The more I start drinking different types of sake, the more I forget the taste 😅Toshikaner 😭 when I let time pass after finishing it.
So I'm going to write down everything I've accumulated during GW 💪.
I've had my eye on this brand for a while because of the cool name. There was Yamadanishiki and Omachi, but I chose Omachi this time 😆.
Omachi, 50% polished rice, 16% alcohol.
The label on the back says it is aged for multiple years, but it's hard to do in my small fridge 😅I wonder how the taste changes? Thanks for the 🤔Thank you 🙏.
