Delicious both heated and cold, a definite repeat! (I was sick and could only tell it was "delicious", so I'll look forward to the next time for more detailed taste impressions)

Comes in quickly, a little sweetness. The aftertaste is also refreshing, like water. Not too much, but just mild, just the right amount of spicy and tasty.

2025.19th. I bought it when I dropped by Kobe Shu-shin-kan for an event. Yes, it is a stable taste. This is the sake that I consider to be the best sake in the world. It is no exaggeration to say that I look for my favorite sake based on this. It is probably one of the sweetest sake in Japan. However, it is not too sweet, and the umami of rice, which is typical of sake, is expressed well. The sweetness is reminiscent of bananas in the umami lineage. Kobe Shu-shin-kan is an absolute must for those who visit sake breweries in Kobe. It was very delicious. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed sake soba and junmai kizukizake set at Sakabayashi, which is attached to a sake brewery. I prefer the junmai ginjo, which is also reasonably priced.

♪ Fukuju Happoshu 8% alcohol by volume Aroma like white wine Refreshingly sweet and tasty with a touch of sourness from the carbonation. If we wanted to make it sweeter and easier to drink, or drier and more acidic, it would be better. It is best as an aperitif or with an after-dinner dessert. The usual Fukuju, this time a Daiginjo! Beautiful aroma and refreshing sweetness. Slight bitterness gives it a nice sharpness. It would be delicious with strawberries or other sour fruits! Aroma★★★★⭐︎ Taste★★★⭐︎⭐︎ Sweetness★★★⭐︎⭐︎ Acidity★★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ Lingering taste★★★★⭐︎⭐︎

Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(*) This was served heated! It's probably fresher when cold, but it's dry and rather subdued. It has a strong umami taste with a touch of astringency, which I like! It was a nice event, although there were too many people! I like the fact that it was in front of a small train station. It is important to be close to the platform!

Hello Shinjo 🐦. I saw on the TV news that you had a great turnout 💦 I'm glad to see a winter event and that you can get it heated! I was surprised to see that the freshly squeezed sake is also heated up 😳 You are as good as Mr. Ota 😆.

Good evening. The line for the Senzuke and Tokuwaka booths has become a wall. Lately, I've been enjoying the warmed sake at the event. It's rare to get fresh sake heated, but the freshly squeezed sake was a real surprise! We were so grateful!

Fukuju Daiginjo It is a daiginjo that goes down easily and is easy to drink with just the right amount of sweetness, graininess, and a bit of sourness afterwards. There is not much bitterness. Is that why it is easy to drink? Anyway, it is delicious.
