I've been curious about this local Saitama sake 🍶 for a while, but never had the chance. You should read the endorsement carefully...the lid "pops" when you open the bottle. It's a lively sake 🍶...fruity ginjo aroma...a hint of sizzle! The sweetness of the taste of rice... sweetness, bitterness, acidity... the balance is perfect... yummy! I'm sipping it with some homemade "Chirimen Sansho" that I bought in Nagano Prefecture on a touring trip yesterday....

The one I bought at a liquor store when I went to Hanno: ⛰️🍶 A sake brewery I didn't even know existed... Very fresh with a muscat flavor and very fresh microbubbles🫛. Delicious!

A cold has been ruining my nose and throat for a while, but it is finally getting better. Igarashi Shuzo is a sake brewery in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture. Tenranzan," which is famous for its easy hiking, is the representative brand, but Igarashi is a line of direct-drafted, unpasteurized sake. I found a bottle at a local liquor store and found it to be refreshing with a green apple/gasiness. It's been a while since I've had pon-sake, mmm sinking in 😆. The third one is last week's full moon. ⚫︎Rice used: Gohyakumangoku ⚫︎Polishing ratio: 65 ⚫︎ Alcohol content: 16%.

Overall 9 (out of 10) I've never been to Igarashi Sake Brewery, even though it's only a 20 minute walk from my house! I finally went to the Igarashi Sake Brewery today for their "New Sake Festival" 😅. This sake was a festival exclusive and they poured it from a tank into a bottle right in front of us and sold it to us😃. Delicious 😋. It's dry ❗️, but with a nice hint of rice, it has a lively flavor that makes various flavors appear in your mouth, just like at a festival 🥳. It was served chilled. The aroma is as follows. 　-Aroma: Aroma that gives a sense of the miscellaneous flavors of rice. 　-Aroma: Aroma of rice with a hint of astringency. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) 　-Spiciness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste 　-Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Sourness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Bitterness: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste 　-Astringency: Start 2→ Lingering 2 　-Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light Bigger number = richer (5 is the maximum)

The festival starts at 10am, so I walked from my house and arrived at 10am and was surprised to find ‼️ many customers were already queuing up to have a drink 😃Juicy like grapes, tangy and dry❣️ since we are drinking in the morning, we will have a light canape feast in the evening💓

Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃. Yes, ❣️ we had a lot of sake at Igarashi Sake Brewery 🍶 and took the shuttle bus to Hanno station. From there, we went to Tokyo to visit sake shops and came home in the evening. From there, I'm drinking again😅. It's been a day full of sake since this morning👍
