Ito Shuzo is the brewer of both Madenome in Mie Prefecture and Koshinotaka in Fukui Prefecture. There was also a brewery in Gifu Prefecture that made a brand called Karasuminescence, but it was merged into Tokyo Port Brewery (Wakamatsu Co., Ltd.) in 2016.
It has a light, refreshing mouthfeel that feels watery for a moment, followed by a gradual flow of umami and acidity.
The aftertaste is tightly closed with a sharp alcohol taste.
