Clear Taste
It's a pure sake, but it's gentle and pleasant to the taste.
Toast on the Hetsu Main Line.
Better than at room temperature.
It tastes better a few days later when it's cold.
And the label is so cool!

The brewery was formed by a group of sake breweries in Murakami City...
We had a lot of fun chatting with them!
Niigata Sake 🍶.
Sweet but tart and easy to drink!
It was recommended to me at the tasting corner in Kintetsu Abeno Harukas, and when I tried a little bit of it, I was surprised to find that it was delicious 😋! I was told that this sake is not sold to the general public, so I had no choice but to buy it 😆.
But you were right to buy it 👍
It's so good even if you drink a lot of it!
My favorite Oyomori! Another limited edition sake! Meister Blend. The toji blended various TAIYOMORI sakes and selected the best one.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of citrus like apples. The sweetness is restrained and the aftertaste is clean with a slight bitterness from the umami! It is drier than the hiyaoroshi from the other day. It is drier than the last hiyaoroshi, but still has a roundness to it. It is hard to believe that this is a blended sake. A truly delicious sake. It seems to go well with any ingredients!
Souvenir of business trip to Murakami🍶.
Gorgeous fruity aroma, fruity first impression as it is, round taste. The acidity is slightly mild and refreshing. It is easy to drink and seems to be best served chilled in summer.

When I started drinking, I thought I should have matched it with a dish with a stronger flavor.
but as time goes by, it blends in perfectly.
But it doesn't stay with you.

I thought it was a little sour, but after leaving it for 1.2 hours after opening the bottle, I could taste the delicious rice flavor.
