Slightly effervescent and fresh. Pineapple-like sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. The acidity towards the end is nice 😋.
It is a sweet and fruity type of wine, but it is not heavy, so it can be enjoyed by everyone. ちばさんIncredibly inexpensive for 33% polished rice.
It is insanely beautiful, fresh, fruity-juicy, full of sweetness and umami, and has the fullness and complexity of Dewa Sanzan.
This is insanely delicious. ちばさんI found a brand I haven't encountered very often, so I gave it a try.
Anyway, the volume and power that comes with a gusto are amazing.

Dry but juicy, not too sweet. It also has a slight minerality.

I felt it was less sweet than Hitogokochi, which I drank before.

So first up is Takachiyo. I have a strong attachment to this bottle, as I got hooked on it last year when I bought a random bottle of Takachiyo with a Chinese zodiac label.
The taste is a little different from last year's, but without question, this year's is also a delicious one.
I had already finished half of it before taking a picture😅. ちばさんThe first time I opened it, I thought, "Of course it tastes good, but maybe it's just a little bit short.
But the more you drink, the more you feel the taste and the more stable it is. This is a good one, too. ちばさんI saw it in a place where I didn't expect to find it for sale, so I secured it without a second thought.
I like the dry taste.
