It has been a very long time since we have had a Taman Jugen. Fresh and a little rough. It is sweet but has a moderate pungency. Overall, the acidity is impressive.

Sake brewed with Kyokai #8 yeast, which is not used very often.

The name of the brewery is Iraka Sake Brewery, which means "Iraka Sake Brewery" in Japanese.

There were so many sake that Nemuchi and I had never seen before, so we were struggling with them left and right in front of the fridge 🤣.

This is the first time I'm drinking Aradama at home.

Hakutsuru's Nada no Nama Ikkomoto is also Hakutsuru Nishiki, but it's low milled and I'm a little curious what it tastes like 🤔.

I didn't take a picture of it, but the heshiko (dried squid), made by Umaisan, was a great match for the sake 😋.
