Tomono Sake Brewery
Thick. Sweetness. Slightly cloudy. Slightly effervescent. Sweet citrus aroma, moderately sour. No bitterness. Very tasty. I've been drinking a lot of sake from outside of the prefecture lately, so Nagano's sake is soaking in.
Purchased at a sake brewery. The map app says they are closed, but in winter they are open on Saturdays.
I initially went there for a sake called Tomozo, but I was told that they only serve it in one bottle, so I decided to pass on it this time. I'll have to find a place to store it and get myself in the mood for another visit.
Mild aroma and quite dry. Yellow tomozou. It is said to be a blend of several types of junmai sake, junmai ginjo sake, and junmai daiginjo sake.

I don't know much about the Tomozo series, but it seems to be a fluffy concept sake.
It is said to be a blend of junmai sake.
Not much aroma, just a mildly enjoyable sake.
There is an expectation that it might be better as a heated sake.
Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai

Gentle citrus aroma on the nose
It certainly has the delicate and clean quality of a ginjo-shu

Hitogochi" rice is used. It is a dry sake with a good aftertaste while having a full flavor of rice. It is more like a ginjo than a super dry sake, with the aroma and sweetness coming from the top and passing through quickly.
A banquet with five people with an all-you-can-drink sake course.
With a quick impression.
Clear and fruity flavor. Melon and lychee-like.
Refreshing acidity.
Light, clear and delicious.
