Kobe Shu-shin-kan
Fukuju: A Drop of Sake for the Future Koshihikari
A brewery in Higashinada-ku, Kobe.
Koshihikari rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture is polished to 70%.
Elegant rice aroma, full-bodied rice flavor,
Mellow aftertaste with a soft mouthfeel.
#Sake
I bought this when I went on a tour of Nada sake breweries. Nada's male sake is famous, but Fukuju's sake is rather less so, especially this eco Fukuju, which has a soft and modern taste.
March 26 - April 1, 2025
Purchased at the 2nd Sake Expo at Kintetsu Abeno Harukas
I was going to record it from the 3rd day after opening the bottle, but my health checkup
I was going to record from the third day after opening the bottle, but my health checkup caught me 😢 It seems that it is important to take a day off from drinking
About a month later, I started to drink again 😅.
So I'll pass on the detailed impression this time 🙇.
But with a little amount, I can get drunk very quickly 😊.
Very economical!
It's sweet and sour... and it seems to be getting more sour...
I missed the best time...
Well, I'll enjoy it in time...
Thank you for the food 😋😋.
This is the second half of the Mikage Local Sake Festival.
Next up is Hamafukutsuru Kuzo.
It is smooth and fluffy. But you can also feel the alcohol.
It was the kind of sake you would drink under a cherry tree~.
The foreigner is also full of people.
I wanted to talk to them, "Japanese saké, Delicious?" I wanted to talk to them. I actually didn't....
Next is Hyakumoku. It smells great! It is so delicious!
And then, Daikoku Masamune. This is a "21 year old honjunshu (matured) sake.
It has a great punch! It was so delicious that it made me smile just like Kenrishi!
And finally, Fukuju.
Very refreshing! Light and easy to drink! It was a sake that left a lasting impression!
