Amt Tasting (11)
It is not sweet but refreshing and has a strong acidity.
When I drank Takayuu at the Japanese sake festival, it was not so good, but this one was delicious!

Mirin developed for drinking 😳
Mirin but it's a raw sake 😳
Mirin is unfiltered raw raw sake 😅.
It was made in 2018, so it's quite matured type.
It has a rich taste. It has a thick sweet taste like mitarashi dumplings.
It tastes better when heated 😋.
Hello bouken 🐦!
Manrei, you make so many different kinds of mirin 😳 Raw sake mirin, eh 😳😳And it tastes good warmed up, doesn't it? I'm too curious 😆.
Mirinko is the only one I can relax with 🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan.
Nemuchi-san reacted so much to this 🫶😁.
It was something like Tamagawa's Time Machine with thick honey 🤔.
It's a kinky drink but it's got a cute name 🤣.

Sake not on the tasting list from here
Mineral taste, or dry and not very Aizan-like?
The Aizan characters on the label were so well written that I couldn't read them at first😅.
There is a mysterious phrase "Kansai only", but it seems to be Amto's original!
It tasted better when heated 😋.
Amt tasting (8)
Rice is Gohyakumangoku/Yamadawara
Rice polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree -30, Acidity 1.7
Alcohol 15
I've had it in the past and it's delicious 😋, with a slight effervescence and a rich sweetness.
Silky, smooth and smooth.
Hello bouken 😃
This Tamasakura Tororo Nigori Sake was opened by Mr. Chuin this day, and he says it's "so good every year" ☺️
Silky, mellow, sweet and delicious nigori with a slight effervescence 🫧I just love it 😍.
Hi Aladdin!
I have had it in the past and it was delicious with a rich sweetness, but it was freshly packed and still not very active, so this time I was able to fully enjoy the microbubbles 😋.
Amt tasting (7)
Kirakucho, a Kansai sake but not so much.
Seijo Ishii often carries it...
Rice is Nipponbare
Rice polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree -5, Acidity 1.8
Alcohol 17%.
When I drank it in the past, I felt it was sweet, but this time I felt it was bitter and less sweet!
Amt tasting (6)
Is this a fire-brewed version of the perverted sake 🫶 that Nemuchi-san bought for me earlier? I wonder if it is.
Rice is Hidahomare/Asahi no Yume
Polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree -8, Acidity 3.1
Alcohol 19.5%.
This sake seems to be a blend of 30BY and 1BY.
It has a strong taste. It has quite a lot of color.
Smells and tastes like Shaoxing wine 🫶.
I saw someone refilling this one several times 😁.
Amt tasting (5)
Rice is Miyamanishiki
Polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree +14, Acidity 1.6
Alcohol 16%.
I've seen this label in the past when drinking outside, but it looked too spicy so I passed it up😅.
Sharp and spicy. Very dry!
I've had Meikyojimizu in the past and it was dry too, but I wonder if Meikyojimizu is like that kind of sake?
Amt tasting (4)
Sea of turtles after a long time
Rice is Hitogokichi
Polishing ratio 59%, Sake degree -4, Acidity 1.4
Alcohol 16%.
Sweet and juicy, pineapple. A little bitterness.
Just like the impression I had in the past, Kame-no-Kai is still delicious 😋.
Amt tasting (3)
Rice is Miyamanishiki
Polishing ratio 55%, Sake degree +8, Acidity 2.4
Alcohol 15
Slightly sweet and muscat-like, but the overall impression is dry.
Hmmm, something about Honami just doesn't do it for me personally 🤔.
Amt tasting (2)
Looks like a winter-only sake.
Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 16
Slight and gorgeous. Beautiful taste.
One of my favorite types of Kuroryu I have ever tasted.
I was wondering if I should buy it, but in the end I didn't buy this one😅.
Amt tasting (1)
I was invited by Nemuchi-san to a tasting event at Amto, a liquor store near Taishibashi Imaichi Station, and participated in the same event as last week 😁.
It was my first time to attend a tasting event, so I didn't know what to expect, but each person poured freely.
It's been a long time since I've had Kushira!
Rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Kushira
Polishing ratio 80%, Sake degree +8, Acidity 2.0
Alcohol 14%.
It is refreshing, neither sweet nor spicy, and dry.
A little smoky?
When I drank it again, I got the impression that it was spicy there.
I went to buy it as soon as I saw it was in stock on Icoma-san's SNS 😁.
It has a little color.
It has a slightly ripe taste and a beautiful umami.
Sake that is easy to drink with a good balance of sweetness and spiciness while being a little refreshing.
It feels refreshing but has a strong umami.
The cost is great, at around 1,000 yen for a tobin 😳.
The brewer came to the Hanshin Department Store in Nishinomiya and we tasted and bought a variety. It was hard to narrow it down to one bottle since I had a tasting event coming up 💦.
According to the brewer, the sake is usually watered down, but this time it was unfiltered, raw and unpasteurized.
Fruity, juicy, sweet and delicious. A little gassy. I like the lingering sourness at the end.
And dry at the end.
Maybe the best Oyama sake I've ever had 🤔.
Following the last Hatsushibori, this one was also purchased at Icoma.
The rice is Yumeko.
It has a tight, gaseous feel.
The sweetness and umami are felt in the middle of the bottle, but the second half is dry and the bitterness gives the impression of being sharp.
The taste was of the same high level as the first shibori 😋.
After a few days, it becomes quite dry 🤔.
