At home. Fukuju after a long time. I visited Kobe Shu-shin-kan and bought this sake as it was recommended. Bright red bottle. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and spicy on the palate. Although the alcohol content is 17%, it is a refreshingly tasty and easy-to-drink gem. It was a quintessential Fukuju. It was a warm day and we were able to visit the restaurant just as the cherry blossoms were falling.

Good evening! Another bottle today from the #SakeBarGinKura. It is said that this sake was a favorite at the Nobel Prize dinner party. I remember it was a very honest sake. So the commentary in the photo folder is "so-so" (lol). It was delicious!!! (^O^)

I had it cold as a New Year's Day sake on New Year's Day 2025 when I went home to my parents' house. As a junmai sake, it has a sweet impression on the palate, but it is light and light with a strong umami and acidity. We paired it with scallops, tuna, and salmon sashimi, and it was a good match.

Purchased on Amazon for the 2024-7 New Year's holiday season. I had high expectations for this sake as it is served at official Nobel Prize events! The taste is sweet, fruity, and gorgeous, with an easy-drinking quality that has no corners and does not feel too much like alcohol.
