Sakai Branch BBQ ⑦ We have red-built F. I was allowed to drink it 😁. It was in a pack of Takashimizu sake, but I was told that this Takashimizu sake is so good that I can't believe it is a pack of sake, so I will go buy it soon 🤔. I heard that Maru-san drank some Takashimizu before and he was sunk 😅. I guess that's why it's so easy to drink. Sake made with Iwate yeast and 60% polished rice. It's not alcoholic, but it doesn't feel like it is 😋. Very easy to drink and very dangerous 😆. It's a high-grade aluzoe sake, just like the Masamune Instrument.

Sakai Branch BBQ6 Sake I brought (2) Sake I bought at a liquor store on the way to Wakata-san's house. Low alcohol Zenkichi. It's refreshing and not like the usual Zenkichi. I haven't drank that many 😅 Sweet and sour It's also good for a quick drink, but I think I prefer the usual Zenkichi which has a strong umami 🤔.

Sakai Branch BBQ⑤. Sake by Wakata & Yuki (2) Yuki-san knew I wanted to drink Okuroku and opened it for me 🙇. There is a new distributor in the Kansai region, but it is difficult to access and buy Okuroku. It's delicious, shwashy, sweet and delicious! WHITE BEACH is a perfect name for this summery rum-like flavor! I was surprised because I didn't have an image of Kame-no-o as this type of sake. Everyone was pretty much ready to drink, and Umaisan was connecting with other Sake-no-wa members from all over the country via videoconference. I was also getting into the spirit of the party and was encouraging them to call me 💦. I met Jay, Menshuoh, tomo, Gura, kan, Ponchan, takeshon, Ane, Yucachin, and Nocchi remotely 😆. I overreacted to Gura-san in his Gainare uniform 🤣. Some other people I contacted Mamai-san but couldn't connect with her. Sorry for the trouble everyone 🙏 and thank you for being with me 🙇.

Sakai Branch BBQ ④ I brought my own sake. It's a junmai ginjo and a gold medal winner, which is rare. The one I was asked to keep because it was about to sell out. It had been sitting at home for about 2 months😅. I heard that gold medal winning sakes are usually daiginjos and cost 4000-5000 yen, so they said it was the cheapest price they've ever had in stock. It's fire-brewed, but it has a freshness to it. It's not fruity, but it has a strong umami flavor. It's Aizan, but it's not a beautiful and gorgeous type of wine, it's more of a solid type. Tochigi Ai🥰 at BBQ

Sakai Branch BBQ ③. Sake brought by Mr. Rutemi It's been a long time since I've had Tobiroki. I've had it in the past, but it's still a sweeter, fruity type of Tobiroki. The second half is a little spicy, but the overall taste is elegant. Tobiroki is a fixed type that you can get at liquor stores and they only have bottles of it, so I think there are different types but I haven't been able to drink them 🤔.

Sakai Branch BBQ (2) Locally distributed sake purchased in Saga by Maru-san Sefuri Yuusui. He reads it as "Sefuri Yuusui". It is a classic sake, but with a strong Kibotsukuru flavor. Beautiful and delicious! It was the only classic type of wine we had this time, so we all said it went well with Heshiko 😁. All the dishes prepared this time were delicious and excellent 😋No pictures though 🙄.

Sakai Branch BBQ① I attended the Sakai Branch BBQ party held in secret at Wakata & Yuki's house 🙏. The members were Mr. and Mrs. Wakata and Yuki Mr. Uma Uma Uma Mr. Luther Temi Mr. Maru Me 6 members Toast with Ferrari Brut, a sparkling wine brought by Mr. Umaïmai 🥂. The first bottle of sake was La Jomon by Wakata & Yuki! We were asked in advance, "Which La Jomon would you like? I was asked in advance which one of La Jomon I would like, so I chose this one 😊. It's white malted rice but not too sour, round, well-balanced and delicious 😋. I was told that it might have been more like sweet and sour white malted rice right after I bought it. But I thought it would be easier to drink in its current state and to match with a meal. I'm glad I got to drink La Jomon, I've been curious about it for a long time😍. Thank you 🙏.

I bought it because I thought the label was cool. It seems to use TYPE3 Sakurahime yeast. It is fruity, but not sweet, and I got the impression that it is a dry and gorgeous dry type. I think it is more suited for eating with food than on its own. Smoked mackerel goes great with this sake! I'd like to try some of the raw sake here. It's quite light when I drink it again.

I bought it because it was on sale at Yamaya. I've seen active nigori in a can before, but this is the first time I've seen it. No gassiness. The sweetness is moderate, but not spicy, and the sweet and sourness leaves an impression. Maybe it is because it is only available in summer, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. Thin, but refreshing and pleasant to drink. I heard there is also a pink Yukikko, so I would like to try it 😋.

