I had a year-end party on Monday and Tuesday. I was drinking until I fell asleep 😅I had a day off today, so I should have taken a rest day 🤣.
I had been curious about this sake for a while and bought it when it came out. It's a collaboration with SakeBase, a liquor store in Chiba, and is sold only at SakeBase, Isego in Tokyo, and three other stores. SakeBase, a collaboration with SakeBase, a sake shop in Chiba 🤩, and Isego in Tokyo 🍶.
I was going to drink only the supernatant first, but when I opened the cork, the gas filled up and mixed without time to mix😅.
It has a strong aroma of banana🍌😳It has a deep sweet flavor with a silky feeling and gasiness in the mouth. The aroma is also banana🍌...the acidity is moderate and naturally tightens up.
On the second day, in addition to bananas, there are citrus-like aromas. The sweet and silky flavor is still good on the second day 😊.
On the third day, the gas is gone and the flavor is more delicious 👍.
It was a delicious sake. I would like to buy a repeat if the timing is right 🥰.
