I bought it because it had a different label, even though the junodai nama sake I drank in the past was not my favorite type of sake. The one I drank before was very dry, but it had a strong acidity that made it sour. It wasn't even sweet, but there was no spiciness at all. I was surprised at how different it tasted from the old one. It says that the Yukikomachi I drank in the past also has a strong acidity, so I wonder if Yukikomachi is characterized by its strong acidity. It's a draft sake, but it's light and not so good this time either 😅. The same label was attached even after removing the wrapping paper 😁.

Haginoro-rô for drinking at home after a very long time The citrus-like acidity is impressive. It also has a strong umami. I thought it was perfect while eating. Personally, I would like a little more sweetness. At room temperature, it has a smoky nuance. Drinking it cold again, it is quite smoky. Hmmm, I'm not really into Haginodew 🤔.

After the tasting of Taga, I was given a bottle of Isobeki, which the store owner bought for drinking at home but brought to the store since I don't drink much at home. I thought I was drinking it for the first time, but I had already bought it 3 years ago😅. The review I had read said it was sweet and tasty like grapes, but the sweetness was subdued and the umami was strong and dark. It tastes like it's from the Heki era. I think the reason I couldn't taste the sweetness was because Taga's sake is generally sweet 🤔. I was also given a sample of Kibotsuru Shiboritate. It was Sagabiyori until last year, but the rice seems to have changed this year. I didn't notice a big difference in taste, but it's the first time I've heard of this newly developed rice and I plan to buy it later 😁.

I was informed that it would be crowded right from the start, so I put it off until later. I was taking pictures of myakumyak and saw on social media that it was sold out, so I hurried to visit💦. There were some items for sale but the tasting was over😳 OPUS15 and OPUS13 fire-brewed were not available. The entrée was Thai bean snacks? and Vietnamese snacks 😁These Southeast Asian snacks that are coming out these days are interesting! Mr. Azuma, the master brewer, was there! He said he makes about 200 koku of sake. AZM OPUS 14 Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Not a flashy type, but sweet and elegant. AZM OPUS 16 Ginbuki Junmai Ginjo Muscat flavor like 4MMP Refreshing sweetness The picture behind this sake is a Southeast Asian mystery snack 🤣. TAGA Lab. Vol1 Junmai Ginjo A one-time test brew. It has a banana-like flavor due to the use of Shiga yeast that produces high levels of isoamyls. It has a banana-like flavor with high acidity and a sweet and sour taste. Junmai Nigori Nama Sake Shuwashu. Sweet, but not too sweet and well-balanced. OPUS 13 Nama Sake originally didn't seem to have a tasting, but I was after it from the beginning, so I bought this one. I thought he would probably buy it. I was told 🤣.

Lastly, Nakamura Shuzo's is68 This brewery has a sake called AKIRA that I bought at a supermarket in Ekimarche some time ago. The main brand is Nichiei, and there are other brands like Nakamuraya, and I think they have too many brands 😅. I wonder if is68 stands for Ishikawa Sake No. 68? I think is68 stands for ishikawa sake no.68? Very fruity, juicy and sweet 😆. This is my favorite type! We moved from KITTE to Osaka City Hall to see the Myakmyak 😁. There were quite a few people there for the myakmyak and many were taking pictures 📸. After this, I finally returned to my hometown for a tasting.

This is completely new to me, Gokoho from Tezuka Sake Brewery. This sake seems to be consigned to Kaganotsuki's Kaketsu, but some sake seems to be consigned to Kanaya Brewery, so I wonder if they use different sake for different specs. According to Gyave's post, Gokoho itself seems to be quite rare! I did a search and found that it used to be a sake brewery, but now it looks like their main business is sake wholesalers and liquor stores. Not modern, but sweeter and juicier than I expected.

Hello, bouken☔! [I didn't know there was a "Gokoho" in KITTE! I was wondering if you had it 😲. According to Mr. WOM, there is no other store in Kanazawa that carries it 🤔. It seems that there is a connection between sake sellers 🥰.

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival (6) Brilliant Booth I know it's delicious, but I didn't have much of a chance to drink it except at CWS, so... Kimura-style miracle sake Junmai Ginjo Omachi Sweet, juicy, and extremely delicious! If it's this good after being fire-aged, then it must be the raw sake that Nemuchi-san was drinking 🤣. Sanzen Special Junmai Omachi Despite the classic label, it has a fruity taste! Not a flashy type, but calm and gorgeous! Sanzen Junmai Daiginjo Omachi 50 Polished Black Label Gorgeous, juicy, sweet and delicious. I love this type of wine! Shune Yamahai Junmai Omachi Ippiki Hara Sake It doesn't taste like Yamahai, but it is rich, a little peculiar and complex. All of them were delicious, but I didn't buy any because I already have a lot in my basket and there is a tasting event in Ikoma. There were more breweries, but we couldn't drink and buy too much here, so we moved on to the next one! Ryusei brought a sake heater! I forgot to drink the Shirobotan Shiboritate 😿!

