It is fresh, slightly bubbly, with a delay in the arrival of umami and moderate sweetness. The sweetness seems quite reserved among Eiko-Fuji wines, but it is usually delicious! It is dry and even a little spicy, but the Eiko-Tomizi character is clearly felt.

Second time in October, the house drink is the first Tochigi Ai🥰 of October! Sweet aroma. Fresh and juicy. I wonder if the juiciness is like Omachi? Not as sweet as I expected, but delicious 😋. Not too sweet, but just the right sweetness.

Sake purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA I opened a bottle of this one which has a stronger flavor 😅. I bought too much sake on Saturday and Sunday, so I wanted to reduce my stock 🙄. Newly brewed sake with 90% polished rice made from very early rice called Hazukiminori! It is punchy and thick with a strong umami flavor. It has a nice gasiness and moderate sweetness. There are also bitter citrus nuances like lemon and grapefruit. A little like Raku no sei. I thought it tasted like the opposite of Argo. It's a messy taste, but it's still sweet after a few days, so it's pretty good.

It's certainly not on the Instagram 💦. There's a guy who regularly holds events around Shibasaki station using Hyogo sake from a liquor store in my neighborhood, so please go check it out! Search for "Kansai sake study group" 🥺.

I had a meeting to learn about Kansai's local sake. I can't go to the sake meeting on 11/3 because of work😅. But I'm glad I found a place where I can prep before I go on a sake brewery tour in Kansai. Looks like Buchan doesn't have it all on his instagram 🤔.

I bought it a while ago because it was the subject of a petit flame war on X by a new political believer who gave it a bad review. I was looking for 3㌥ because a lot of stores only carry 4gou and 7-Eleven had it 😊. It's sweet and sour with a lactic acid-like sourness. Like everyone says, it's like a sports drink. I don't think it's as thin as people say, but it's still thin 🤔. It doesn't have much flavor and I feel like I'm missing something. I realized after I bought it that it is a junmai sake. But I wonder if I want to try sake after drinking this? I wish they would name it something like "Gatton Mikan" or "Gatton Argo" and give it a strong flavor.

I drank once before going out for a drink and again on the way home and drank twice😅. I had it twice before going out and drinking it on the way back home 😅 Maybe it was because I drank it together with Morinori Josen Unfiltered Nama Sake and Koshinohomare 8 years old sake, both of which are very strong brews, but I was not impressed with it the first time, but the second time I thought it was pretty sweet and tasty! The second time, I thought it was quite sweet and tasty 🤔. I've already bought Kaminosen and Koshinohomare, so I'll review them soon!

It tastes like clean water and rice, but I thought it was a little twitchy. I couldn't tell at the time I drank it, but the guy at the store tasted it and said it was twitchy. I was relieved😅. It didn't taste like this when I tasted it. I saw a review that said it's like Sogen but fruity and sweet, so I'd like to try it again.

There is a bar event at a nearby restaurant before and after drinking out, so I just attended Icoma's! I think this was a summer sake. It has a strong rice flavor and a little sweetness? It had a slightly yellowish color. I tasted it twice before at a department store, but it seemed a little more peculiar than that time. Both times before, I've tasted it as "refreshing," but this time I felt it was more like a pure sake.

I've tasted it before, but again. It has a more robust umami than Yokoyama, which I prefer. Basically, it's dry, but there's a little bit of sweetness and umami. Surprised to see the sake strength of +10 😳 I thought it would be around +7.

It's been two years since Hachitan Nishiki Hi-iri? It was freshly opened 😆. The aroma is mild pineapple. Even after drinking, you can feel a hint of pineapple. It's delicious, but I got the impression that it had a fresh and gassy feeling even when it was heated, but I didn't feel it so much this time.

Sanwa Shuzui, famous for its shochu Iichiko, is a Japanese sake brewery. It seems the company was initially founded as a sake brewery. I really wanted to drink a certain sake, so I bought it together when I popped into Hasegawa Sake Shop! It is gorgeous and juicy with a light gasiness. A trace of bitterness at the end. How come they don't sell this delicious sake? It's a modern sake and they should push more sake 🤔.

It's been a super long time since I've had a drink at home and it's been 3 years since I've had an Ozeyuki ☃️ Fruity and fruity flavor, but not too heavy sweetness, but elegant sweetness. The umami is like the royal road of Omachi, and I just want to soak in the aftertaste all the time! I think there is a bitterness around the end that I don't mind 🤔.

When I tasted it, I got the impression it was bitter, but it tasted quite sweet. Maybe because it's not on its own, but during a meal? I got the impression that it was a little strong on alcohol. But my overall impression is that it's easy to drink. I have a much better impression when drinking it at home than when tasting it 😍. I think it will show its full potential during a meal 😋. The mild syrupy sweetness is addictive!

Purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA They had a 4-goupe, but I decided to go with 3㌥😅. Low alcohol, sweet and sour. It also has a lactobacillus-like taste 🐄. I think it has a bit of a bran taste, but it's sweet and easy to drink. I bought this one because I was confused with HANABI, which is a second fermentation in a bottle, but maybe I should have chosen HANABI...

Next is "Ryujinmaru". Sweet taste at first, but soon after, bitter taste like nuts and chocolate. I guess it's hard to find due to the influence of "Moyashimon", but it's a classic taste, so I personally can't get into it... I was also given a sample of Nippon Izumi but forgot to take a picture 💦. The taste was too weak and subtle😅.

Here is an extra section of sake that the store bought when they went to Wakayama. Easy to drink. It has a nice acidity. Not too assertive, so it seems to go well with meals.

October Tasting at Icoma Sake Shop ④. First, it was served cold. It's so refreshing and clean! When heated up, the taste dramatically changed and became even more delicious 😳. I thought it was amazing that it tasted so good at 50% heated sake.
