It has a strong gassy taste among all the Takachiyos I have had so far.
It has a sweet flavor of strawberries and berries. It's easy to drink because of its low alcohol content.

The product was sold as "ORIGARUMI Autumn Ripening" and the name and label were renewed. It has a rich sweet flavor that is slightly ripe. It has a melon-like taste. It has a bitterness at the end. The bitterness can be quite strong depending on the food to be served with it.
I thought it was quite sweet and tasty when I tasted it, but I'm not so sure. Is it tasting magic?

They were selling a limited-edition ogara-mi for fall, which will be sold nationwide next week.

Fruity, sweet and delicious. One of the best Ganki I've ever had 😋.
Junmai Ginjo Oorigarami Unfiltered Nama-Genshu
More refreshing than the Jun Dai. Slightly less sweet.
Might be good during dinner.

Strong rice flavor. Slightly spicy?
It has an atmosphere similar to that of junmai junmai written in kanji (Chinese characters) as "ganki".
Junmai hiyaoroshi
Mild flavor like slightly ripe fruit.
It is better to drink it at room temperature or lukewarm than chilled.
Minakage Junmai Daiginjo
Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35%.
A clean and elegant ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness.
It has the taste of a very high quality sake.
The name "Minakagtari" is often used for sake, isn't it?

I have a good impression of this label's Ganki because I enjoyed Ganki's Tankade at the Sannomiya Off-line Meeting in April. ちばさんDelicious.

I bought a bottle of Takimoto Gakki Masamune.
When I got home and looked at it carefully, it says "Other Brewed Sake" 😅.
I opened the bottle without taking a turn!
Low alcohol, tingling sensation, sweetness and sourness match 👌 Bitterness afterwards 👌 Will there be a sourness afterwards that I personally don't like? I'm not sure 😓.

The clean and refreshing taste of the 30% polish is really good. I love this one too.
I never realized how different rice makes a difference. ちばさんThe dry Kamo Kanehide is also quite good.
However, I don't feel the summer feeling that much, and I like the usual regular Tokujun no 13 better. ちばさんThe label design is too striking and colorful.
Aizan's 33% is as tasty and clean with no clutter as I expected.
