Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival ④ I didn't ask for it, but the booth staff kindly allowed me to taste it 🙏. I was surprised to hear a champagne-like sound when I started drinking the set and saw that this sake was open 😳 I didn't know it had such a strong gas! I think I drank it 6-7 years ago, but I don't remember the taste. It has a strong gassy taste. It's also very complex and sweet. They said the taste and gassiness changes every year 🙄. It's #6 yeast and it tastes bland, like new●.

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival (3) The last sake to be compared is Tenju! This is also a limited edition sake for Tohoku Waku Waku Marche! It was also at the Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival, and Nemuchi tasted it 😊. This is also a limited edition sake from Tohoku Waku Waku Marche! Fresh, clean and fruity sake! This was a potential purchase, but it's too refreshing and not enough 💦. Would have been better to drink the Chokaizan Shizukutori by itself 🤔.

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival (2) Sake only available at Tohoku Wakuwaku Marche. Sake from the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery in Fukushima. I almost mistook it for Iwate's Drunken Emon. I mean, I thought it was Drunkenemon until I saw the name of the brewery😅. Here is not "Yaemon" but "Yaumon". I thought it was "Yaumon" until I saw the name of the brewery 😅. I heard it's called "Yauemon". I have bought sake here before at Yamaya. It's a clear and sweet sake. It's less fresh than the Yaemon I drank before, but sweeter? I think it was the sweetest out of the 3 types I drank 🤔.

Good morning, bouken 😃 I didn't know about Yamatogawa Sake Brewery's Yaemon, but I saw their website and it's a big brewery 🤔. Kawamura Sake Brewery's Yaemon doesn't have any kanji, so I'm registering the word as "Toruyoemon" 😁.

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival ①. I went to this event, which was held at the same time as the Hokuriku-Shinetsu Good Food Festival, after hearing a lot of information from Nemuchi, who participated on Thursday, the first day of the event 😁. Tohoku Wakuwaku Marche booth I visited there first because there was a sake I was interested in. There was no sake tasting, only sales, but I was told that I could drink sake sold at the adjacent sake bar corner, so I ordered a set of sake to compare. The first one was Kikumori, which I don't usually drink. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and the rice is Yunokou. Complex and caramel-like sweetness. I thought it would be more difficult to drink, but it was delicious 😋.

It was brought to the Takashimaya Sake Festival, but it was sold out immediately and was already gone when I got there. They ordered it because they tasted it at Takashimaya and it was so good! The one they brought to Takashimaya was the directly pumped version. Fruity without being too flashy. The sweetness is refreshing and the acidity in the latter half is nicely balanced. There is also a slight smoky nuance. I got the impression that it was a very beautiful and well-made sake. Yonetsuru has a unique taste that is common to all sakes 🤔.

Purchased at Harukas event. Purchased without tasting because there was no one at the booth😅 I think it's not exactly watery willow city but watery willow city 🙄. I was caught up in the Niigata Prefecture only or the back label 🤣. Fruity top note. Fresh and a little floral. It has a clean, slightly sweet, fruity and dry impression. I think it would be better with food. I think I prefer Koshiji Fukiyuki Hiyaoroshi from the same brewery that I drank at an event in Icoma the other day 🤔.

Purchased at an event in Harukas. It has a smooth taste but a gentle sweetness. It is a classic honjozo sake, but it can be drunk cold as well. I would like to try it at various temperatures. The brewer said it is not a sake to be savored, but it is a delicious sake to be savored 🤔. I wonder if it's a label that's been used for a long time, though there are stickers on the top here and there on the label. I peeled it off and it didn't say anything😅. It tastes better at room temperature when it's sweet like brown sugar. It's fruity for a moment. I can drink it cold or at room temperature without heating it up.

Super long time no sakami. Purchased with Sen gourd. Miyamanishiki and 1801 yeast Hard to taste when cold, but when it gets close to room temperature, you can taste the sweet and juicy flavor. Slightly bubbly with lots of air bubbles adhering to the glass. There was none of the bitterness often found in Miyamanishiki. The mouthfeel is lighter than expected. When it reaches room temperature, it is even sweeter and more delicious.

I went to buy it when I found out that Tani Sake Shop started selling Senbyo through Eiji's post 😁. Mizutani Sake Brewery was destroyed by fire last year. This sake is brewed by Sekiya Brewery of Houraizumi. Slightly effervescent and light, with a gentle sweetness and bitterness from the minerality. I thought it might be a little like Houraisen, but it tastes completely different. The next day, it tastes sweeter and more delicious. It is fire-brewed but tastes fresh and modern. I would like to drink this sake on draft because it has a fresh taste even if it is fire-aged! I had a chaser of Daiyame with soda while drinking sake😇 The guests left around 11pm, but after that I fell asleep drinking the rest of the food and drinks and it was about 3am 🙀.

When I went to Umeda Hankyu, for some reason they were selling Miya no Yuki, which had never been to the brewer's festival or the tasting sale in the basement. According to the official Miya no Yuki Instagram, they sometimes come to Oi Hankyu in Tokyo for tasting and selling, so I wonder if they brought their stock from there 🤔. I bought it because I haven't seen Miya-no-snow in Kansai. It doesn't say but the rice is Yamadanishiki. It's fruity but less sweet and more bitter than I expected. The printed bottle is cool! The customer seemed to like Miyanoyuki the best. When I drank it again, I felt it was refreshingly sweet and fruity. I wonder if this is the raw version of the sake Nemuchi-san recommended 🤔. It's been 3 days since I opened the bottle, but the acidity that I felt when I opened the bottle has disappeared and it's turned into a beautiful sweet-tart flavor. I drank a lot of drinks until I got to Iko, but I had guests over at my house that day, so I opened a lot of things 😇. I didn't think I could buy it, but when I went to Kyoto, Takimoto had a bottle. I think it was sold by lottery at Horiichi in Nagoya. It has a strong gassy taste among all the Takachiyos I have had so far. It has a sweet flavor of strawberries and berries. It's easy to drink because of its low alcohol content. It's a little too light and not enough for my taste though😅.

