So I bought a cup of Okuharima.
When I lightly warmed it up, it had a solid, classic feel with a light yellowish hue.

I had avoided Sairyuu as my favorite type, but I bought this one because it was the unaged type.

I thought I hadn't had any zodiac labels this year, but then I found this one last week 🐍.
I was also interested in the Omachi Jundai with the colorful label, and I probably prefer the Omachi, but I've never had the Manzai rice Futaragi, and since it's a zodiac sign, I decided to go with this one 😁.
I think I drank Mansai Mai from the same brewery, Mikawa Bushi, at a tasting.
The rice is Manzai rice used only by Maruishi Brewery. Slightly effervescent, not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness 😋.
I think you can taste the sweet/tart flavor better when the temperature is a little higher than when it's fresh out of the fridge 🤔.

Since we came all the way to Osaka, we had Aki-shika from Nose-machi.
I have been drinking a lot of sweet and tasty sake lately, so it has been a while since I have had an orthodox dry sake.
It has a crisp, straight taste of rice, with no overt aroma, and a hard-edged flavor.
It seems to go perfectly with fish.

This sake is from Kasai City, next to Kato City, famous for its Yamada-Nishiki.
There is almost no top-fragrance, but it seems to have a very slight citrusy aroma.
It also has a shwashiness to it, but it is a little weak.
The taste of rice seems to be straightforward without any peculiarities.
I enjoyed the smooth taste.

I have been wanting to try Sentori Yukidaruma for a long time.
As expected, it was refreshingly shwashy.

I wanted a dry sake, so I chose this one!
As described in the description, it is "dry with a touch of dryness and a touch of sweetness cut off."
The first sip is refreshingly crisp and spicy! The sashimi went well with the entrée 😆.
I like the dry taste. 〰︎ I'm sure I'll get addicted to this one too.

I have been wanting to drink this Mimuro Cedar for sometime.
The store's introduction described it as "clean drinking, umami and fruitiness" and it was just as described! I was impressed.
I like Nara Prefecture's sake in general so much that I want to be able to talk about it, and Mimurosugi is a must-try 😆.

On my way home from running errands, I went to Yamanaka Sake Shop at Eki Marché Osaka.
I really wanted to buy some sake, but there was already no space in the fridge for other sake, so I didn't buy any this time and had some on the spot. ☺️
The first drink
We started with a sparkling sake.
The carbonation and acidity were the most noticeable, but there was also a bitterness in the sweetness, making it a well-balanced saké!

I was going to buy Ona's green freshly squeezed but was disappointed to find it sold out 😥.
I was wondering between Retro and Classic, so I bought this one. Modern was already sold out 😥.
I went back to the same liquor store the next day and they were all sold out 💦.
It has a strong, fizzy, bubbly taste. Dry with low acidity. I can feel lactic acidity deep in the aroma and taste. I was also interested in the Modern and Retro but they were sold out 😥.
