At home. Fukuju after a long time. I visited Kobe Shu-shin-kan and bought this sake as it was recommended. Bright red bottle. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and spicy on the palate. Although the alcohol content is 17%, it is a refreshingly tasty and easy-to-drink gem. It was a quintessential Fukuju. It was a warm day and we were able to visit the restaurant just as the cherry blossoms were falling.

Good evening! Another bottle today from the #SakeBarGinKura. It is said that this sake was a favorite at the Nobel Prize dinner party. I remember it was a very honest sake. So the commentary in the photo folder is "so-so" (lol). It was delicious!!! (^O^)

I went to Osaka on business. After the business, I went to Tsutenkaku Tower for sightseeing. It was my first time to visit Tsutenkaku Tower. I bought it there. The aroma is modest, but you can feel it well. Aromatic and dry. It is a junmai sake with the taste of rice spreading softly.

I went to the Nada Sake Brewery and bought some... ♪ The adjoining restaurant was not open without a reservation... too bad... Fukuju, my original favorite. There were so many, I was excited. And this one I chose, it said it was a limited edition, so I bought it. It was a delicious junmai sake, mellow and delicious, just as I imagined it would be, since mellow = Fukuju. I wish I could go back and have a meal there...

I had KEG DRAFT, which I was interested in after reading ma-ki's review 😁. I always wondered what it was because this store's description says it's tank-filled, but I was convinced when I found out about KEG DRAFT 😊. I don't know what the aroma is. I can feel a hint of gas, a gentle sweetness, a beautiful flavor and acidity, it's fresh and delicious✨ The freshness is amazing 🥰 I thought the price was high, but it's so good I'd like to drink it again 🥰.
