Comparison of Rairaku.
The color is slightly yellowish.
Compared to the Junmai Ginjo mentioned above, this sake has a higher alcohol content because it is a pure sake, but this one has no alcohol taste.
Slightly carbonated, fruity sweet sake reminiscent of muscat. It is delicious and has no unpleasant taste.
Alcohol content: 15
Yamada Nishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 58
The taste is sour but not bitter, clean and dry.
There is a slight aroma and flavor of alcohol at the end.
I am vindictive. It's almost the rainy season, but it still continues to be active, and the other day I replenished one live round, one of the four remaining.
When I slowly loosened the stopper, bubbles came up three times faster than usual. At the same time, automatic stirring started. The bubbles showed no sign of abating even after repeated opening and closing. This is a guy with a backbone.
5 minutes later - "Rairaku, you fought well. But this is the end.
Finally, the battle is won.
Aroma of melon, carbonation as strong as cola. No more explanation needed. It's the top of the active nigori group. Oh, it's so good, it's so good.
Degree of buying again 10/10
Recently, I drank some Akashi sake outside. I feel that it is delicious though it is rugged.
Hello, Mr. White Tama ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I'm sure that if you drink one bottle and buy one bottle, your inventory will never decrease 🤣.
I'm really curious about the active nigori because "Rairaku Abelia Yeast" is very much my favorite ✨.
5 minutes to open the bottle, that was a long battle 💦.
Good evening, Mr. Gyves.
This brewery is small and rarely seen, but when I find it, I buy it.
I have to say that active nigori is becoming more and more difficult to find. But for me, there is an almost-activated nigori-shu combination from the Evil Sake House.
First visit to a Kitakyushu liquor store in six months with an acquaintance.
First, we went to Merukido, a kinky liquor store in Kokura station building.
Rairaku, which I saw for the first time and was curious about.
Cold sake
Aroma of sour banana
Light on the palate with a hint of sourness lingering in the aftertaste.
I think it is one of the lighter sakes from Hyogo that I have had so far 🧐.
It may be similar to Wakanami.
This is a raw sake brewed with flower yeast from Tsukishita Bijin, a sake brewed by Ibaraki Sake Brewery in Akashi City. It was a little schwarziness when opened in the mouth, and although I am not sure about the flower yeast, it was a delicious sake with a slightly dry taste.
It's a very sweet sake, partly because it's a 50-80% long sake.
I felt the sweetness, a little sourness in the aftertaste, and the unique taste of sake in the aroma.
