There was a sake I had never seen before, so I took a closer look and saw Kawanakajima Sparkling😳. It doesn't say it, but it seems it's a draft sake. I've never seen it in person before😅. I didn't know Kawanakajima Sparkling actually existed💦. It's a bit fizzy and bubbly. Low alcohol, light but not too light, exquisite. Fruity, very sweet and delicious 😋. I'm going to be pissed off that it's not a drink for the end of the day 😱.

I've been drinking a lot, so I thought I'd go home, but I can't go to the neighborhood membership or invitation-only? I thought I'd go home, but I called a sake bar in my neighborhood that I rarely go to. I called a sake bar in my neighborhood, which is a member or invitation-only bar, and they said they would let me in, so I went there for the first time in over a year. I tried to go there after Sannomiya Off-line meeting in April, but I couldn't get in 😅. Sorry we're low on sake right now. But no, no, no, no, they have Genmai 😍. I don't think they had Shinmasa this time, but they also had Sogape. I'll buy the ones I can afford later and drink the ones I can't afford so much 😁. It's not really sweet, but I got the impression that it's elegant, gentle, and refreshingly sweet! This is Kinmon-nishiki 🤔. When I bought aroma sake before, it was sold as ginjo... I should've got the ginjo one... so good 😋.

Hi, Shieri 😃. I've never had Ginjo-Kinmonnishiki before and it was delicious 😋. I mean, you got 4 bottles of Genmai at once, that's too much 😳.

Hakkaisan's Uonuma limited edition sake Apparently it is distributed outside of Uonuma only at restaurants. It's not sweet, but it's very tasty with a mildly sweet umami taste. I think it's one of the best Hakkaisan I've ever had 🤔. I think it goes well with sushi and seafood 🍣. It was a GASHIRA no NISHIKAI 😋!

I drank Choseomai at KITTE the other day, but this is my first time at Notoji. I didn't know there was a variety of rice called Chosei Mai😅 I thought it was a brand name like Niida rice. I heard that the rice grown in the Chousei area of Chiba is also called Chousei rice, which is a bit confusing 🙄. It has a golden color. Or maybe a little light brown😅. Smells like Shaoxing wine. It smells like aged sake, but it tastes beautiful and a little sweet. Better than the Chousei Mai I had the other day 😋. It's a bit of a mystery how it's aged so well even though it doesn't say it's an aged sake on the official website or on the liquor store's website 🤔.

I was told that there were two kinds of kotsuzumi, one of which I had already had, so I chose this one. Kotsutsumi is a local Hyogo sake, but I don't drink it often. It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a 50% rice polishing ratio. The rice is Gohyakumangoku. According to the official website, it is an autumn-only sake and is the only sake made using Kozutsumi's original brewing method. The name "Shirakura" means "white warehouse" in Japanese. Shirokura, which means "white warehouse" in Japanese. It tastes clean and refreshing, but has a lactic acid taste like yogurt. A little lackluster 🤔. Sake is a little expensive, about 3000 yen for a 4-pack and 4100 yen for a 1-bottle. Taste and price are... I've had kotsuzumi a few times but it's not for me 🙄. The kombujime (sea bream) was delicious 😋.

Maruhi is the image of Ponchan 😊. Sake degree -14 Acidity 4.0 Rice used is Ippozumi Much more sour than I expected! It's already 🤣! The sweetness is subdued and the acidity is assertive and assertive. The Maruhi I've had so far was more like 🫶, but sweetness came first. I was surprised because I was expecting a normal, delicious, sweet and tasty type 🤣. Well, I think Ippozumi from Amanoto was pretty kinky too. I was so surprised. I was even asked by the liquor store if I was okay with the taste 🤣. I think it was probably because Amanoto was made with Edo yeast 🤔.

Good evening, bouken🦉. Ew, was it that sour🤣It was indeed the most acidic of all the ones I drank😊 Hmmm, maybe my mouth is getting used to the 🫶!

Good morning, Ponchan 🌅. I don't know if it was the change after opening the bottle or the combination with food 😅. It has an acidity of 4.4, well 🫶🤔.

