This is a targeted purchase! The labels are fun! The taste is also exciting. Very tasty. Gorgeous aroma. The mouthfeel is very beautiful. Sweet and fruity. I felt a faint fizz in the first glass. I would drink a second glass of this! I couldn't stop drinking it!

Oh, this is..." This is..." I met this sake last May when I started drinking sake. I got it at a restaurant. This time I bought a bottle! I'm so happy! I went straight home. I opened the bottle immediately. Yes, it is very delicious! What is that aroma? It's a nice aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Wow, it is very fruity. But as usual, I don't know what kind of fruit this is. It has a sweet image, but it is fresh and acidic. And it is reasonably priced!

Yamanaka Sake Shop August Corner Launch Report (3) Ohroku is often promoted at Yamanaka. The No. 4 bottle is expensive, so we decided to drink it here where the temperature is well controlled. It has a bit of sweetness and a rummy feel to it, but it flows smoothly 💨. I drank it smoothly, wondering if it is one of the rarest bottles out there since it has 5 silver stars from the label. After this, I met up with bouken-san and we toured liquor stores in Osaka City 👟.

Yamanaka Sake Shop August Kakunai Report (2) Next is Kikuhime. I tried nigori, which I often see but have never had before. ❗️ Creamy mouthfeel, a little sweetness, and flows smoothly 💨. I imagine nigori sake to be very sweet or dry, but this one is right in the middle. If you look closely at the label, it's made with Yoshikawa's Yamadanishiki 👀.

Yamanaka Sake Shop August Corner Launch Report (1) My glasses broke on this day, so I decided to go out to Osaka for a long time 🚈. On my way home, I decided to stop by Yamanaka and have a few drinks 🍶. The first drink was Kaiun Hiyazume. The first drink was a Kaiun Hiyazume, a spec that you don't see very often, so I decided to try it 💡. It has a gentle sweetness like melon, with just a hint of bitterness as it pulls away 🍈. It's so smooth to drink even in the summer, I ran out of it quickly 💧.

I bought it because, like Taketsuru, this brewery doesn't serve much draft sake 😁. It has a zodiac sign label. I had an image of Wataya as a dry sake, but it has a solid sweetness and minerality. It's delicious and has a good umami flavor 😋. But when the temperature goes up, the spiciness seems to be emphasized.

I had never been able to get my hands on a bottle of Takekutsuru because of the image of heated or aged sake, but I bought a bottle of draft. It's probably quite dry, but it's not sweet, and it has a melon-like flavor that makes it easier to drink than I expected. I felt that the flavor broadened as the temperature went up a bit. I'm going to try heating it up soon 🍶. I think it tastes better when it's heated up, the acidity is more pronounced, but the spiciness is also more pronounced. It's hard to say which is better 🤔. I thought it was spicy, but when I compare it to Issokusenzan, Issokusenzan tastes sweeter.

I had avoided Sairyuu as my favorite type, but I bought this one because it was the unaged type. First, I tried it cold. Fresh, refreshing and quite dry! Dry but with fruity flavors like orange and citrus. Moderate acidity I don't like it when it's heated up 🤔, it makes the alkalinity and spiciness more pronounced. Well, it's basically spicy no matter how you drink it😅

From a note at the store. Rice feeling alu feeling, more so than snowball. Milky mouthfeel, thick. Much more reasonably priced than Yukidaruma, but I felt this one was delicious enough.

I thought I hadn't had any zodiac labels this year, but then I found this one last week 🐍. I was also interested in the Omachi Jundai with the colorful label, and I probably prefer the Omachi, but I've never had the Manzai rice Futaragi, and since it's a zodiac sign, I decided to go with this one 😁. I think I drank Mansai Mai from the same brewery, Mikawa Bushi, at a tasting. The rice is Manzai rice used only by Maruishi Brewery. Slightly effervescent, not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness 😋. I think you can taste the sweet/tart flavor better when the temperature is a little higher than when it's fresh out of the fridge 🤔.

Since we came all the way to Osaka, we had Aki-shika from Nose-machi. I have been drinking a lot of sweet and tasty sake lately, so it has been a while since I have had an orthodox dry sake. It has a crisp, straight taste of rice, with no overt aroma, and a hard-edged flavor. It seems to go perfectly with fish. Thank you very much.

This sake is from Kasai City, next to Kato City, famous for its Yamada-Nishiki. There is almost no top-fragrance, but it seems to have a very slight citrusy aroma. It also has a shwashiness to it, but it is a little weak. The taste of rice seems to be straightforward without any peculiarities. I enjoyed the smooth taste. Thank you very much.
