First local drinking this year
I received a line from the store, so I visited them after a long time.
First of all, I went to Aozora, which was recommended by the owner.
Sweet and juicy with a slight bitterness at the end!
I think it is one of my favorite Aozora I have ever had!
I've had it in the past 🤣.
The lame-ish letters are cool.
The top aroma is gorgeous, citrusy with a hint of acidity. Sweet and fruity. Pineapple type. Clear and gentle taste.
It becomes sweeter and juicier if it is left in the refrigerator for a little longer than if it is freshly put out.
I hope they release more of this sake in the future 🤔.
Good evening, bouken!
Miyanomatsu, that's drunken... ☺️
I want to go to Yamamoto Sake-ten to buy it, but it's very difficult and I haven't had it since last year, so I'm jealous 🤤.
I'd like to try it someday as it seems to suit my taste other than the active nigori ☺️
Good evening, Mr. Aladdin.
I had to go there when I heard about Omachi! I went there and there were several kinds of Miyanomatsu and I got lost for a moment 😅.
I'm sure you'll like it here because they seem to have a lot of sweet and tasty types 🤗.
This is a directly pumped version of the nama sake we drank the other day.
It has a similar taste, but the directly pumped version is more fruity and sweeter, and I prefer the directly pumped version.
Slightly bubbly and juicy sweetness like citrus and grapes.
Not bad, but my expectations were raised too high because last year's Hyogo-Nishiki Nama was too good...
I thought it was too good, but it became sweeter, juicier, and tastier on the second day than when it was just opened.
I'm curious to know if there's a new Hyogo-Yume-Nishiki Nama Sake out now too 🤔.
bouken-san, congratulations on your 3900 check-in 🎊🎉Congratulations on the highly anticipated Kamiike 😊You have been making delicious sake and I would like to support a small one-man brewery in Hyogo Prefecture 😆.
Thank you, Neemuchi 🙇 I was able to make it last time without being exposed as the last number.
I was able to get there last time without being discovered, so I thought I could do it again this time, but they found out 😁.
I will try to follow Kamosho Brewery as long as I can 😊.
Masaaki Sapporo Thank you 🙇.
Thank you very much for your continued support 🙏.
It depends on the product, but Kamike has quite a modern taste, so please try it if you have a chance🤗.
Congratulations bouken on your 3900 check-in 🎉🎊
I'm celebrating with a sake from a small brewery that is doing a great job! I'd like to meet him, though it's not easy for me since he always drinks so deliciously 😊.
Thank you Ponchan 😆.
I was going to go with a different sake, but in the order I drank it, I ended up with this one 😁.
I can buy it because it happens to be near me, but it's a hurdle 🤔.
The rice is Hyogo Kitanishiki. The top aroma is quite fruity. There are bubbles in the glass, though you can't feel any gas. It has a moderate sweetness and a little bitterness. It tastes good on tap here.
The sweetness is moderate, but not to the point of being spicy.
It was better on the 6th day after opening.
According to the store owner, the one that is not directly pumped is also unfiltered raw sake.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting ㉔
The last one I took a picture of looks like skunk cabbage, but I don't know if the order is correct😅
I think it was a little sweet and juicy 🤔
I think I was drinking Taki and Echizenmisaki over and over again at the end of the day, desperately trying to write a review of the sake I brought 🙄.
I'm sure the parts I don't remember will be complemented by Yoohee's post in due course 😆.
I'm not going to post it, but Robin took a group photo and processed it with an app to make it look like Ghibli 😁.
There was still some room left on the JR line, but some people took the last train home...
I think I was drunk more than any other offline meeting I've ever attended 🤪.
Thank you to everyone who attended, to the proprietress of Aun for the sake and snacks, and to Robin for organizing this event.
Thanks for posting offline, bouken💦.
Aun-san onlly 24 cups 🤣30ml is still 4 gou! That's more than a quart 🤣.
The group photo is very good... and Jojo is a little cozy too 😆👍
Ponchan Hello 🌦️
Thank you 🙏.
The cups were 60ml 🤣I was told there were also 100ml but it was horrible 🙀.
The power of AI is amazing 😳
And the balance of knowing who you are if someone you know sees you 👍.

The most expensive one of IMPRESSION!
I'm sure it was delicious!
I didn't keep notes, so I don't know what it tasted like 🙄.

