Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair (2) Nihon Zakari's booth Nishinomiya has many major manufacturers, so I decided to drink some high-end sake that I wouldn't normally buy. I drank Souka Junmai Daiginjo Polishing ratio 38%, price 5244 yen I had heard somewhere that it was good and was curious about it. Beautiful and fruity. It's expensive to buy, but it's delicious! Sakari Craft Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake This sake is not sold to the general public. It was poured from a server like thing. It's fruity, refreshing, sweet and tasty, and as it says, melon-like.

Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair ①. I went to this event because I remembered it was being held at the Sakegawa Post💦. I was looking for the Ougi Masamune that Pekkaaru-san was drinking, but when I went there, it was Nada Boast, and when I revisited a little while later, it was Nihon Zakari 😅. I guess I should have had the Nada Boast since it was a Honjozo that I hadn't had 🤔. I asked him if he can't drink Ougimasamune. I asked him if he could drink Ougimasamune. I asked him if he could drink Ougimasamune, and he said "No, I can't drink it. Then I said "No thanks" and left 🙄. It's like the Odagiri Joe commercial, right? I guess I have to buy a bottle of Ougimasamune at Frente Nishinomiya 🤔. Too bad I couldn't do nice Masamune 😿. After that, we wandered around and went to the Tsuinaichi booth. I ordered a set of sake comparison set, but it was too much 🤣. Kamisen sake A sweet sake with a strong taste! Junmai Ginjo Slightly fruity and acidic Junmai Daiginjo More umami than Junmai-Daiginjo Namae Daiginjo Clear as water I've had junmai-daiginjo and namaisouzake in the past, but my impression didn't change much. I mean, even the raw sake is now labeled Ryohei Koiso 😳. There's also a junmai sake, and there's more lineup than before! I don't brew my own sake here, but I guess it's going well if the lineup is growing 🤔.

Good evening, bouken-san! I see that Ougi Masamune is sold at Frente Nishinomiya! I'll go there next time. I got a generous amount of it. Nadaichi is Ryohei Koiso! I didn't notice that at all~! It's kind of amazing, isn't it?

Hello Pekkaaru-san! I know it's all in one bottle, but you can also buy Kanetaka and Nada Ichi at the antenna store in the basement of Frente 😁. Nada Ichi is a great sake in many ways as it seems to be Sada Masashi's favorite sake 😆.

Sake purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival (3㌥) I bought this sake because it was the most popular and the last one among the various frozen fresh sake. It was fresh, sweet and spicy. I think it might be the spiciest Gobashi I've ever had 🤔. It's refreshing and fruity when I drink it again. It's hard to tell, but the label has snowflakes on it, and I thought the embossing on it was very elaborate 👀. The polar bear that's frozen asleep is cute too 🐻‍❄️

Hi bouken 🐦. I thought it wasn't a raccoon, it's because it's a frozen sleep 😊I'll at least sample it when I see this label 😻. I zoomed in and found ❄️! It's beautiful ✨

Good evening, Ponchan. They freeze the entire bottle immediately after filling it, so it's like a freeze sleep 💤. I was told there was no tasting but I bought it without tasting at Gobashi for peace of mind and trust 😁. It's beautiful and I use the bottle for transfers ✨️

Pre-order because they said they don't have much in stock 😁. I've been curious about this one since Mr. Noodle King used to drink it. I don't know if it's rare or not, but I can't find anyone else drinking it 😅. It's a raw unfiltered sake that is aged until autumn. It has a soft mouthfeel, and you can feel the quality of the tobin-tori even more than the fire-aged tobin-tori. The juicy sweetness is well balanced with the spiciness at the end. Echizenmisaki has a quality of sake that you can linger over and drink forever 😁. The closer to room temperature, the sweeter and tastier it is.

I went to takimoto and there was just a gooseberry tasting. They were selling a limited-edition ogara-mi for fall, which will be sold nationwide next week. They said it was aged for 6 months, so I guess it's a hiyaoroshi concept 🤔. I drank Junmai Daiginjo Oorigarami Unfiltered Nama Sake Fruity, sweet and delicious. One of the best Ganki I've ever had 😋. Junmai Ginjo Oorigarami Unfiltered Nama-Genshu More refreshing than the Jun Dai. Slightly less sweet. Might be good during dinner. Junmai Oorigarami Unfiltered Nama-genshu Strong rice flavor. Slightly spicy? It has an atmosphere similar to that of junmai junmai written in kanji (Chinese characters) as "ganki". Junmai hiyaoroshi Mild flavor like slightly ripe fruit. It is better to drink it at room temperature or lukewarm than chilled. Minakage Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35%. A clean and elegant ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. It has the taste of a very high quality sake. The name "Minakagtari" is often used for sake, isn't it? Asakayousei has it too! I have a good impression of this label's Ganki because I enjoyed Ganki's Tankade at the Sannomiya Off-line Meeting in April.

