I finally got it after a few years of not being able to buy it because it was always sold out when I went there. Fresh and slightly effervescent. Muscat flavor. Not too sweet, but not too spicy either. I thought it tasted like it would be popular with everyone. Tochigi Ai in December too🥰.

I enjoyed the fire-brewed Ishikawa-mon sake I drank at the Bishu Competition, so I bought a bottle of a draft sake that seemed to have the same specifications. At Yamacho, which will be closed within the year after the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival The flavor was melon-like and fruity, just as the various liquor stores had commented. I got the impression that it was fruity and dry. A little smoky too. Personally, I think it was better when it was fire-roasted because it was less pungent 🤔. The aroma through the nose is very melon-like. There's also a hint of hackberry and mint.

It was a year-end party at work. I asked the waiter about the sake in the all-you-can-drink menu and he said it was Tsuki 🤔, but I've never had it before and I don't think I'll buy it myself, so I decided to try it. If it wasn't all-you-can-drink, they usually have Kurehaaru and Akizuka... Not too sweet, but not too pungent and easy to drink. It doesn't have a big impact, but it's a well-balanced type, so it's really good during a meal... I think it's better than Honmori or Koroshi. We went to an izakaya with karaoke for the after-party, but I don't remember much 💦. We stopped by Ikoma before the year-end party, but it was open on the way home, so we bought some sake and went home 🤣. It was about 1am when I got home. Year end party next week too 😇

Went to Icoma before the year-end party at work. I was curious about Taga's freshly brewed sake that Aladdin had posted, and they had it in stock, so I got to try a sample! It was quite powerful and spicy. It has a freshness that you would expect from a freshly pressed sake! The store said it was freshly opened, so I think it would taste more like Aladdin's review if it were a few days older 🤔. Sake itself is young, so it might be good to let it sit for a while. I was also given a bottle of Winter Moon, and I think it might be the best Kabishin right now! They seem to be getting a large shipment of various kinds of sake towards the end of the year, and I was given a list of what they plan to bring in!

Sake purchased at the Yodobashi Sake Festival Gorgeous and sweet. Easy to drink with a refreshing fruity taste. Sweet but not too sweet. I personally have a good impression of many of the sakes from Blumann. A little banana-like 🍌.

Hi bouken 😊 Kaoriranman, as the name suggests, is gorgeous and good 🎶 sweet, but not too sweet as you said 😆. Gorgeous, sweet and tasty, and cheap! I think this sake brewery has become much more delicious than it was a decade ago!

Purchased at Icoma Tasting Quite effervescent. Shuwa shuwa. Dry but slightly sweet. A little melon-like taste. It's definitely better than a nigori called Otaga that I had a few years ago from the same brewery.

Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. I don't think I would have gone to the Yaegaki booth if Nemuchi hadn't recommended it to me beforehand, so thank you 🙇. I'm glad I bought it because Icoma-san said they only allowed one bottle 😇. Fruity, apple-like, sweet and juicy. It doesn't feel as sweet and tasty as it did at the tasting, but it's just plain delicious. It's one of the best Yaegaki I've ever had 😋.

Hi Nemuchi 😃 I was going to go through it completely because I drank Ritsu's active nigori last year and it was quite dry 🤣. I'm glad the Yaegaki was good because I was disappointed with the Ganasei that I opened first 🤣.

When I went to the Hankyu Brewery Festival, Goshin was there in the basement and I tasted and bought it. It is made from Nara Prefecture's first rice suitable for sake brewing, Nanadoro. As I mentioned before, I saw on a website somewhere that the Ganasei series is unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is fruity and sweet, yet complex. It's delicious and not bad, but it's hard to describe the taste. I think it is a bit light 🤔. I thought it tasted sweeter when I tasted it... Tasting magic 💦. I had the impression that the Ganaou's Rohafu was a bit fresher and juicier, but it seemed lighter and lighter in taste. Nemuchi-san said he drank this one but decided not to buy it 😅I think he made the right decision. I think the flavor is starting to come through on the 6th day after opening the bottle.

I bought it at a Kumamoto fair at a supermarket in the basement of the Luxe Aire in Osaka Station, where they were having a tasting. The rice is Hananishiki and Yamadanishiki. It is light and dry, but has a hint of sweetness and acidity. I guess it is a food type. It doesn't have any outstanding characteristics, but it's not bad 🤔.

I used to buy it at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival when I learned that it had been Gohyakumangoku but this year it was Aizan. Nadagiku special order Aiyama ♫ Nadagiku ♫ Muroka Aiyama ♫ 🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱 It's shwashy and cloudy. Lactic acidity and sourness with rice sweetness and flavor. My favorite type among the many Aizan sake. The sweet and juicy flavor comes out more when the temperature is slightly higher than when it is cold. Too easy to drink and I'm a bit maniacal 😇
Japanese>English

Good evening... I'm interested in the Aizan, as it doesn't seem to have the "bitter" or "lingering" taste that is typical of Aizan. However, I don't think I will be able to find it in Kanto 😅.