First time in over a year at a sushi restaurant I know it's good, but I don't drink it often. Ane-san has been drinking it recently. It's like a sake that's aged until autumn and then hiya oroshi. It's a hiyaoroshi type of sake. There seems to be another sake named hiyaoroshi. Fruity and sweet Mildly sweet and refreshing Sweet but not too sweet. I don't drink it often, but once again, Kame no Umi is delicious!

Ane-san, good evening 🌃 Sorry about the label 😿. I don't know why I don't take the initiative to buy them even though I don't see them very often 😅. I've never seen so many different kinds of them lined up that I can buy them all at once 😆 I'm jealous.

Tasted and purchased at the Icoma Tasting It's the CWS you've been hoping for. Slightly effervescent, citrusy and fruity. Bitter acidity in the latter half is impressive. I think the sweetness is moderate in Nozomu. I prefer it at room temperature. Tochigi love since the first day of November 🥰.

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival 8 First sake since Takarayama Brewery went bankrupt and was taken over by Takarayama Brewing Company. Autumn Hitsujikka (one fire) I think they call it hiyaoroshi. Gentle sweetness, good at room temperature or lukewarm. Takarajima Koshihikari sake I've had this one in the past. It is sweet but not as sweet as the sake degree, and has a complex flavor with a strong umami taste. Takarayama Shinnosuke Genshu This sake was recommended by Nemuchi. Sweet and delicious, a little messy and complex. Slightly unique flavor. Takarayama Junmai Ginjyo Genshu I was going to finish with only the above three, but I was curious about the sake degree of -21, so I tasted it. I was told that it was very sweet. This one uses Yamadanishiki instead of rice. The rich sweetness is like a dessert wine😋. The staff was also surprised when they tasted it. She looked like a clerk at a department store, not someone from the brewery, but someone who knew a lot about it. I wanted to visit the booth of a hobbyist liquor store owner, but I had other business to attend to 💦.

Keihan Moriguchi Sake Festival (7) Tenryo Sake Cup Booth #2 ●Sae Daiginjo They said it goes well with sushi. I heard that it is served at restaurants in Niigata for 1,000 yen per glass. I thought it was refreshing, light and dry like Niigata. It might be the most Niigata-like sake among the ones we drank this time 🤔. Daiginjo Premium Made with Koshitanrei. Pineapple aroma. Gentle, mild and luxurious taste. They used to use Hiroshima ginjo yeast, but it didn't work well with their yeast, so now they use Niigata yeast. Forgot to take a picture💦. Daiginjo Premium Nama Storage Sake Daiginjo-Premium is aged for 2 years. It still has the same pineapple flavor, but it has a more rounded and rounded taste. When we talked about Ouroboros, I was surprised to hear that the base sake was aged for 10 years. When the sales staff first tasted it, they were surprised at the taste, which was hard to believe that it was a kijoshu! Nemuchi-san bought two kinds of Tenryo Sake, but I decided to stick to one 😅. I think there are a lot of duplicates of what the salesman told me, so I have abbreviated the story, so please see Nemuchi's post for more details 😌. I also bought some Haniu walnuts, a famous confectionery in Fukui, because they are not available in Kansai 😊.

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival (6) Tenryo Sake Cup Booth #1 Niigata Furusato Village had a booth at the Hokuriku-Shinetsu Good Food Festival, which was separate from the Sake Festival, and Tenryohai's sales staff visited the booth! I heard that Tenryo Sake is delicious, so I came here! He seemed to know immediately that I was talking about you 😁. Man Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered It seems to be an unfiltered version of the Niigata Furusato Mura limited edition sake. He said it was a product with the playful spirit of a young brewer. It has a classic taste, but sweet and delicious. Prototype 2025 It seems to be a sake using Sado Kinzan yeast, which has not yet been given an official name. It is sweet and fresh like a Ramune 😋 A little like Gagakuyo? I think they said they only brought 60 bottles, but Nemuchi said 96 bottles, so does that mean only 60 bottles are available in Keihan? Dry sake Honjozo This is also a Furusato-mura limited product. I can suggest it is wrapped in a local newspaper 🤔. It has a strong, gassy taste. Like Nemuchi, I couldn't detect any gas 💦. They used to come to Hankyu and Hanshin for tasting and sales, but it seems the sales staff is too busy to come to Kansai 😥. I'm going to split it up since it doesn't seem to fit in 500 words😅

