Akabu's Sake Mirai The last one I had was good, but this one is pretty good. but this one is quite good. It's clean, but with a strong sweetness. It has a strong sweetness, just the way I like it. Slightly refreshing, mellow, umami (flavorful) taste. Fruity and fresh ginjo aroma with a slight gas freshness even though it is fire-aged! Slightly sweet with a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness. 😋😋😋😋 After purchasing it last November, I sometimes keep it at room temperature due to the convenience of my refrigerator, but I don't know how it affects me since it's winter, as expected of Kinmochi 🏅Tasake's balance and sharpness 😊. New brew of rice wine 🍶. I went to a liquor store for the first time in my life and got Tasake's special pure new sake! The selection at Masaru-yasan is awesome too: ☺️ It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a hint of citrus or apricot in the overtone. It's different from other tasake I've had, but it has a nice aroma. It is fresh with a hint of gas, a balance of umami acidity and bitterness, and the energetic flavor elements that only new sake can have! Delicious. 😋😋😋😋 I wonder if it is a little dry in terms of sweetness and spiciness...? 1590 yen without tax It is a four-pack bottle, and we finished it in two days.
