I really wanted to bring a Hiyadoroshi, but I decided to start with a classic, so I brought this one along and opened it today. It is refreshing and delicious!
Neither sweet nor spicy, perfect for a mid-meal drink 😊😊.
This was my first Kyoto sake, and it's sure to become a staple 👍

Last time I had it by myself, so this time I brought it to my house so my wife could have it.

I'm basically a Yamadanishiki guy, but this time I chose Omachi: ☺️
Nanada is good with any rice 😋.
The aroma is not so strong, and it has a stronger sake flavor than the usual Shichida, but it is very refreshing on the palate.
The mouthfeel is clean and smooth, just like usual 😊.
The aftertaste is also very refreshing 😅.
It's a 4 gou bottle but it got empty in no time 😅😅😅.
I was able to finish it in no time 😅😅😅.
Of course it gets a perfect score of 5 😍😍😍. バウムI've been curious about this place for a while.

The mouthfeel is refreshing...
At first, I thought "n⁉️" and swallowed it, and then the spiciness spread in my mouth. Then it leaves a little aftertaste.
As you continue to swallow, the next lingering taste covers the remaining lingering taste 😋😋.
I tried to reset it with a chaser, but it left a surprisingly lingering aftertaste😅.
I think I want to enjoy it by itself 😌.

Let's take our time and enjoy it. ちばさんThere was a small bottle of Shichibonjari, so I bought a trial.
It's a tasty one with a clear, dry taste and a sense of security. ちばさんI missed it once, but I met a new one and bought it immediately.
It is delicious. Tasake is still good. ちばさんIt is quite gassy and raw and juicy with lots of sweetness and umami, typical of Hououmida.
Delicious. ちばさんI would buy this one immediately if I came across it.
As usual, the cost performance is too strong. Delicious. ちばさんI saw one that I was really interested in, so I got it without hesitation.
I wondered how it would taste at 12 degrees Celsius, but it was a quintessential Masamune. The sweetness is light and light, and it goes in very smoothly.

A little nervous, I take a sip...oh my...⁉️ it's not so hot!
The second sip. Well, it's not so hot after all.

From my few experiences, I have an image that spicy sake is sharp and sharp, but I don't feel that strong a sharpness.
