The first day of the third vaccine was fine, but the second and third days I'm sober due to fatigue and slight fever 😭The first and second time was nothing. 😵💫 I often see sake made with wine yeast, so I got Houou Mita to have a Tochigi sake among them. I haven't had it since Heki-ban which was gorgeous, but the wife seems to like Houou Mita 😊. Yamadanishiki, 55% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume. It is a nigori sake, so there is lees at the bottom, but when you open the bottle, the lees mixes with the effervescence and a gaseous feeling spreads to your mouth 😳 like Calpis soda, giving it a silky mouthfeel. The sweetness of the lees comes and it finishes rather dry 🤔I thought it might have a strong acidity since it is called wine yeast, but it didn't 😅It was gone in no time 🤣This was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.
