Fruity, sweet and delicious. One of the best Ganki I've ever had 😋.
Junmai Ginjo Oorigarami Unfiltered Nama-Genshu
More refreshing than the Jun Dai. Slightly less sweet.
Might be good during dinner.
Junmai Oorigarami Unfiltered Nama-genshu
Strong rice flavor. Slightly spicy?
It has an atmosphere similar to that of junmai junmai written in kanji (Chinese characters) as "ganki".
Junmai hiyaoroshi
Mild flavor like slightly ripe fruit.
It is better to drink it at room temperature or lukewarm than chilled.
Minakage Junmai Daiginjo
Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35%.
A clean and elegant ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness.
It has the taste of a very high quality sake.
The name "Minakagtari" is often used for sake, isn't it?
Asakayousei has it too!
I have a good impression of this label's Ganki because I enjoyed Ganki's Tankade at the Sannomiya Off-line Meeting in April. ちばさんDelicious.
The depth of the rice wine goes well with autumn.
It is good any time of the year. ちばさんI bought it because I liked the overly simple design.
I was a little wary because it seemed to contain sugar, but it tasted fine. boukenI think this may be the only time I can find Jukinmu. So, Ao and I bought it when we went to Takimoto.
Sweet and juicy, with a strong acidity.
A little astringent in the second half, but overall a rich sweet sake.
Personally, I prefer Shikanaru or Uraharushika 🤔.
I wrote "rich sweet" but it also has a refreshing taste. ちばさんI've been on a high Kudo ratio lately, but I found another one that caught my eye, so I bought it.
The clean and refreshing taste of the 30% polish is really good. I love this one too.
I never realized how different rice makes a difference. ちばさんThe dry Kamo Kanehide is also quite good.
However, I don't feel the summer feeling that much, and I like the usual regular Tokujun no 13 better. ちばさんThe label design is too striking and colorful.
Aizan's 33% is as tasty and clean with no clutter as I expected.

The liquor store we visited was holding a tasting event, and we decided to bring this sake with us after taking a sip 😋.
The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is clean and crisp, with a nice dryness.
It has a moderate spiciness and a slightly different taste from the previous Shichida, and one can sense the attention to detail of the toji (master brewer).
I don't know if this will become a regular item, but I hope it does 😍. バウムTonight is the first "Masumi" 🍶 in a while.
Speaking of Masumi, we have only had one dry bottle, but we opened the bottle with a new sake.
The aroma is subdued and the taste is mild 😊.
It's refreshing, not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of mouthfeel 😋.
I later realized that the low alcohol content made it even more smooth and easy to drink 😋 It was a different saké from the Masumi saké I have had so far, and it was also delicious 😍.

After a successful day, we are getting back to normal operations, and we opened the first bottle of our
Yoshida Kurau" 🍶, the first in the series.
The aroma is subdued, and you can feel a slight petitiveness on the tongue.
The finish is clean and refreshing.
I've had Tetorigawa from the same brewery, but it's completely different ⁉️
It's unexpectedly refreshing and clean, and it keeps going and going and going.