Sake I brought, No.2
I bought it with Taki at Icoma-san.
Echizenmisaki is also quite rare, and the store owner said he didn't know what it tasted like because he hadn't drunk it, so I chose this one to try.
It's not sweet, but it has a strong flavor and is fruity and delicious.
I forgot to take a picture of this one too, so I borrowed Robin's picture😅.

Sake brought by Mr. Yoohee!
It's great that you brought your own sake!
According to the official website, the product name is Spring Breeze 42.
It's gorgeous but refreshing and crisp!
It tasted like a spring sake 😋.
Sannomiya petit off-line meeting⑳
The Junmai Ginjo Sandesi that someone brought from the fridge and put on the table with the Junmai Omachi soon after the start of the event.
I think they probably drank it since I took their pictures, but I don't remember 😅.

The Echigo Tsurukame's Koshi-Ni that you can sometimes find at Asano Sake Shop
Junmai Ginjo Namaishige Nugori Nigori Nama Shu and a little more information 😅.
The first time I went to the Echigo Tsurukame fair at Asano in Kyoto, I found that all of the sake I drank were sweet and fruity, but this one was less sweet and more spicy than I expected.
Tried Benten Musume's narezushi brought by pyonpyon: 🍽️
The chef did a great job grilling it 😊.
It was very tasty 😋.

Sake I brought
The label is cool 🐉.
I thought no one had ever drank it before, so I chose it at Icoma, but I thought it might be hard to leave an impression since there were many strong impact drinks 😅.
It's not too sweet, but it tastes apple-like and fresh, like raw sake.
I got the impression that it was a dry sake suitable for eating with food, but not too assertive.
I don't remember at all, but I was taken a mysterious picture of a situation I don't understand 🤣.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting⑰.
Sake brought by a regular (I think)
I had been avoiding Garyubai because I didn't like it when I drank it for the first time😅.
This one was a little sweet and had a moderate umami flavor.
This was a taste I could drink with peace of mind 😋.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting ⑯
I have a Sandesi goose sparkling but the date is 5 years ago😳.
Someone opened it with trepidation and drank it with trepidation, but it was properly tasty, not old, shwishy and sweet 😋.

I avoided "Ganki" because of its spicy image, but this one was quite sweet and delicious!
A fruity sake that will change your image of Ganki!
I forgot to take a picture of it even though it was so good, so I borrowed Robin's picture💦.
Thank you for the report, bouken 🙇 Sorry, this was the only photo I could find. I personally have a strong image of Ganki here, but it was very tasty and had no strange aroma even when drunk hot afterwards 👍.
Hi Robin, ☔️
I've never seen and drank this label before 😁.
I've avoided it until now because most kanji labels are pretty spicy 😅.
Did you also heat it up 😳I don't remember at all 🙄.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting⑭
Next, Junmai Daiginjo from Muryozan
Polishing ratio 40
Clear, but sweet and fruity!
My memory is getting a little foggy and I forgot to take pictures or take notes💦.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting ⑬
Kido's advanced line of Muryozan
Since I tasted it at a department store?
It's sweet but quite refreshing.
I thought it had less umami.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting ⑫
I found Sandesi of Gozenshu and drank it.
I drank this one warmed up, but it had a strong umami taste!
The avocado pickles were delicious 😋.
Hello bouken 😃
A friendly atmosphere with a side of tsukemono with friends who know each other well! This is a good way to drink 🤗.
I'd like to try the avocado pickles 🥑.
I remember having a cup of sake on a drinking train when I traveled to Kansai 🚃😌.
Hello Jay & Nobby ☔️
It was a very fast-paced experience, with a very homey atmosphere, just like a snack store 😆.
I saw your post again and we are drinking the same thing 😁.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting (11)
We found a 500ml sake we had never seen before!
It is a sake made by Ozaki Brewery in the Pacific Ocean.
It's light and refreshing, with a little less umami.
It's easy to drink like water!
The brewing water is Nachi-no-Taki holy water, which seems to have a lot of power 🤔.
Sannomiya Petit Off-line Meeting 10
Koshi, the gateway to the sake swamp
I don't drink as much as I used to, partly because the liquor stores in my neighborhood don't carry much anymore.
I think it's a little spicy in Kouko.
I got the impression that it wasn't very sweet and fruity, but maybe that's because all the sake I drank this time were sweet and fruity 🤔.
