Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival Tamagawa after a long time for drinking at home Dark but firm sweetness. Strong powerful umami from the complexity with a little acidity. It's a raw sake, but it has a sense of security that it seems to be fine even if it's rolled properly 😁. I was hesitant and went for the fast brewing Omachi raw, which I've never had before, but I think I would have preferred the Yamahai 🤔.

Yes, it is. 17% alcohol content is not Tamagawa-like 😆. No problem at room temperature! It is not such a weak sake!

Hi bonken, ☀️ I've had a few of the miscellaneous sake ones and the Omachi Yamahai a while ago and I'd like to try more Tamagawa! I've never had a fast brew before so I'll try it when I see it 👍Tamagawa, thank goodness I don't have to worry about storing it🤣.

Hello Kotaro 😃 I see you drank the miscellaneous liquor one 😳. Tamagawa has a kind of wild strength that is consistent even if the specs are different 🤔. The toji also seems to say it's fine at room temperature so that's a relief 😁.
