The taste of Hachitan-Nishiki is strong (of course...), sweet and delicious 😋. Let's forget about the bad things by drinking good sake 😌. May the corona stop soon 😂Thank you for the drink 🙏.

The wife said "Sake Omoi..." due to the heat of the day, so we went to beer and highball... I couldn't reduce it at all, so the pace was drastically reduced 😭 First time at SEA🏖️ for Akabu! Blue bottle with sparkling light✨It's summer 😊. Gingin Ginga is 60% polished rice, 13% alcohol. It's tasty but light, crisp and easy to drink ヽ(=´▽`=)ノ. I can sleep without air conditioner because of the rain recently, but on a hot day when I can't sleep without air conditioner, beer or soda might be easier to drink 😭.

Aizan, 80% polished rice, 15% alcohol. Aiyama, 80% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume. It tastes sweet and full 🤔I wonder if it's a sharp muscle woman because it has a nice sharp taste 😁I was drinking it with Aizan from Genmai and it's also delicious 😋I must attack Gunma from now on 💪Thank you for the treat 🙏.

I'm chape, preaching my love for Tochigi but putting off Tochigi sake 😂I visited Sekiguchi San, a new sake store, and they were mainly dealing with Tochigi sake, so I welcomed the "figure" of new Tochigi sake. Gohyakumangoku, Polishing ratio 55%, Alcohol 15.8 deg. It is an active nigori sake. It's been a hot day, so it's nice to enjoy it with ice. It is nigori sake, so it has a strong rice flavor and was very crisp and tasty. Thank you very much for your kindness 🙏. Tochigi Ai ♥

First time in幻舞🎉First time in Aishan🎊. I went to Kenmoku San to look for some Gemmai, and they had a few, so I chose this pink one that looked like it was a limited edition 😊. I thought it had an unusual name, but Kenmoku's wife told me it was "Aizan's i" 🤭. Aizan, 55% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume. The toji is Ms. Mariko Chino. I have not had a female toji since 😳Amami 😁My first impression of Aizan is that it has a strong sweetness! I opened another Aizan along with this one and compared them, but both of them had sweetness in the front, so I wonder if Aizan is characterized by sweetness? 🤔This was a delicious saké with unique rice! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

This is my first time to try Bodo yeast. I googled and researched but I don't know the difference between Namahashi, Yamahashi and Bodaihashi 😂. Omachi, 65% polished rice, 16% alcohol. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity? Complex taste 🤔This is delicious 😳I wasn't expecting it to be normal because of the plain label, but I liked it 😊I wonder if the brewing process called Bodai Hashiro was good? I like it 🤔 But why didn't I feel any gas at all even though I was told to be careful when opening the bottle because it contains carbon dioxide gas? I opened the bottle in the bath just to be safe but it was a bit of a letdown 🤭I guess I let the gas out... 😭 but it was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

The summer version of Snow Fantasy ⛄ which I drank in winter and liked very much is red in winter and blue in summer... I guess winter is Christmas color, but the image color of the season is the opposite, which is omoshiro🤭. Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 9 degrees! To be honest, I can't tell the difference in taste between the winter version and the winter version since there is a gap between the two, but it is as delicious as ever 😋 Slightly carbonated, sweet and sour. I knew this was the most white wine-like 😊It's not like sake in a good way. It's low alcohol and small in quantity so it was gone in no time 😋 I wish I could have had it again 😋 It was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

The fridge was full, so I was about to pass by Mashidaya, but then I checked Twitter to make sure they had the limited edition Collage! I was about to leave when I saw on Twitter that there was a limited edition Collage! I don't know what the dot SAKE project is, but the bottle has a picture of a FF character and NES-style dot characters 😊Yumu no Kou from Fukushima, 90% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume. It was a challenge to see how clear the taste could be without polishing the rice too much. It tastes refreshing despite the low rice polishing, but I don't think it has the usual sharpness 🤔The QR code video recommended warming it up with cheese and honey, so I had it warmed up with cream cheese and honey...yumashiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.... I'm basically trying to only buy sakes under 2K, so I was surprised to see almost 4K on the bill. Why is it so expensive for low milled rice💦next time I'll give you a cheaper price 😂That was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

I'm an old man, so I can't help it. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. This is a summer sake that I was lured in by the jazzy label. Miyamanishiki, 55% polished rice, 15% alcohol. It has sweetness and umami, with a hint of sourness🤔It is a summer sake with an emphasis on sourness, but it is not strong and comes on gradually afterwards. I think it is my favorite summer sake so far 😋This was delicious 😊Thank you for the food 🙏.

I tend to buy a lot of brands that are not sold in Utsunomiya because they are sold at Saito Sake Shop San 😂. This is my first visit to Haneya. I googled "Haneya" and found Ken Shimura's favorite brand 😳It seems it was Ken's favorite brand 😊I'm getting excited whether I like it or not 🤭. The specs are undisclosed and the alcohol content is 13% unfiltered low alcohol raw sake 😳The name and label are sparkling ✨The juicy acidity is refreshing. The low alcohol content also makes it easy to drink 😁It can be served cold or with ice 🙆🙆. I regularly see "stair fall" and "milk commercial" comedy on You Tube and other sites, but it's still funny no matter how many times I watch it now 🤣Cheers to Kensan 🙏Thanks for the treat 🙏.

