I tasted it at a department store in the spring and have been wanting to drink it for a long time, but now I bought it at Yamaya. It has a light, yet refreshing aged taste. It has a light sweetness and a strong acidity. I thought it would be more difficult to drink, but it is easier to drink than I expected. Unlike the usual Shojo, it may be a little too refreshing. If you drink it at room temperature, the acidity lessens and it becomes more like the usual Shojo, but it's still refreshing. The spiciness becomes stronger and nutty. I may prefer it at room temperature, but I personally find the sweetness too little.

I bought it because it had a different label, even though the junodai nama sake I drank in the past was not my favorite type of sake. The one I drank before was very dry, but it had a strong acidity that made it sour. It wasn't even sweet, but there was no spiciness at all. I was surprised at how different it tasted from the old one. It says that the Yukikomachi I drank in the past also has a strong acidity, so I wonder if Yukikomachi is characterized by its strong acidity. It's a draft sake, but it's light and not so good this time either 😅. The same label was attached even after removing the wrapping paper 😁.

After dropping by Hanshin Department Store on the way home from a welcome party for TOMO-san, I bought this at Yamaya near Kitashinchi. It looks like it's only available in Hokkaido, but for some reason it was sold at Yamaya in Osaka😅. It tastes a little sweet and cool. It's a bit sweet and refreshing, but not too sweet. It has a yogurt-like lactic acidity. It tastes a little different from the usual Tamanomitsu, but I personally like it a lot. I wish they would serve this raw 🤔. I think it's a little too much grain when it's at room temperature...

I found it at Yamaya after tomo-san's welcome party and bought it because I thought it was rare to find Tondazake's raw sake. It doesn't taste very good💦I can taste a trace of umami, but the taste is weak🤔. Impressive freshness and sourness of nama-zake. A little nutty. Hmmm, I don't think it's a good match for Kuninonaga😅 I wish I didn't buy it, but I buy it when I find a new unpasteurized sake I've never seen before 🙄. I'm starting to think Kuninonaga is better when it's fire-aged 🤔.

I've been secretly paying attention to Akita Haru since I drank Ace. I've been curious about Akita Haru Daiginjo since I saw it at Yamaya. I couldn't find any reviews on it in my search, but T.KISO drank it quite a while ago and it looked good, so I bought it 😁. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a rich sweet flavor. The end has a sharpness that is typical of aluzoe. The fruity aftertaste lingers for a long time. Maru-san told me about an Ace distributor? I hope to visit one soon 😊.

I bought it because it was on sale at Yamaya. I've seen active nigori in a can before, but this is the first time I've seen it. No gassiness. The sweetness is moderate, but not spicy, and the sweet and sourness leaves an impression. Maybe it is because it is only available in summer, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. Thin, but refreshing and pleasant to drink. I heard there is also a pink Yukikko, so I would like to try it 😋.

I often see it at Yamaya, but there are so many kinds of sake in some stores that I didn't know which one to buy 😅. I couldn't find any reviews even after searching 💦. The taste is rich and dark, just like the description says. I got the impression that it has a very small amount of sweetness, sourness, spiciness and alu-ness to finish the second half of the bottle. If it had a little more sweetness, I'd like it a lot 🤔. I think it's a little sweeter than the day I opened the bottle, but I think the bitterness is stronger... After 6 days, I took it out of the fridge and drank it a little later, and it became sweet and tasty. After a week, the nutty taste is getting stronger. It's getting more and more nutty😅

Buy it at Yamaya, which has a larger selection of pine flowers than other stores, because of its retro labels. I think this is the first time I've seen Matsu-no-Hana Honjozo! It has a good balance of clear but not too sweet and not too spicy. Easy to drink. I would also like to tell you that it is very cost-effective at less than 1,000 yen, including tax! I must try heated sake while the temperature is not too high. If you chill it too much, you can feel the smell a little.

Purchased at Ma-ya. I didn't think Kiku-Masamune would release a draft sake 😳. You can drink the sake at the brewery, but it's not for sale 😅. It smells like a fruit. Fruity and juicy. It's apple-like. It's a bit too refreshing for the alcohol content, but it's very satisfying. The price is only a little over 1000 yen, so it's quite cosy. It is ultra-filtered so that it can be stored at room temperature, so it does not have the same freshness, but there is no doubt that it is fresh and fruity. The aftertaste is a little bit like ale-soaked sake. I thought it might be a raw sake, but according to the press release on the official website, it is minimally watered down. The lingering aroma and taste are long. I can't deny that it has a little too much alcohol 😅. Considering the price, I can't complain. I think the taste changes a lot after opening. I've said it many times, but when a big company gets serious, it's scary, you know?

Opened on April 30, 2022 Purchased at Yamaya Kitashinchi store I knew it! Even raw it's spicy! But it's crispy and very refreshing✨ Feels like a heavenly May weather ☀️! Is it the restrained acidity that makes it so ^ ^? It will relieve the fatigue of traveling 😌.

They changed the color of the label this year, didn't they? I liked the dark blue one until last year. It looks so cheap... It's the sake that got me into drinking sake, and it's like the starting point for me. The pub in my neighborhood had a relationship with Tamanomitsu, and I used to drink it all the time in the winter. I learned about Miyamanishiki rice from this sake, and it was also the beginning of my interest in sake. Other than Tamanomitsu, I also used to drink Ottersai at first. This is the first time I drank this at home. The taste is fresh and full-bodied. It's also fruity. This is the one I like best among Tamano Hikari's sakes. The aftertaste is long and tapered, and fades out. It is written that it is slightly sweet, but it may be sweet in Tamanomitsu, but I think it is dry in general. I drank this sake a lot when I first started drinking sake, so maybe I'm attached to Miyamanishiki.

季節外れの夏酒。やまや行くとずっと置いてあるのでラベルも綺麗やし気になってたから購入。少し老ねた味するけど不快ではない。夏酒らしくスッキリ爽快な味。吟醸香は感じられない。老ねてないやつも飲んでみたい。