I haven't seen Kaikaihua much so it's been a while since I bought it 😁. The rice is Tochigi star. It's fire-roasted but fresh. The sweetness comes first. The sweetness comes first with a hint of muscat, and then the delicious taste of the rice comes in with a bang. The acidity is also quite memorable. Tochigi Ai🥰 in a rush at the end of November.

I've had it twice before and bought it when I heard that Chokyu would not be able to drink it in the future. Slight ripeness and juicy sweetness. The fruity sweetness is followed by a long, thin, bitter taste. It is the most Omachi-like of all the Chokyu Bizen Omachi I've had so far, and I like it because of its firm sweetness and umami. It's a shame we won't be able to drink it anymore...

Sake with undisclosed specs. Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival. I was hesitating between this and MELLOW, so I went for this one. Slightly effervescent and sweet, but with a strong rice flavor. There is also a slight minerality. A little bitterness in the latter half. Before tasting, I imagined it to be sweeter and more fruity, but it is a strong umami sake. It becomes sweeter after a few days than when it is freshly opened. It has a candy-like sweetness and a slight ripeness.

I've purchased Chokaiyama before, but this is my first time drinking Tenju at home. It seems to have been aged for a summer, but it has a beautiful taste and is fresh and gassy. It also has a dry fruity taste. It is a very interesting sake. It tastes juicy and sweet like apples and pineapples when it's closer to room temperature than when it's fresh out of the fridge. Bacchi-shit delicious!

I bought it because it had a different label, even though the junodai nama sake I drank in the past was not my favorite type of sake. The one I drank before was very dry, but it had a strong acidity that made it sour. It wasn't even sweet, but there was no spiciness at all. I was surprised at how different it tasted from the old one. It says that the Yukikomachi I drank in the past also has a strong acidity, so I wonder if Yukikomachi is characterized by its strong acidity. It's a draft sake, but it's light and not so good this time either 😅. The same label was attached even after removing the wrapping paper 😁.

Haginoro-rô for drinking at home after a very long time The citrus-like acidity is impressive. It also has a strong umami. I thought it was perfect while eating. Personally, I would like a little more sweetness. At room temperature, it has a smoky nuance. Drinking it cold again, it is quite smoky. Hmmm, I'm not really into Haginodew 🤔.

After the tasting of Taga, I was given a bottle of Isobeki, which the store owner bought for drinking at home but brought to the store since I don't drink much at home. I thought I was drinking it for the first time, but I had already bought it 3 years ago😅. The review I had read said it was sweet and tasty like grapes, but the sweetness was subdued and the umami was strong and dark. It tastes like it's from the Heki era. I think the reason I couldn't taste the sweetness was because Taga's sake is generally sweet 🤔. I was also given a sample of Kibotsuru Shiboritate. It was Sagabiyori until last year, but the rice seems to have changed this year. I didn't notice a big difference in taste, but it's the first time I've heard of this newly developed rice and I plan to buy it later 😁.

I was informed that it would be crowded right from the start, so I put it off until later. I was taking pictures of myakumyak and saw on social media that it was sold out, so I hurried to visit💦. There were some items for sale but the tasting was over😳 OPUS15 and OPUS13 fire-brewed were not available. The entrée was Thai bean snacks? and Vietnamese snacks 😁These Southeast Asian snacks that are coming out these days are interesting! Mr. Azuma, the master brewer, was there! He said he makes about 200 koku of sake. AZM OPUS 14 Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Not a flashy type, but sweet and elegant. AZM OPUS 16 Ginbuki Junmai Ginjo Muscat flavor like 4MMP Refreshing sweetness The picture behind this sake is a Southeast Asian mystery snack 🤣. TAGA Lab. Vol1 Junmai Ginjo A one-time test brew. It has a banana-like flavor due to the use of Shiga yeast that produces high levels of isoamyls. It has a banana-like flavor with high acidity and a sweet and sour taste. Junmai Nigori Nama Sake Shuwashu. Sweet, but not too sweet and well-balanced. OPUS 13 Nama Sake originally didn't seem to have a tasting, but I was after it from the beginning, so I bought this one. I thought he would probably buy it. I was told 🤣.

Lastly, Nakamura Shuzo's is68 This brewery has a sake called AKIRA that I bought at a supermarket in Ekimarche some time ago. The main brand is Nichiei, and there are other brands like Nakamuraya, and I think they have too many brands 😅. I wonder if is68 stands for Ishikawa Sake No. 68? I think is68 stands for ishikawa sake no.68? Very fruity, juicy and sweet 😆. This is my favorite type! We moved from KITTE to Osaka City Hall to see the Myakmyak 😁. There were quite a few people there for the myakmyak and many were taking pictures 📸. After this, I finally returned to my hometown for a tasting.

This is completely new to me, Gokoho from Tezuka Sake Brewery. This sake seems to be consigned to Kaganotsuki's Kaketsu, but some sake seems to be consigned to Kanaya Brewery, so I wonder if they use different sake for different specs. According to Gyave's post, Gokoho itself seems to be quite rare! I did a search and found that it used to be a sake brewery, but now it looks like their main business is sake wholesalers and liquor stores. Not modern, but sweeter and juicier than I expected.