I wish I could have drunk it when it was hotter...I put ice in it to make it more refreshing 🤭. The adult calpis soda felt right, but the adult lemon squash didn't quite hit the spot 💦 delicious! The third one of Kouei Chrysanthemum 😄. I googled the name of the flower Harujion from the picture on the back label, and found that it is a poverty grass 🫣. I thought about it, when I was in elementary school, we were all saying "poor grass" 😅Is it just in my hometown? 😅Is it just my hometown? 💦 Low glutelin rice Chunyang, 15% alcohol. Sweet, sour and slightly bitter🤔I didn't feel it had more character than the previous two... maybe because most of the sake we're comparing are summer sake with a strong sour taste? The wife bought the cute little ghost label 👻 that you jacked off to. It glows in the dark for fun 😄. With a ghost sticker as a bonus 😁. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 16.5 degrees. It has a strong acidity and a strong flavor. It is very refreshing when cooled and served on the rocks, which is recommended, as it reduces the acidity and makes it even more refreshing. Sakura City event that I learned about through a Facebook announcement from Kenmoku Shoten San The 1st SAKE Fes in SAKURA SQUARE". I participated in the last part of the "1st SAKE Fes in SAKURA SQUARE" event, which I learned about from a Facebook announcement by Kenmoku Shoten-san. The participation fee was 1,000 yen, which included a tasting of 8 breweries x one cup and a sake cup as a souvenir. Except for Nikka Whisky, we were able to get sake from nearby places. However, they were all served in the same clear plastic cups, so it was hard to tell which was which while drinking with a glass of sake in my hand. The only thing that left an impression on me 😅 was the drunken summer of the East Rikishi 😊Mrs. Wife said it smelled like watermelon when she smelled it with her nose, so I smelled it and it really did smell like watermelon🤣 placebo maybe? I heard you can drink other brands if you buy additional tickets, but for my family 8 glasses and some otsumami was just right 😁The rain stopped during the day and there were many customers in the last part of the event 😆. We took a walk to Kenmoku San and bought a bottle of sake😄 Looking forward to next year's event 🤭Thanks for the food 🙏.

A staple in our house during this season. Momo Daifuku from Matsuya. Delicious as always 🤤If you are in Utsunomiya this time of year, be sure to visit 😊. Summer Collage The 5th Collage 💪. Summer Gin light nigori. The rice is 21% Yamadanishiki, 78% Yume-no-Kou, 50% polishing ratio, 16% alcohol by volume. It is sweet and tasty with good acidity and a long aftertaste. The first day was different from the other Kuraku, but the second and third days, it tasted better and better. Thank you very much!

I imitated someone drinking it on the rocks and drank it with ice in the boar cup and loved it 😍I was afraid it would be too thin. I was afraid that it would be too thin, but since most summer sake has a sour taste, I personally find it easier to drink it with ice 😊. Last time I enjoyed Mimuro Sugi's Spring Hana-Kyun, so I bought the summer limited edition Summer Jun 💪 Yamada Nishiki, 65% polished rice, 14% alcohol by volume. A little low alcohol 😄Slight sweetness, rice flavor, acidity & bitterness. It was refreshing 🤤. It has the same aroma and taste as Hana-kyun 🤔Mimuro Sugi It's great that it has the characteristics that make you feel like you're drinking Mimuro cedar 🤔That was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

It took me a long time to find a store and then buy it, but I've got it 🫡... 😭... Omachi, 50% polished rice, 16% alcohol. Aroma? Taste? The sweet and sour taste is followed by bitterness....the umami is also thick and delicious.... It was delicious! No wonder it's so popular 😊Thank you 🙏.

I feel that I prefer summer sake in a boar cup rather than a Burgundy glass...strange 🤭I think that most sake in a Burgundy glass has a strong bitter taste 🤔. The rice polishing ratio is 55%, the alcohol content is 14%, and the black malted rice is used for the second fermentation sparkling in the bottle. Mashidaya San's twitter introduced it as full of sweetness, but it's a little dry 😅sour and slightly effervescent nigori...it's refreshing 😊That was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

Chrysanthemum 🎉 Every year we used to sell a drink called Beyond X, but this year it's Beyond C. Get over Covid-19, that's chic 😁 We've been tormented by Corona, but I think people are finally starting to move a little after the 3rd vaccine 😭 No more mambos! Get over the Corona 💪😆. So no Mai, 29% polished rice, 15% alcohol. I thought it might be a little expensive, but at 29%, I guess it's a good price? It has a sweet and tangy taste. Is the umami deep? Thick? It is very juicy and clear. I'm sure it's delicious 🤤Thank you 🙏.
