My glasses broke on this day, so I decided to go out to Osaka for a long time 🚈.
On my way home, I decided to stop by Yamanaka and have a few drinks 🍶.
The first drink was Kaiun Hiyazume.
The first drink was a Kaiun Hiyazume, a spec that you don't see very often, so I decided to try it 💡.
It has a gentle sweetness like melon, with just a hint of bitterness as it pulls away 🍈.

It has a zodiac sign label. I had an image of Wataya as a dry sake, but it has a solid sweetness and minerality.
It's delicious and has a good umami flavor 😋.
But when the temperature goes up, the spiciness seems to be emphasized. boukenI had never been able to get my hands on a bottle of Takekutsuru because of the image of heated or aged sake, but I bought a bottle of draft.
It's probably quite dry, but it's not sweet, and it has a melon-like flavor that makes it easier to drink than I expected. I felt that the flavor broadened as the temperature went up a bit.
I'm going to try heating it up soon 🍶.

The rice is Manzai rice used only by Maruishi Brewery. Slightly effervescent, not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness 😋.
