Toast Festa with Tochigi Local Sake🤗Extra Edition In the middle of the event! A sake presented by Mr. Ars appeared at our table! I've seen him often at Sake-no-wa, but this is my first time to see him at this timing! Wow, it is full of calm tropical fruitiness and sweetness, as if it has been aged at a low temperature. It is full of richness and umami-kuchi, and it makes me want to drink more. We each had two glasses poured for us, and we enjoyed our meal. I looked up the reason for the great taste and found out that this sake store keeps their fresh sake in a -10℃ ice-cold aging freezer. I would definitely like to visit them again 🚗.

A lot has been going on and I'm a little behind on posting 😓. We had a Chunchun🐧 at home, but he was waiting for us due to his sobriety period. tkmts said I should take it early, so despite my doubts, I was chosen as the 4th person to come out of my sobriety! The bottle is finally open! Oh, what a nice aroma 😌! And very juicy! But it has a strong bitterness and it feels like it's coming down on you. I've been drinking lighter ones since I started my sobriety, but I'm glad I can enjoy this one 😊. Decided to concentrate on this one after comparing two other bottles at the same time! Decided to go with Chun Chun you👍 and drank it all👍 What happened during my sobriety:. After 20 days of sobriety, Nobby said "I might not need to drink any more alcohol" 😱 I was worried, but after one drink, he said "I knew it tasted good! The real thing is different." And as a result, he came back stronger than before he stopped drinking 😄.

I saw a lot of people posting "Soga Perle Ephis" on saké.com, so I wanted to try it 😳I asked the clerk about it and he said "it's only available in small quantities, so it all goes to restaurants. I think it will be difficult to get it 😱. Nanbu Bijin" which we picked up together with "Kinjaku". I found out that Yuzo Special is a junmai-shu suitable for warming up sake, which the executive director makes with the aim of making it "the ultimate food sake". I didn't know that and drank it cold... 💦 Also, I thought "Yuzan" meant "Mishinbo" 🤣. Miyamanishiki, 60% polished rice, 18% alcohol by volume. I bought it because I was attracted by the name Nanbu Bijin and Yuuzan Umihara, so I thought it would be sweet and tasty, but it was spicy and tasty 😁It was a little tingly and dry due to the strong alcohol content 😊I wish I could have tried it heated... it was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

I don't know if it's true but it's only available at Kobayashi Sake Shop 😆The picture of the sparrow is cute😍. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 15%, Yamadanishiki raw. The aroma is nice and when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami come in a big rush and then it just goes straight to the top 🤤 The most amazing sharpness I've ever had! 😳The sweetness is strong but it doesn't bother me because of the sharpness...delicious~ 🤭The information about "Sake no Wa" is very useful 🤣Thank you for the treat 🙏.
