A little lacking in impact? The label is for a gentle girl who loves cats, but it seems too mild-mannered for us wild girls.

This junmai ginjo-shu is made from 50% Dewa Tsannyu, a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Yamagata Prefecture, and specially brewed for the Yamagata Prefecture Sake Brewers Association's overall campaign. Due to its popularity, it has been released in limited quantities every year since its launch.
It has a mildly refreshing aroma, a mildly light and refreshing mouthfeel, a slightly light and pleasantly voluptuous umami that is clear and supple, and a dry taste with a soft acidity that gently draws the whole body together.
I was rifling through the fridge looking for something to drink to get ready for work tomorrow, when I found a delicious sake that I got the other day and decided to have it with sashimi 😀 I like Koikawa and have had a lot of them, but this was my first time drinking this brand 🔰.

Pouring it into the glass with great anticipation, the sweet aroma spreads!
On the palate, it's a dry sake with an elegant La France-like sweetness mixed with a dry white wine-like astringency ❕🥰.
This can be drunk with a variety of dishes, not just sashimi.
Well balanced and delicious❕😋😋.
Although it is dry, I am sure that even those who like sweet and juicy sake will think it is delicious 🤗.

One of the mountains of faith, Mt. Yudono, is known as Onnazan, and there is a hot spring on the mountain that is forbidden to men, but Onnazan became a mountain of love, and was named after the river of love and the carp, a fish that comes into the world. It became Koi River.
Nice to meet you, Koikawa 😃. It's a very light and dry sake with a Sake degree of +21 degrees! It tastes like a light and dry sake. I had the sea bream simmered in Kabuto-niku with a sweet and spicy flavor. The sweet and spicy rich seasoned Kabuto nikomi goes great with it........ Dry sake is the best combination for delicious simmered dishes and nabe. Both the food and the sake are great 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.
After party with former work colleagues. The bar has a nice atmosphere with a hideout in the basement. We had a bottle of sake recommended by the waiter while looking at the bottles lined up in a row. This Koikawa is easy to drink and I remember the taste.
Apple-like aroma.
Slightly cocoa-like aroma.
The texture is fine and soaks in easily.
When swallowed, it has a fresh rice aroma.
The taste is light and flat.
It tastes somewhat like a liqueur.
Tingling alcohol taste.
The first one is so good that it is hazy.
