Purchased at Miki Sake Shop along with Hakuro Taruzu and Takizawa I bought a bottle of Nama nigori because I had a good impression of fire-aged sake. It has a strong gaseous taste. It is fruity, but the sake is -7 on the sake meter, but it is still active nigori, so it tastes bitter and not as sweet as it is supposed to be. The second half of the bottle is a bit alcoholic. As the temperature rises, the koji-like and rice-like flavors become stronger, but the bitterness is lessened and the sweetness can be felt. There was also a regular unpasteurized sake that was not nigori, so I might have preferred that one 🤔.

Koshi has been home drinking for a long time. Purchased at Liquaman It's gassy and pithy. It has a sweetness that is like a rummy, and it also has a juicy sweetness like a peach. The aftertaste is not too much like sake, so it is easy to drink. It's been a while since I've had a Kouji, but I still think it's a great sake.

August 4th Tochigi Sake 🥰. This is the first time to drink Souhyo at home. The aroma is slightly mature, but when you drink it, it is surprisingly fresh and sweet. There is also a good amount of acidity. It tastes like Western-style sake and has a mango-like taste in the depths. Even days after opening the bottle, you can still hear the sound of the bottle being opened. Tochigi love 🥰 both off and at home drinking. We currently have 3 bottles of Tochigi sake in stock 😌.

Sake purchased at Miki Sake Shop as well as Hakuro Taruzu I was curious about this one since Wakata-san drank it a while ago 😁. Fruity aroma. The sweetness and flavor of the rice comes in the mouth and finishes with a slightly bitter taste. When it was fire-brewed, it had a pineapple taste, but the raw version has a different taste. The label is similar, but the specs are different.

CWS that Icoma also started to handle I was given a sample to drink. It's a rich and rough sake. Not too spicy but a little hard to drink 🤔. It's a Shiga-like sake. It's like they took the sense of maturity out of Furoisen and took the sweetness out of Mitsuriboshi. Impression I wonder if "carnivorous" means it goes well with meat or if it means it tastes wild😅. I was told that this one is only available in 1 bottle. I also tasted Ona's Bokudena. The label is cute but it's dry, so I avoided it, but it had a unique taste with sweetness and fruity notes, so I bought it 😊.

I bought Eiko-Fuji's Sandesi because it looked rare. At the same store as Hanyo Nishikika Unlike the Eiko-Fuji I usually drink, this one is clear, light, and slightly sweet. It's easy to drink and you can drink it all the time. I think it has a little apple-like sweetness. Unlike the Eikoufuji that everyone imagines, this one is a little more classic 🤔.

Purchased at the liquor store that Maru-san told me about during the Bon vacations. Thank you Maru-san for the information 🙏. Mishiro Sake Shop in Sakai Higashi The main brands they carry are Akitaharu (Ace), Keigetsu, Fusashimaya, Shiroro Taruzu, Takizawa, Chiyoroku, Kurokabuto, Mizuo, Tominari-ki, Kozaemon, Asakura, Amano-do, etc. I wondered if it was a long-established liquor store since there is no information about it, but when I looked at the street view, it looks like it was opened between 2010 and 2014. This was my first time to drink Shiroro Taruzu at home. It tastes beautiful and clear, but I think it's too beautiful 🤔The taste is a bit blurred.... The taste comes out as the temperature rises, but it's still just a little bit bland. It seems to be good for eating, though. I think it was a bad combination with food, but when I drank it by itself, I felt a thickened sweet taste.

I went to Saison Factory in Takatsuki Hankyu, a store that sells jams and other items, because they have sake from Yamagata. They had Hanyo Nishikibana, Gazanryu, Yamato Sakura, Sumiyoshi, Ginrei-Gassan, Matsumine-no-Fuji, Kudokibe, Eikofuji, Seisenkawa, Dewazakura, Rokkasen, etc. I'm not sure if they always carry these brands. The name of the store seems to be based on the birthplace of the author of "The Red Devil Who Cried". The red devil was dry, so I chose the blue devil. The rice is Sake Mirai. I thought it was great that they used Sake Mirai and the price was less than 2,000 yen. Slightly sweet, but with herbal and grassy flavors. I got the impression that it would be better at room temperature, as the aroma would stand out. It has a slight smokiness to it, but it's not unpleasant.

Sake tasted and purchased on the way home from a BBQ at Wakata's house This sake is a first of its kind, brewed with low glutelin and low amylose LGC Soft rice and a new yeast, Ka8. Ka8 yeast is said to be a yeast that makes sake difficult to age. It has a 4 mp flavor like muscat and melon. It also has a white wine-like flavor. The higher the temperature, the sweeter it tastes.

