Fruity with a hint of ginjo aroma.
It goes very well with fish dishes, and it was gone in a single sip!
I had it cold in October and left a note at that time saying that it would go well with hot sake.
I bought it again and tried it hot and it is very tasty. The moment you drink it, a nice aroma spreads through your nostrils. I'm a confirmed repeat customer for hot sake.

I knew of Ota Shuzo's "Doukan" in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture, but I had never heard of a brewery in Nada!
The dragon and tiger cut-outs are very cool: ✨️
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 🍑.
It goes down the throat lightly.
The taste is mellow and dry with just the right amount of rice flavor and slight bitterness.
It also has a lingering richness that is typical of grain.
I enjoyed it without getting tired of drinking it because I could also taste the acidity!