Rice is Yume Ikkyo, Sake degree is +1 It has a refreshingly clean taste with a hint of sweetness. It has a slight fruity nuance with a short aftertaste at the end. I imagined it would be a bit darker, but it was rather light. It tastes better when the temperature is raised to near room temperature, which gives it a thicker flavor and more sweetness. When the temperature is completely at room temperature, the flavor of the rice is strong.

Did we have this last year? I thought so, but Akane seems to have appeared for the first time this year. It's a light nigori. It has a complex flavor with a hint of melon and a little bit of cemedine. The second half is quite pungent. It has a different taste from the ikkoku I have had so far. Maybe it is aged a little? The color of the label and the name "Akane" suggest that it is a hiyaoroshi-like product. It tastes better at near room temperature, with more sweetness. I think only Kansai people can understand this, but the strong flavor of mangetsupon was really strong and delicious. I think it got a lot sweeter on the 3rd day than when I opened the bottle 🤔.

Mimuro Sugi Hiyoroshi, which I missed every time and couldn't buy. I got the last one 😁. It was gassy and fresh like a fresh sake. It is quite sweet with melon and banana flavors. It tastes light and thick at the same time. It's not like hiyaoroshi, but it's easy to drink, so personally, it's a good choice. Some people may wonder if this is hiyaoroshi or not 🤔. I guess some people might think so 🤔. Even after 5 days, it still makes a pshhhh sound when you open the bottle. I feel lactic acidity like yogurt that I didn't feel when I opened the bottle.

I found it at Yamaya after tomo-san's welcome party and bought it because I thought it was rare to find Tondazake's raw sake. It doesn't taste very good💦I can taste a trace of umami, but the taste is weak🤔. Impressive freshness and sourness of nama-zake. A little nutty. Hmmm, I don't think it's a good match for Kuninonaga😅 I wish I didn't buy it, but I buy it when I find a new unpasteurized sake I've never seen before 🙄. I'm starting to think Kuninonaga is better when it's fire-aged 🤔.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival re preparation" means "re-fermentation". Re-finishing = Kijo-zake, right? It has a rich sweetness like a melon made with kijoshu. It's not too sweet, but it's very refreshing and easy to drink for a kijoshu. I checked and not many people seem to be drinking it... Is it because it is not made every year? If I hadn't learned about it from Nemuchi and Toji, I wouldn't have bought it 💦. Thanks for the information 🙏.

Icoma Sake Shop Chiyoda warehouse tasting event (2) We divided the tasting into two groups because there were many 😅. From now on, we will start with the type of sake to be drunk at room temperature or warmed up. Special Junmai Genjyu Fukunohana Autumn Agari When I tasted it before, I thought it was sweet and tasty, but maybe because I drank it after the raw sake, I felt it was quite spicy. It was originally a candidate for purchase, but I decided not to go for it this time. Special Junmai Nama-hai Fukunohana It has a strong sense of maturity. It also has a lot of color. Raisin-like withered flavor. It is like a Tottori sake. The acidity is quite strong. Quite a bit of 🫶? Maybe. This should definitely be heated. I had a sake warmer but didn't drink it heated this time💦. Special Junmai Nama-junmai Yamahai Kitanishiki More mature than the Yamahai Fukunohana and less mature, but both are said to have been aged for about 3 years. The Kitanishiki is easier to drink, but the Fukunohana has more impact. I was quite confused and bought two out of the seven varieties after being allowed to drink them again 😊.

