There's a yellow tomozou I've been curious about 😳 Glad I can drink it since it's only sold in one bottle 😆.
It's a special junmai sake, which means it's a blend of several types of junmai sake, junmai ginjo sake, and junmai daiginjo sake.
The aroma is mildly fruity. The mouthfeel is soft, with a modest sweetness, a full flavor and mild acidity, not very impressive, but it was a sake to savor and drink slowly 😊.
The fourth picture is a fig tempura.