I drank Matsuyama Shuzo's sake at a national sake fair, but this was my first time drinking it at home. It is fire-brewed but a little fresh. It has a rich, tropical sweetness, but not only sweetness, but also umami and various other flavors in perfect harmony or balance. I heard that there is also a draft of this sake, and I would like to try it, but it is not available in the Kansai region.

I bought it because it looked like a rare 3㌥ sale. It looked like Daimaru stocked them like a fair. It's sweet and sour, but also has a sake feel and a classic feel to it. The label is different but I wonder if it's the same as the one Pon-chan drank in the past 🤔. The wine yeast sake from the past has Funaki Oumachi written on it, but this one doesn't. I guess the rice isn't Oumachi. I guess the rice is not Omachi.

I was told that it is sold as Junmai-shu in Japan. There was also a Blue Bottle special honjozo, but I have had it in the past, and I have never had Hakkaiyama Junmai Sake, so I decided to go with this one! It's refreshing, but not as spicy as I expected, and has a good umami flavor. After 6 days it started to feel sweet.

I went there with the intention of buying a revived brewery in Yamaguchi, Toyo Otokoyama 😅. I bought it at a liquor store that only carries strange sake. When I went there, they had a bottle of Awaji Island's Sennenichi. It's the brewery of Kai Otokoyama. I bought it because it was not at the Kokunishu Fair. It has a graininess and a lactic acidity in the second half. At first I thought it was suitable for warming up, but I wonder what the nuance of the second half would be like.

I bought this for 330 yen along with a bottle of Tenjozo I had the other day. I thought it might be the same in content with a different label, but the ginjo aroma is almost the same, but this one seems spicier. The Tenjozo may have been more fruity. The second half is quite spicy, but I think it has a better balance of flavors than Tenzou 🤔. But I think I like Tenjozo better because it's sweeter and has a gentler mouthfeel. I can't drink it anymore though 😿.

I almost went through with it because I've taken it in the past, but it looks like the specs have changed, so I bought it. Thanks for letting me know 🥺. The differences from when I drank it before are Alcohol: 16 degrees Celsius → 13 degrees Celsius Kake rice is Hyogo Sake85 -> Hyogo Nishiki According to Mr. Ikoma's explanation, it is a four-stage brewing process using amazake (sweet sake). When poured into a glass, a large amount of microbubbles appear. It's a low alcohol at 13 degrees, but you don't feel it. Slightly effervescent, with a rummy sweetness. No pungency at all. Too easy to drink. But the taste has changed so much after 3 days of opening the bottle... The bitterness is very strong.

Kurogyu has not been drunk at home for a long time. Looks like a raw version of the red labeled sake that was newly released rather recently. It seems a little sweeter than the Junmai Ginjo Omachi we have had in the past. I think it is spicier than other sake made from Omachi. It has a strong umami and a strong acidity. It seems to be a pure Okayama sake. I thought it might not be my favorite type of sake, but it turned out to be an okay one. Not the type of sake you want to drink aggressively though 🤔. I prefer the standard Junmai Nakadori or Shiboritate. I think it's sweeter than the freshly opened one, but it has a stronger smoky taste.

I went to Isetan with Ao and tasted it and bought it. I didn't know Mizuo was here and was just hanging around when Ao called me and I went over there and they were having a Mizuo tasting 😁. The person in charge of the brewery was a woman named Ms. Tanaka, so I guess she was the proprietress? I wonder if she is the mother of the person who came to Hankyu last year. I decided to buy it immediately after taking a sip. The rice used is Kinmon-nishiki. It is fire-brewed but slightly effervescent. It is refreshing, with a strong acidity and a short aftertaste. It is low in alcohol, but has more umami than expected. I thought it tasted similar to something when I tasted it, a little bit like the summer junmai ginjo from Shinshu Kamerei that I had before 🤔. It's not as sweet and gassy as Shinshu Kamerei, though.

I bought it with Kameman because Nemuchi-san said it was delicious after drinking it at an event at Takashimaya 😁. I was curious about the use of Nadeshiko yeast. I heard it is the first flower yeast in the purple space. The aroma is fruity and the taste is rich and sweet. I think I feel a little pungent in the latter half of the taste. The aroma through the nose is very fruity! I personally prefer it when it is cold 🤔.

It looks like the label was chosen from a public contest. It seems that the other three breweries also have their own sake labels that were chosen in a contest. After the Bamboo Spring... Sake that the store owner bought at Bic Camera when he went to the Nagoya venue of YOMOYAMA. They seemed to have a wide variety of Nagoya sake. I guess it's like Yodobashi in Osaka🤔. I wonder if the Bic Camera in Namba used to have a lot of Kansai sake, or how about now? I have the impression that EDION has a good selection of Katanozakura and Kuninochou Osaka sake. Harada Shuzo, famous for Ikumichii sake. The label and bottle look like summer sake, but I guess not😅. It was made last October, so it's a little old, but not unpleasant. It's a little classic, but it's complex, crisp, and delicious 😋.