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival ⑤. Here's another major Niigata brewery, Hakkaisan. I was just about to open a sparkling one, so I waited and drank it 😁. Second fermentation in the bottle - white malted rice awa Shwashy and big bubbles. Light and sour. Dry but not spicy. Junmai Daiginjyo - Limited time only I've seen it before, but this is the first time I've had it. Seems to be a winter-only brew. Not sweet, but more gorgeous than the Hakkaisan I've had so far. Junmai Daiginjo Snow Chamber Storage for 3 years Koji rice Yamadanishiki Kake rice Gohyakumangoku, Yamadanishiki, etc. Alcohol 17%, Sake meter -1.0 1001 yeast, M310 yeast The taste is so beautiful that it is hard to believe that it has been stored for three years. It is round and gentle. It costs about 5,000 yen for a four-pack, and the Sandesi is quite expensive, so I am glad I had the chance to try it this time!

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival (4)-2 Sake of Edo Genroku - Reprinted Sake I was told that this sake is not popular among the general public. I was told it's not for the general public but I tasted it 😁. It tastes like Shaoxing sake or aged sake but not aged 😳. They brought these two sake because they thought they needed to have a story to tell. He said he miraculously sold one bottle 🤣. Even though it was 🫶🤣. Edo Genroku Sake Aged Old Sake This is the aged version. They refused to let me try it at first but finally let me try it 😅I liked it because it was sweeter than the one I tried first . It costs 14,300 yen, so I can't buy it that often 🙄. I don't know why they don't let you try it easily, since it's a liquor that you may not like or dislike. I think I saw somewhere in the past that these two products are hard to propose to supermarkets 🤔. He said it's great that they make sake in France, and I told him that Konishi-san also made sake in Australia, didn't you? How did you know that? I told him that Konishi-san also used to make sake in Australia, and he asked me how I knew that. He said some of the younger employees didn't know about it😅. My grandmother used to work part time at Shirayuki, so I feel close to Konishi-san. The salesman who looked like Mr. Mishima was funny 😆.

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival ④-1 Konishi Sake Brewery, a major sake brewer The sake brewery closest to my house, and I thought it would be unusual for them to come to an event, so I paid them a visit. The sales person seemed to have come from Tokyo even though it was the closest brewery to Yodobashi among the participating breweries. Hiyashi Yashibori Ginjo It's light but has a strong sweetness and gorgeousness. I've had this one in the past, right? It's the most impressive among the ones I drank this time, but I didn't buy it because it's available anywhere in supermarkets etc. 😅 Hiyashiyashibori Junmai Ginjo I have an impression that it has a strong acidity. Hiyashi-bori Daiginjo Gorgeous but lacks impact The taste of the ginjo was more gorgeous and memorable Hiyashibori Junmai Daiginjo I was curious about this new product, but I haven't seen it sold anywhere😅. Mild but melon-like. It's somewhere between light and mellow? I've exceeded the character count by a long shot, so I'll continue...

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival (3)-2 Continued. Special Junmai Sake Purchased and drunk at Yodobashi in the past. It is made from Gohyakumangoku sake produced in Honshu. It tastes just like sake. The brewer said it goes well with sushi, and I really agree. In my previous post, I wrote that it tastes like a veteran enka singer 🤣. Darvish drank this sake when he was a member of the Fighters and liked Kunimei. Hokkaido limited edition Junmai Ginjo This is also made with Ginpu. Unlike previous sake, this one has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The taste is gentle and refreshing. Hokkaido Limited Edition Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku with a 35% rice polishing ratio and a high-cost price of a little over 3,000 yen. Gorgeous fruity and elegant taste. I thought it was good for New Year's 😁. Kuniumare Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 35% polished rice Is it lighter than the Jun Daiginjo-Kitashizuku? Very elegant taste. I thought, basically there are almost no sweet sake in Hokkaido 🤔. I wonder if it is inevitable when you want to match it with seafood?

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival (3)-1 I have the impression that Kunimeki is only available at Yodobashi events 🤔. Kunimei Kaisen, a famous sake from Mashike 900ml bottle and label looks classic. It is now a rare type of sake with added sugar. It is a refreshingly light sake with a hint of sweetness. Suitable for eating as its assertiveness is modest. Hokkai Onikoroshi Genzake R40 This sake was released in its original form to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Hokkai Onikoroshi. The normal Onikoroshi is 17 degrees and this one is 20.5 degrees 😳. It is thicker and punchier than the first one. It is also good to drink on the rocks! Junmai Ginpu Kunimare The first two were alsobe, and from here on, the taste changes drastically with Junmai. It is a refreshing mid-meal drink. I think I personally don't like the dryness of Junmai specs more than the dryness of Aru Soze 🤔. I was allowed to drink all the varieties, so I'm running out of characters and will continue...

