Next is Hatsu Ganki, I've always seen it but never had the time to drink it😅. I'll have it with my favorite garland chrysanthemum tempura! The aroma is mildly fruity with a beautiful mouthfeel. The rich sweetness and umami gradually spread, and the acidity is soaring and refreshing. So it is easy to drink 😍.

It was the last day of work and I was able to go home early, so my family and I went to Yukarina in Senboku for dinner. The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of gas. It was a sweet, acidic sake 🍶 with a full-bodied umami flavor. The umami is full-bodied and the sourness is deliciously accented! It disappears with a soft aftertaste. Easy to drink. â By the way, do you get your Yonotori here from Kichijo 🤔 even though you don't see Shinmasa at Kichijo 😅.

I went to Yukarina in Senboku for a light lunch as it was a vacation in between year-end parties. I had bukkake soba noodles with prawns and chikara (power) and a light drink 😅. Yukarina has a seasonal sake list on the wall, so depending on where you sit, you can't see it, so you have to get up and check 🤣 but they have a great selection of sake ✨. The aroma is tinged with sourness, the mouthfeel is mellow, the hint of aroma reminds me of coffee-based cocktails in the description, and the smooth flavor leads to an accentuated sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. Interesting sake😍This was a strange sake with a mellow sweet and sour feeling typical of kijoshu 😊.

I'll take just one more drink at Yukarina's ✨ There's a yellow tomozou I've been curious about 😳 Glad I can drink it since it's only sold in one bottle 😆. It's a special junmai sake, which means it's a blend of several types of junmai sake, junmai ginjo sake, and junmai daiginjo sake. The aroma is mildly fruity. The mouthfeel is soft, with a modest sweetness, a full flavor and mild acidity, not very impressive, but it was a sake to savor and drink slowly 😊. The fourth picture is a fig tempura.

We decided to eat out for dinner, and since we had a Yokohama City gift certificate, we went to Yukarina in Center Kita 😊I think this place has the best selection of sake in the area known as Kohoku New Town♪ This is another soba restaurant with a wide selection of sake. But I was full just from the soba noodles 😅The sake brands are posted on the wall. I had my favorite deep fried wakasagi for a drink ✨. I ordered Hexagon, which I've always wanted to drink! My only regret is that I forgot to take a picture of the serial number😅. The aroma is mildly fruity. I can feel a hint of gas. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a beautiful sweetness that is delicious 😍Acid lightly accents and gently closes with the sweetness. It's a beautiful, ummay sake ✨.
