It has a strong umami flavor and a sweet, lactic acid-like taste. I like this sake very much because it has a nice lingering aftertaste. It is a local sake. It is delicious. I drank too much on the spur of the moment.
Today's sake is Igarashi, which I purchased before the Golden Week holidays and put to sleep 😊.
It was very easy to drink and tasty, with just the right amount of sweetness and not too sour 🥰.
Too much drinking for a low-alcoholic drink ⚠️
Next time I see it, I'll buy it immediately 😍.

Fresh fruity aroma of early harvested green apples🍏.
Fresh, clear and refreshing on the palate 🤤.
And yet, the juicy flavor spread and the accentuated chili gas give it the best synergy 😋.
A perfect bottle with a high degree of perfection that is drinkable, refreshing, and yet has a firm kick. ‼️
Igarashi is a great sake that Saitama Prefecture can be proud of. ‼️
Too good 😋😋😋😋.

The cork flew open when the bottle was opened!
Gorgeous aroma, strong acidity and slightly dry flavor.
The chili, which is quite strong, brings out the freshness.

Good evening, Mr. Red Rabbit!
Two out of three bottles flew away? That's a very energetic drink 😆 I'd like to drink it because I have many favorite drinks with flying corks: ❣️
Good evening, Mr. Ponchan😄.
I was careless. In the middle of winter, the cork of a bottle of sake sometimes flew out in the middle of the night! I thought it was a junmai sake from 寫楽!

It has a gorgeous aroma, with a strong, chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili flavor.
It is quite sweet, but the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste with a pleasant acidity.

The cork flew off this one when opened!
The gentle sweetness, complex and thick umami, and soft acidity are in beautiful harmony with each other, and the taste is crisp and cohesive.
This complexity is what I like about Yamahai brewing!