Icoma Sake Shop Chiyoda warehouse tasting (1) The first appearance of Chiyoda warehouse at Icoma tasting event Mr. Ikeda, a famous sales representative, was here. 👓️ We drank Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Fukunohana It tasted sweet and juicy, but I think it's the type of taste that everyone can enjoy. He said it was their signature product. Special Junmai Nama Nama Shu Fukunohana light nigori It tastes like the first one with a fizzy taste. It left the biggest impression on me. Junmai Daiginjo-nama-genshu Fukunohana More subdued than the special junmai, but sweet and tasty, with a sense of body. Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Genshu Fukunohana light nigori I had this a few years ago. It was even better than then. It's like a regular Junmai Daiginjo with an extra bubbly taste. Chiyoda Kura's concept seems to be a food sake, but I thought there were many types that could be drunk well on their own.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival I've never seen this sake labeled before, but it looks like they've been serving it since the 100th anniversary of the company's founding in 2020. The nose is muscat and banana-like. It has a gentle and refreshing sweetness with a little gas. The acidity is also impressive. As the label says, it is refreshing. I always think that every Kihotsuru has a strong Kihotsuru flavor, no matter which Kihotsuru you drink.

Tochigi Ai 🥰 Strengthening Month #7 Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival Tasted and enjoyed all of them, but chose Hitogokochi as the most affordable one! It's been a long time since I've had a Hitogokochi! The rice polishing ratio of 53% is very rare in the middle of the range. It has a lot of gas. It is mainly sweet and tasty, but also has a dry atmosphere. Not too sweet and not too spicy. Nozomu, I thought I need to drink more things 😅.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival I've had it in the past and it wasn't my favorite type, but I had a good impression of it at the tasting, so it's been a while since I've had it. It seemed quite fruity at the tasting, but a little spicy.... Sweetness is just an accent. I guess it was tasting magic that made it seem fruity and sweet 💦. It was similar to the impression I had when I tasted it before, but not as bad as before. Maybe my tastes have changed😅 Light at the beginning, but a bit nutty in the second half. I also feel a little nutty. Maybe it's still not my favorite type... The sweetness is coming out after 6 days of opening the bottle. It also has a creamy feeling.

Sake bought at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. My favorite sake is the pink super Shiboritate that Umaisan bought, but I had already bought and drank it in the past, so I hesitated to buy this one and Kame-iki. It feels fresher than when I tasted it. It is dark and has a strong umami flavor. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is felt towards the end and the aftertaste is short. It feels spicy when drunk with sweet dishes, so pairing is especially important for this sake 🤔. There are some smoky nuances when the temperature rises.

Purchase at Takashimaya Sake Festival This sake is limited to the Takashimaya Osaka store event. They said it was limited to 120 bottles. Opened the bottle without any difficulty without spurting. It's a bit of a schwishy, pineapple-like burst of sweetness and flavor. The second half is a little bitter and spicy, but I think I prefer it because it has a stronger impact than the regular GRAVITY. It has an atmosphere like Kameizumi CEL24 Nigori.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival Tamagawa after a long time for drinking at home Dark but firm sweetness. Strong powerful umami from the complexity with a little acidity. It's a raw sake, but it has a sense of security that it seems to be fine even if it's rolled properly 😁. I was hesitant and went for the fast brewing Omachi raw, which I've never had before, but I think I would have preferred the Yamahai 🤔.

When we had a BBQ at Wakata's house, there was a container of this sake with akabu in it. I heard that this sake is also good for a packaged sake, so I asked him to tell me where I could buy it! Thank you Yuki for the information 🙇. I heard Maru drank this sake and sunk 😁. Ito-Yokado is a rare place to buy in Kansai! Denny's, a member of the same group, is also going down the drain in Kansai 😥. We used to have a Denny's near our house when it came to family restaurants 😿. Welcome to Denny's! Welcome to Denny's! I want to hear the phrase "Welcome to Denny's" again 😢. This sake is made with 1801 yeast and Akita Sake Komachi. Unlike the bottled Junmai Daiginjo, this product is made exclusively for packaged sake, and the container was newly developed for this sake. The ginjo aroma is quite gorgeous. At almost room temperature, it has a fruity, melon-like flavor. I guess it tastes a bit more crisp when served cold. I personally prefer to drink it chilled, as it tastes more cohesive. It's definitely easy to drink, and I think the flavor is amazing in a packet.

It is said to be a drink that originated in California. Sold by WAKAZE, which makes doburoku and sake in France, and manufactured by Takara Shuzo. I'd love to try the California-made one, but importing it would be a huge price tag 💦. I've been curious about this for a while, but I found it at Lawson. It has a strong yuzu aroma. The mouthfeel is quite dry with a bitter taste at the end. I drank the sake version of this the other day, but YUZU is more like a chu-hai than a sake. The cost is also bad. If you want to drink this, it is much cheaper to drink a chu-hai or a sankappu. When I drank the sake one, I thought it was not so good, but it might be much better than YUZU. I think YUZU should have kept a little more of the sake flavor 🤔.