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival (5) The main attraction of the event was that they had a little bit of pre-sake, so they had Katsuma and Shinmasa. Among them, there was a sake I've been curious about, so I ordered it! The price was announced as 1,100 yen for 50ml, but they said it would be 800 yen. They let me drink the sake I didn't order, and other customers got the set price for the sake they didn't order. I like their flexibility. 👍️ The taste is sweet and refreshing, but also very drinkable, probably because it is Yamahai. I think it is one of the sweetest Tasake. I don't know because I haven't had any recently. I wonder if the fact that it's Yamahai is also to my liking now 🤔. I know it sounds like I'm a meek person, but this was my favorite sake I had here!

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival ④ I didn't ask for it, but the booth staff kindly allowed me to taste it 🙏. I was surprised to hear a champagne-like sound when I started drinking the set and saw that this sake was open 😳 I didn't know it had such a strong gas! I think I drank it 6-7 years ago, but I don't remember the taste. It has a strong gassy taste. It's also very complex and sweet. They said the taste and gassiness changes every year 🙄. It's #6 yeast and it tastes bland, like new●.

I heard it's called "Yauemon". I have bought sake here before at Yamaya. It's a clear and sweet sake. It's less fresh than the Yaemon I drank before, but sweeter? Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival ①. I went to this event, which was held at the same time as the Hokuriku-Shinetsu Good Food Festival, after hearing a lot of information from Nemuchi, who participated on Thursday, the first day of the event 😁. Tohoku Wakuwaku Marche booth I visited there first because there was a sake I was interested in. There was no sake tasting, only sales, but I was told that I could drink sake sold at the adjacent sake bar corner, so I ordered a set of sake to compare. The first one was Kikumori, which I don't usually drink. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and the rice is Yunokou. Complex and caramel-like sweetness. I thought it would be more difficult to drink, but it was delicious 😋.

It was brought to the Takashimaya Sake Festival, but it was sold out immediately and was already gone when I got there. They ordered it because they tasted it at Takashimaya and it was so good! The one they brought to Takashimaya was the directly pumped version. Fruity without being too flashy. The sweetness is refreshing and the acidity in the latter half is nicely balanced. There is also a slight smoky nuance. I got the impression that it was a very beautiful and well-made sake. Yonetsuru has a unique taste that is common to all sakes 🤔.

Purchased at Harukas event. Purchased without tasting because there was no one at the booth😅 I think it's not exactly watery willow city but watery willow city 🙄. I was caught up in the Niigata Prefecture only or the back label 🤣. Fruity top note. Fresh and a little floral. It has a clean, slightly sweet, fruity and dry impression. I think it would be better with food. I think I prefer Koshiji Fukiyuki Hiyaoroshi from the same brewery that I drank at an event in Icoma the other day 🤔. It's been 8 days and the sweetness has come out a lot more than when the bottle was opened.

Purchased at an event in Harukas. It has a smooth taste but a gentle sweetness. It is a classic honjozo sake, but it can be drunk cold as well. I would like to try it at various temperatures. The brewer said it is not a sake to be savored, but I think it is a delicious sake to be savored 🤔. I wonder if it's a label that's been used for a long time, though there are stickers on the top here and there on the label. I peeled it off and it didn't say anything😅. It tastes better at room temperature when it's sweet like brown sugar. It's fruity for a moment. I can drink it cold or at room temperature without heating it up. It's been about 12 days since I opened it, but it has a lactobacillus-like nuance.

Super long time no sakami. Purchased with Sen gourd. Miyamanishiki and 1801 yeast Hard to taste when cold, but when it gets close to room temperature, you can taste the sweet and juicy flavor. Slightly bubbly with lots of air bubbles adhering to the glass. There was none of the bitterness often found in Miyamanishiki. The mouthfeel is lighter than expected. When it reaches room temperature, it is even sweeter and more delicious.
