When I visited TokyoRiceWine yesterday, the manager told me that they had some Jigokin nigori in stock today, so I had no reason not to drink it 😅.
The Jigokin will be chilled for a bit before serving, so we'll have the other sakes that came in today ✨.
I'll have the Banshu Issen on the lees, which I've been curious about! This one was available at first sip 🥰.
The aroma is sweet banana🍌, but it is very clean. The fine gas is very piquant. It has a beautiful sweetness that is pleasant when combined with the gas 🥰The acidity is also mild due to the gas ✨The aroma is also bananas. A little lingering bitterness 🤔.
I had a few more nigori after this and this was my favorite 😊.

Jikin nigori is different, Banshu, Senkou and Koeikiku are similar in some aspects but I liked Banshu Issen which has a beautiful sweetness 😊If you find it, please try it 🤗.