Hmmm, I wonder if it changes a lot depending on the order in which you drink it.
The 3rd picture, I drank a lot of Okayama sake at Icoma-san a while ago 😅
I think Mannen Yuki is the sake that Usagi-san said looks like a crowded train on a rainy day🤣.
Hello bouken 😃
I'm surprised that even bouken, who drinks so many different kinds of drinks, can come up with such recommendations 😳and they are all one star 😆 We also had All Tochigi twice 😄.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀.
I think it's easier to get out if you post a series of sake from the same prefecture or drink minor brands 🤔.
I once posted an event in Tochigi and all of them came out 😆.
The fire-brewed Yumachi has been out for a while now, but this seems to be the first time for the raw version.
Purchased at an ostentatious liquor store in Dojima that has a cafe attached.
I don't see anyone posting about it at Sake-no-wa or on SNS, is this not circulating?
It was a little spicy when it was just out of the fridge, but as it warmed up, it had a sweetness similar to that of rum and muscat. It's a little refreshing, but there's also a little bit of sake in the second half of the bottle. I think Matsu no Tsukasa is a quieter sake, more like a food sake.
It tastes like cherries when I drink it again.
Floral and spring-like 🌸.
It gets sweeter as the days go by.
Hi bouken 🐦.
I've never had Omachi draft before, including outside drinking 💦 It looks delicious!
I don't think I've ever seen it 😳I think the price is good, so the number of bottles might be small 🤔.
Hello Pon-chan ☀☀
I bought it because it's omachi and it's a draft sake 😁.
I don't see it in Shiga either 😳 maybe because the store I bought it from had an abundance of Matsu no Tsukasa 🤔.
3㌥ purchased at Ikari Supermarket, the pride of Kansai
I'm sure it's an upscale supermarket, but it's headquartered in Amagasaki 😙.
It's refreshing, but has just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness to make it easy to drink. It's not too assertive, so I guess it's a food sake type.
The sweetness seems to come after the spiciness.
A little nutty at the back.
I know it was a while ago, but my recommendations are now full of Ibaraki sake 😳I don't know anything about Senhime or Futabayama 😳.
Hana-no-i is a brewery of thieves 🐈️ I believe 🫢.
I went to the first liquor store I visited in Minoh because the nearby distributor didn't seem to have it in stock.
It's about a 20-minute walk from Sakurai Station.
It's a liquor store that mainly sells wine.
Souhyo, Morinokura, Bon, Shinkame, etc.
The road is a high-class residential area. There was a mansion that looked like a celebrity's house 😳.
The sake was brewed with Yamato's peony flower yeast and was brewed as doburoku the previous year, but this time it was brewed as sake.
It has a juicy sweet flavor with a graininess.
A little floral and unique 🤔.
It's sweet, but the overall smoky flavor might be a little off-putting...
Mori Masu participating in the Risshun Asa Shibori for the first time
According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Miyamanishiki.
I had half-expected and half-anxious reservations, but it had a fresh berry fruitiness with a firm sweetness.
It was more delicious than expected with a slight effervescence. It's one of the best Risshun Asashibori I've ever tasted.
Well, it's been 2 days since I opened it and it's tasted quite different 🤔.
As expected, it's the type that should be drunk as soon as possible...
Liquor Shop Okayama Tasting Event⑰.
The last one was a red sake brought by a regular customer.
Tohi Red Sake is still sold by Rui-Taka, but it was made before 2001 when Rui-Taka Brewery and Tohi Brewery merged and became Rui-Taka Co.
Tohi Red Sake was posted by honda in the past.
This sake was made 50 years ago in 1975😳!
I had it lukewarm and it was so rich, it was like a dumpling!
The color is dark red like isodine😳
It was different from the image, it was rich, sweet and delicious 😋.
It tastes a little like mirin (sweet rice wine) 🤔.
Thank you for the precious sake 🙏.
Two hours passed and it was time to end.
At first I thought it would be impossible but I managed to drink all kinds 😁.
After leaving the restaurant, Aochan and I parted ways, and Nemuchi and I headed to Kyoto station to go to a few more liquor stores 🚃.
The End
Good evening, bouken🌙
I enjoyed reading your review of the tasting 😊Kaiun's sake and others sounded interesting 😚.
50 years ago is a surprise 😳Mitarashi sauce and mirin...I would love to try them!
Congrats on winning all the varieties ✨
Good morning, bouken 😃.
Thanks for the tasting report!
It was a fulfilling 2 hours with an impressive lineup 🍶.
50 years aged sake is awesome too 😳Tasty sake after half a century 🍶 like hon mirin 🤔.
Hello bouken 😃
I enjoyed reading your tasting report. Showa 50 is awesome 😳Thanks for the taste report on Toromi, Mitarashi Dango, Mirin...very rare sake 🙏.
Good evening, Mr. Kotaro.
Thank you for visiting 🙇.
I was surprised to see that the box was 50 years old 😳
It really had a strong taste like sauce or mirin.
Mr. Aladdin, good evening 🌃
Thank you 😊
I was surprised at the 50 year old one 😳
I thought it was like a matured version of hon mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine) with a touch of tenderness 🤔.
I love you😻 from Takeyoshi's, which I've bought before and enjoyed.
Here's another CWS series.
The one I tasted this time is different from the previous one.
The rice is Yamadanishiki.
Polishing ratio 55%, Sake degree -4, Acidity 1.3, Amino acidity 1.2
Alcohol 14%.
Slightly effervescent, sweet and delicious 😋.
