PINK HAWK Koshi no Taka

(It has a pink hue. This rare junmai sake was created using low-alcohol lactic acid fermented sake production technology. The milky, sweet and sour taste is just like Calpis for adults. The sweet and sour aroma is reminiscent of Yakult. Recommended especially for foreign people and women who are not good at sake.

The aroma is subdued and the mouthfeel is light, but soon the pungency of alcohol is felt. The aftertaste is refreshing.

It's a nice and gorgeous sake. It has a refreshing taste.
It is well-balanced and goes well with white sashimi.
It is made by Ito Sake Brewery in Fukui, isn't it? I'll keep that in mind.
There were some young people there, so we went to the restaurant I introduced to Choroki in Ikebukuro.
Next time we get together in Tokyo, maybe we can go here. I don't have a Nomiho, though.

This is the first Koshinotaka.
It seems to be a summer sake, but perhaps because it was bottled about a year ago, it has a slight sense of maturity and a rather robust flavor. It was served cold, but I think it is better served at room temperature or warmed.