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival (2) WAKAZE booth I was about to pass by the booth because I thought it was the canned sake sold at the convenience store where I drank before, but I was approached by someone, so I decided to drop by. Then I saw a sake I'd never seen before, so I stopped by and tasted it! It's been a long time since I've tasted a French-made WAKAZE! THE BARREL Pinot Noir It is stored in red wine barrels. Aroma of maturity and Western liquor. Slightly vanilla-like. Slightly dry. THE BARREL Cognac Quite sweet, like a noble wine. It used to be sold for about 3300 yen, but it is now much more expensive 💦. There was a booth next to the rice and agave booths, but I didn't go to the Hanakaze booth because they didn't have tasting 😅. I think Hanakaze is the only refrigeration required type of nama-zake at this event. (Other draft sake is Kikusui Funaguchi, etc.)

The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival ①. I wanted to go to the New Sake Festival at Ise Jingu Shrine, but gave it up because it was before my payday 😿. So here I am! Last year it was so crowded that I almost left without tasting any sake, but this year was relatively relaxing! First, I went to the manzai booth. Moein Junmai Sake Ichihozumi It seems to be read as "Monet" in Japanese. It sounds like a sparkling name 😁. Impressive sweetness and sourness Moein Junmai Sake Momota It seems less sweet than Ippozumi, but juicy. Aroma: Junmai Ginjo Akita Sake Komachi grown in our own rice paddies, using Komachi yeast special. It has sweetness, but the aroma is impressive. It was the most impressive at this booth. Nigori (nigori) sake made the old-fashioned way. This is the first sake brewed at Blancmange. It has a classic label, but it's well balanced, sweet but not cloying. All of them are very cosy and I thought it was a major brewery in Akita 😊. I got a novelty can badge 😁.

I've always been curious about this drink, but I've avoided it because of its high alcohol content😆. After buying Kawakame at a liquor store in Sumimichi, I bought it at the sake section of Keihan Department Store Suminodo. I thought it would be like a supermarket, but it was more like a department store than I thought😅. I like that it coexists with Gourmet City in the same facility. I had a relative who lived in Neyagawa, so I came to Sumimichi for shopping when I stayed there as a child, but the Izumiya that used to be in front of the station is gone 😿. I bought my first mini 4WD at Izumiya in Sumimichi 🥺 when I was in 3rd grade? According to the internet, it's an unfiltered raw sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70%. Slightly effervescent. Fresh and sweet. It is fresh and sweet, but has a strong mouthfeel, partly due to the fact that it is 19 degrees Celsius. The second half has a sharpness that is typical of sake made with sake made without alcohol. It is sweeter than expected and delicious. It is like a rough version of Morinori's Josen Nama-Genshu. Like Sacred, I've been thinking about Morinori's Josen Nama-Genshu and Rairaku's red label Nama-Genshu and other alsobe Nama-Genshu for the past year or so 👀. I need to get the Shiboritate of Shigebari Tsuru next 🤔.

Purchased at an event at Keihan Department Store This is a test brew using a new yeast. It says the information is undisclosed, but the pop-up in the store said it was yeast collected from the tunnels of the Sado gold mine. It has a slightly gassy, rummy flavor. It is sweet but not cloying and easy to drink. It also has a sourness and a wine-like taste. When I said during the tasting that it had a gaseous taste and was a bit like a raw sake, a customer came in just as the salesman was about to tell me that it was gaseous, so I couldn't ask him after all 😿.

We were given a sample of Kyo Hina, a newly traded brand, at the October Icoma tasting. This was before the announcement of handling at that time, so I posted a time delay😌. There are two varieties, Fukayama and Uchikoza. I will buy Miyama at a later date. Sakurahime yeast TYPE 1 is used. It's the same fruity yeast as Nikitatsu. I think it is drier than the other day's Fukayama, but it is slightly sweet and has a unique atmosphere like the Fukayama. I was going to buy it, but it was sold out rather quickly😅. I'm also looking forward to a certain brand that will be available from December 😆.

First visit to a liquor store that Nemuchi had me crash at last year😁. Kitamoto Sake Shop in Daito City Within walking distance from Sumimichi Station, but it's quite a distance (about 15 minutes)💦. They are a Toyobai distributor and I wanted to buy a bottle of Toyobai since I haven't had it very often 😅. They also have Shinomine, Hyakugakumon, Kozaemon, etc. I was troubled by the small number of Yongbottles at the store, so I bought this one. It is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo. The rice polishing ratio is 35-55%, which is quite high! The freshness of the arabashiri coexists with the slightly peculiar and complex flavor of the yamame. It is sweet and spicy with citrus-like acidity. It gets hotter and more peculiar as the temperature rises💦.

I bought it at Mikage Shinseido in Kawanishi Noseguchi on my way home from visiting a grave. 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture It has a sweet and umami taste, but at the same time it has a bitter, spicy, and astringent taste. I thought it would be spicier, but it was easy to drink. I thought it would be spicier, but it was easy to drink.
