This is another first-time brand, first-time region series🍶.
The brand chosen to be served at the official Nobel Prize event.
So I guess that means it's a sake favored by foreigners 🍶. ⁉️

This might be the perfect sake for those who are not used to sake as an introduction 😊.
As you drink it, you can gradually taste the umami of the rice, but it's true that it's a bit lacking 😅.

A limited quantity of 100% Hyogo-Nishiki from Fukuju!
It's been a while since I've tasted Fukuju. It has a softly fragrant, full flavor, a stable deliciousness on the palate, and a slightly tangy aftertaste at the end.
