Aroma is subdued.
The mouthfeel is watery, but soon the pungency of the alcohol is strongly felt. The aftertaste is pungent and acidic. Dry taste

We had a hard time deciding between this and Junmai Shiboritate (Kasumishu).
The overall impression is clean and clean, and the alcohol content is not too high.
A little bitter on the palate, but it settled down as I drank more.
I would like to try the Junmai next time.
Gorgeous aroma

It has a smooth and refreshing taste.
The taste is refreshing, but the umami and acidity can be felt well.
It is an interesting and tasty sake with a lightness that does not feel like 17% alcohol at the moment it enters the mouth but comes with a punch in the aftertaste.