I've had a drink at home before, but it's been a while, so I'll put it up. It's a classic label, but when you drink it, it's not so classic, and it's easy to drink. It's a little older than usual, but it tastes beautiful. The rice is Wakamizu and Asahi no Yume, apparently. I've been wondering if this sake is different from ordinary Yamahai, though it's labeled "Namahashi-ryu" even though it's Yamahai. Tenjin's Narazuke was sweet, rich and delicious. Tenkohi and Narazuke go so well together😋. I drank 8 kinds of sake in total, including Jyugyohi, Honshu Ichi, and Toryu, but I've already posted them in the past, so I won't go into them here 😌.

Next is Honorary Ikezuki It looks like it was left at room temperature after acquisition. Modified Omachi and No.7 yeast A little matured and yellowish. It has a light ripeness and gentle sweetness. Honorary Ikegetsu is really good! Among Shimane sake, Eiyokegetsu is one of my favorites. This bar was mainly sakes that we got on our trip or were given to us, not sakes that you can buy in stores.

It was the day of Tachibana StampVal, so I went to only Ikoma among many stores participating in the event. I don't always go to other shops😅. I thought I was drinking it for the first time, but it looks like I had it last year at Harukas😅. It has a beautiful taste without a strong sense of maturity. Very easy to drink hiyaoroshi 😋. I've always wondered which came first, former Takarazuka Revue troupe member and singer Koshiji Fubiyuki or Koshiji Fubiyuki, but it seems Koshiji Fubiyuki's brand started in 1991!

Purchased at Takimoto's when Ganki was doing a tasting. The product was sold as "ORIGARUMI Autumn Ripening" and the name and label were renewed. It has a rich sweet flavor that is slightly ripe. It has a melon-like taste. It has a bitterness at the end. The bitterness can be quite strong depending on the food to be served with it. I thought it was quite sweet and tasty when I tasted it, but I'm not so sure. Is it tasting magic? I don't like it when it's at room temperature💦.

I bought a bottle of the raw version because the hi-airi version I drank before was so good. It is a junmai ginjo, I believe, although it is not written on the bottle. It has a strong gassy feeling and tastes like yogurt or lactobacillus drink. I can also taste the sweetness and umami of the rice. I had an image of sweet and sour taste from the hi-ire version I drank before, but the impression is quite different when it's drafted. This one is just as good as the others, though. It tastes better after 2 days. Sake made with LED yeast, like Gotenzakura, often uses blue bottles, right?

Purchased at the September Icoma tasting. It is a cross between No. 9 yeast and No. 18 yeast. Mild but fruity ginjo aroma. It is sweet but dry. Seemed a bit sweeter at the tasting, but maybe it's the temperature range 🤔. It tastes sweeter and more delicious at room temperature. I think it can be heated up as well.

After the Bishu Competition (11) Sake from Yokozeki Sake Brewery in Misato-cho, Saitama Prefecture. It looks like the store owner got this sake from a friend. According to information on the Internet, this is the smallest brewery in Saitama. According to the official website, the lineup includes a lot of raw sake. It's dark, umami, and quite sweet, so it was better than I expected! The label on the back says "Processor" and it looks like they don't brew their own sake, but Yokozeki Sake Brewery participates as a brewer at a brewery in Gunma Prefecture, so it's not just a consignment brewing. So I stayed at Icoma for an hour and it was past 8:30pm when I remembered I had a shopping order and hurried to the supermarket to get home before 9pm😅. That's it!

After the Bishu Competition (10) Sake from Isogura Sake Brewery in Kasama City According to the official website, it is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake. A little floral, but with rice flavor and complexity. It is sweet and fresh. Quite rich, voluptuous, and somewhat unique. I've had the same sake at a national sake fair, and at that time I felt some off-flavoriness, but not this time. I guess I like it a lot 😋.

After the Bishu Competition (9) Tanaka Sake Brewery near Toride station. I remember this brewery from the program "Tokoro-san's there and there", in which they were planning to open a vault that had never been opened. I remember this brewery from the program "Tokoro-san no Sokon no Tokoro" (Mr. Tokoro's there and there). I wonder if they are a sake brewery that loves cats 🤔. Kimikun Bandai Junmai I got the impression that it's a clear, light and refreshing sake for in-between meals. There is a lot of acidity. It has no unpleasant elements and is delicious! The variety of rice is unknown, but it seems to be made from rice grown in Toride. Bankai Junmai Daiginjo The cap is decorated with a string tied over a piece of paper, which is typical for high-end sake, so it's a bit nervous 😅. I checked the official website and the price is not surprising 😆. Good ginjo aroma. Not fruity or fruity, but sweet enough. Very tasty! Hyogo Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 40 I don't think it's available outside of the prefecture, but I'd like to try some of the other specs, such as the raw sake. They have a mail order service on their official website. I heard there is an unfiltered draft of this Junmai Daiginjo, and it's definitely a good one!