Yasbaye Family Storehouse Opening Party㉒ Lastly, we asked them to open a bottle of Akabane-Yumachi, which we were curious about as well as Hakutsuru-Nishiki 🙇. I've never even seen Jikin Namiki Akaban Yumachi before! It's refreshing with a little lactic acidity. It's delicious with sweetness and umami! The party started after 2pm and ended after 7pm 🥺. I think I was talking too loud so I hope I didn't disturb the neighbors💦. I was so happy to be able to drink so much rare sake! Thank you Yasube and Kaorin 🙇. It was also great to be there for Nemuchi's YouTube debut 😁. I don't know if it was because I was drunk or what my intention was, but I was looking like 😌 all the time in the pictures, which is a complicated feeling 😅. I was so out of it that I passed the nearest station and went to the next one 🤣. When I came back, I got off at the nearest station a step too late and almost missed the train again 🤣. The end.

Yasubeyes' House Storehouse Opening Party 21 I had been curious about the YASUBAE's metaphysical wine sitting in the cellar since I first entered their house, and when I asked to drink it with Nemuchi-san, he opened the bottle for me 🙏. It was a mature sweeter than the other Jikin I've had so far, with a beautiful but firm sweetness and umami! The aroma is very fruity! It seems they only have hi-ire, but I wish they would serve it raw too! I drank Hakutsuru before, which was rumored to be a generic Jikin, but I thought it was a pretty good reproduction of Hakutsuru 🤔. The Sakai branch staff went home around the time I drank Hakutsuru Nishiki 🚃.

I took the photos of Yamasan first but I posted them in the opposite order of the main gold 😅. He opened the second bottle of sake from the hanpukai! Yamazan's limited edition sake! This one also has an undisclosed rice polishing ratio 🤔. It is fire-aged but fresh and light! The sweetness and umami are there but not too sweet. It is a well-balanced and versatile sake that can be used by itself or with food! I only see it at liquor stores in Kyoto, but for some reason I don't buy it there 💦. There are so many varieties that I don't know what to buy 😅.

The YASUBAE family's wine cellar opening party (19⑲) I know it's a little late, but I'm posting the photos in the order I took them, so the order may be different from the actual drinking order 🙄. The intercom rang while everyone was drunk and excited! The first thing to do is to take a look at the photos of the two of you. We open a bottle of the just-arrived sakes ♥♥. Honkin Limited Hanpukai Sake😻 The rice polishing ratio is undisclosed and edible rice, Yumeshina, is used. It was made last December and shipped this August, so it's a freshly ripened sake! I've had it a few times since I had Honkin Omachi, but I wasn't really into it and stayed away from it, but this one is sweet and juicy and I thought it was delicious after drinking Honkin for the first time in a while 😅.

They don't even have it at the professional tasting events held by the sake brewers association. I think it's fire-aged, but it tastes like fresh, unpasteurized sake. Dry and dry but easy to drink! Yasubeyes' family warehouse opening party (15) UA Kuwagata is a hot topic on SNS with many reports of strong gas and broken bottles. Have you been drinking UA since Momiji? The later lots were changed to crown and pressure resistant bottles, but this one is from the screw and regular bottles with many reports of explosions 😳. We have a professional bottle opener so opening the bottle was not difficult 😊. It's fizzy, shrieky, dry and sour. I have the impression that the sweetness is stronger but the dryness outweighs the sweetness. The bitter bitterness is impressive. This is the type of beer I would drink at home in a heartbeat 🤔. Yasbaye family storehouse opening party⑭ It looks like the sake obtained at the Japanese Sake Festival, where Yasubeyesan was a volunteer staff member. I wanted to try a sake that I have never had before. This sake was prepared under the title of "boken challenge". I'm not sure what it is, but... Actually, I had already had it at the June Kokusyu Sake Fair😅. He was very disappointed with my reaction 💦. The specs are very sharp with 90% rice polishing ratio. It's also priced very aggressively. The top aroma is kind of blue, like grass. It has a unique taste, but the sweetness is quite good. It tastes just as strange as the impression I had when I drank it at the Kokusyu Sake Fair. I won't try it again! But I had never tried Sekimusume, which I brought to last year's Sakai Off-line Meeting, so please don't give up and try again 🙏.

Yasbaye family storehouse opening party⑬ The last of 12 sake bottles of selected members of Yasbaye's selection, excluding Hexagon, is Yonotori 🐦‍🔥 Pairing with Mamemochi (bean cake) from Demachi Futaba in Kyoto, brought by Aladdin (sorry if I'm wrong), was great 😋. Rich sweetness Sweets go well with kijo sake 🤔. Some people seemed to be drinking Yonotori heated 😊.

Yasubeyes' warehouse opening party (⑫) I brought my own sake to last year's Sakai "bring your own" party. I didn't think I would be able to drink it again this year 🥺. I thought the peculiar back label was the same, but it seems to be the same lot I got last year! It's January 24, but thanks to the excellent care at the Yasubeyes' house, it didn't age at all and tasted great 😋. It has a strawberry-like berry taste, which is my favorite among all YASUBEI's.
