I have not had Chiyoda Kura for a long time. It is slightly sparkling, fruity, and sweet. It has a nice, exquisite taste, but not too sweet.
But I think it tasted better at the tasting 🤔.
The taste is a little strange💦.

The exhibition was good but the venue, Osaka Culture Museum/Tempozan, which used to be Suntory Museum, was a disappointment 😅.
It seems that it is now run by a Chinese company, and there are souvenir shops and cat cafes with products that only foreigners would buy 🙄.

Special Junmai Genjyu Fukunohana Autumn Agari
When I tasted it before, I thought it was sweet and tasty, but maybe because I drank it after the raw sake, I felt it was quite spicy.
It was originally a candidate for purchase, but I decided not to go for it this time.

It has a strong sense of maturity. It also has a lot of color.

It is like a Tottori sake. The acidity is quite strong.

Special Junmai Nama-junmai Yamahai Kitanishiki
More mature than the Yamahai Fukunohana and less mature, but both are said to have been aged for about 3 years.
The Kitanishiki is easier to drink, but the Fukunohana has more impact.
I was quite confused and bought two out of the seven varieties after being allowed to drink them again 😊.

This is the fruity type of sake, so we tasted it. It has a soft mouthfeel. It has a sour taste with a clean aftertaste.

Slightly fruity, slightly acidic light nigori. The orikori brings a hint of sweetness to the finish.

The most obvious, fruity and sweet. The sweetness and umami are not sweetened by the sharpness.

This is a junmai sake brewed in Yamahai style and aged in sherry casks. The aroma is unique, with caramel, nutty, and chocolate notes. It has a strong astringency that lingers on the tongue, making it a little bitter.
◉Chiyoda Kura NOBEL PANDA
A noble sake with a hint of maturity. It has a slight aged taste. The taste is not too strong for a kijo-zake.
Chiyoda Kura also has a barrel-aged version.

I've never heard of a rice called "fukunohana."
This one is light nigori 🤍.
It has a full-bodied sweetness with rice 🌾 floating in it.
It has a decent sense of rice and a thick flavor, and it was quite a nice finished nigori 😚.
