At home. Fukuju after a long time. I visited Kobe Shu-shin-kan and bought this sake as it was recommended. Bright red bottle. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and spicy on the palate. Although the alcohol content is 17%, it is a refreshingly tasty and easy-to-drink gem. It was a quintessential Fukuju. It was a warm day and we were able to visit the restaurant just as the cherry blossoms were falling.

Good evening! Another bottle today from the #SakeBarGinKura. It is said that this sake was a favorite at the Nobel Prize dinner party. I remember it was a very honest sake. So the commentary in the photo folder is "so-so" (lol). It was delicious!!! (^O^)

Thank you for the gift. My hometown is Fushimi, but I also like Nada's men's sake! In the end, I like them all! Accompanied by oysters in a clay pot with Hatcho miso from Kakkui! Kobe dialect has "tou" at the end of a word! Delicious! Kobe dialect doesn't say it like this... but 😅

It's a drink outside ♫🎶. We had this drink at a yakiniku restaurant near Kyoto station 🍶. I had never seen or heard of this brand before so I ordered it 😍. It's rather dry but fruity! It goes well with sweet yakiniku sauce🙆🙆◯ I had a nice conversation with a guy from Vietnam 🇻🇳 at the Yakiniku restaurant 😊.
