Fukuju, my original favorite.
There were so many, I was excited.
And this one I chose, it said it was a limited edition, so I bought it.
It was a delicious junmai sake, mellow and delicious, just as I imagined it would be, since mellow = Fukuju.
I wish I could go back and have a meal there...
I had KEG DRAFT, which I was interested in after reading ma-ki's review 😁.
I always wondered what it was because this store's description says it's tank-filled, but I was convinced when I found out about KEG DRAFT 😊.
I don't know what the aroma is. I can feel a hint of gas, a gentle sweetness, a beautiful flavor and acidity, it's fresh and delicious✨
The freshness is amazing 🥰 I thought the price was high, but it's so good I'd like to drink it again 🥰.

Fukuju Chotokusen Daiginjyo" is one of the highest-grade daiginjos in the Kobe Shushinkan lineup.

〜Barrel Sake
Kikumasamune's barrel sake had a more pronounced cedar barrel aroma, while Fukuju's had a lighter aroma. I wondered if too strong an aroma from the barrels would kill the sake's aroma and taste. I thought it was added or subtracted. I am the type of person who would like to taste more oaky flavors, so I thought the aroma was not enough for me.
I thought it was easy to drink and did not interfere with food.
I will definitely buy sakekasu and sakekasu ice cream 😁.
Today I also had Sakekasu cookies 🍪! Good texture, good taste 👍May yummy!
Hon Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine) is great.

The aroma was that of an old sake. However, it is really beautiful in the mouth. There is no sense of alcohol. It is perfect with a meal.
0 [New Sake] Junmai Nigori
It is a white nigori. It is not sweet. It does not have a "shuwa shuwa" feeling. You can feel the rice. It tasted like there was sweetness in a faint, distant place.

It is fruity. We were happy to receive a new sake. It gives the impression of being a little firm, but it was very tasty.
0Warabi Sake
This is the sake we were served on the way home. It was a cask sake. Aroma of cedar wood. It was a very tasty sake!
