After party with former work colleagues. The bar has a nice atmosphere with a hideout in the basement. We had a bottle of sake recommended by the waiter while looking at the bottles lined up in a row. This Koikawa is easy to drink and I remember the taste.
Apple-like aroma.
Slightly cocoa-like aroma.
The texture is fine and soaks in easily.
When swallowed, it has a fresh rice aroma.
The taste is light and flat.
It tastes somewhat like a liqueur.
Tingling alcohol taste.
The first one is so good that it is hazy.
Taste level 3/5
Now, the next one is the real life Nakadori Namaishuju 😬 in the preliminary forecast.
Delicious 😋!
It has a deep rice flavor and sharpness, but is completely smooth and mild without any harshness at all 😀.
This is the ultimate food sake.
It goes well with light sashimi and fugu nabe (blowfish stew) without getting in the way!
★★★★☆
It is rated as super-harsh +21, so there is almost no sweetness to it. I don't like the bitter taste that lingers in the aftertaste when the sake is over +10, but I thought this sake had a good balance of fruity and floral aromas.
Lime, grapefruit, cypress, honeysuckle
Long time no see 😃💕 Koikawa.
I know the brewery is recommended for heated sake, but I'll try this one chilled.
It's not fruity, but it has a good balance of rice sweetness and deep umami, nothing sharp in any way.
The ultimate mellowness, I guess. I think it is the ultimate mellowness 🥰.
The sharpness is similar to Tobiroki, which I drank a long time ago.
It seems to go well with all kinds of food.

tortoise tail
A little excited for the year-end and New Year's holidays
Yellowish
Densely packed, rich aftertaste, strong umami.
Aromatic taste in the back, burnt?
The second day, I felt the aftertaste was clean.
It goes well both cold and warmed.
