store we wanted to go to 💨.
There is it 😁 3 kinds of Genmai!
This one was chosen from among them 🤗.
Then I'll have a sip 😋Slightly sweet aroma, I guess.
When you take a sip, it's so rich and sweet. ☺️ After drinking it for a while, sweet and sour taste seems to be added to it. The overall taste is calm and balanced with a lingering sweetness that lasts for a long time 😍.
Quintessential Genmai 👍.
On a different note, here's what happened to Jay last weekend.
We had dinner at his father's place for the first time in a while 🍚.
Jay and his sister were pouring beer 🍻 and his father said, "I'll have one too ❗️". But I didn't want him to wobble and get hurt 😅😅 so I got my dad a ginger ale instead.
I toasted him and took a sip and he said "I haven't had a drink in a long time, just one drink makes me feel faint ☺️" and I thought "no, why not?
I was thinking "because it has gin in it 😲".................................................after some silence we had a good laugh😂.
I'm happy to be able to feel good with non-alcoholic drink 🤗.

But as we drank more and more of it, the deliciousness grew and grew 😋 ‼️ The mouthfeel was good, and the sweetness and acidity became a mass of deliciousness 😋.

The Senkori Arabashiri was so light and delicious that Nobby couldn't help but say, "It's so good! I think he asked me what I was drinking 😆.
I was able to get into Zoom with no problem, but the sound was tinny even with my PC speakers turned up to max 😓.
I had been using it for a while, but I remembered I had a cheap conference mic speaker I bought on Amazon for home use, and I connected it to the Zoom mesh and now I can hear everyone's conversation louder 😀.
However, we couldn't mute our own microphones for the life of us 😥.
I think I might have spilled some of our normal conversation 😙.
My memory of the second half is a little hazy though 🤤.
