This is a wine that is, in a sense, one of perfection: light on the palate with yeast No. 6, low sweetness, but with a deliciously sour, bitter, citrus-inspired, squeaky finish. The surprising thing is that it has a solid taste that does not get distracted by the pairing. I paired it with a tangerine and lemon tart, and it did not interfere with the sweetness of the tart, and as the name of the wine suggests, the taste buds did not waver.　It is delicious.

It has an oaky flavor and is sweet. After that, it has a spiciness and bitterness, while leaving a fluffy sweetness that is not too harsh. A sake with a traditional feel. While drinking it, I looked up "windy" on the Internet. Apparently, it is best when chilled. I had left it in a heated room, but put it in the fridge for a while. The impression rounded out and easy to drink! And the nickname? It seems to be "puu-san". Certainly the hue w. This flavor started to feel like honey 🍯. I'm starting to feel it's kind of a cute drink from a traditional sake. I can't believe I dance like this with information😅. This is also a good experience🙆

Sake with a firm, robust sake flavor. The aroma was mild. I thought it might not be my favorite sake, but when I put it in my mouth while savoring it slowly, I felt a mellow flavor and an oriented taste, and thought it was delicious. It went well with oden.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me. (My impression after drinking it) It has a slight ginjo aroma. In the mouth, there is a slight odor of alcohol, but the sweetness and umami of the rice are well expressed. The taste is well-balanced, neither too sweet nor too spicy. Producer: Wakanoi Shuzo (Nishi-Oshiki-gun, Yamagata Prefecture) Rice used: Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol percentage: 15 Yeast: Yamagata yeast Sake degree: ±0 Acidity: 1.4 Amino acidity: Not disclosed Volume: 1,800ml Price: 2,860 yen (tax included) Sake is stored and aged in a "snow cellar" with 90% humidity and 2 degrees Celsius at all times, and the best sake is shipped when it is ready to drink according to the season. Natsuho" is freshly pressed and matured in the snow chamber for about six months before shipping.

This is my first sake in a while, as I have been biased toward shochu and awamori since the beginning of the year. The rice, called "Izuwanosato" in Yamagata Prefecture, is polished to 60%. The initial aroma is very faint and light. The first sip tasted like a sweet white wine. It was quite tasty. Thank you very much.
