Sake bought with Kurashiki Seikagami's first draft sake The mouthfeel is smooth. You can taste the umami of the rice. The alcohol taste is strong at the end. Depending on the food it is served with, it can be quite spicy. When it gets close to room temperature, the sweetness comes out and it is delicious. 1901 yeast is said to produce a lot of ethyl caproate, but it was not very capricious.

Good morning brother bouken, I was wondering about this drink. I've never had Seikagami and using 1901 is good. I thought it would be fruity and spicy 🤔.

Sake purchased at Nikomaru Sake Brewery with Mr. Jaive. Microbubbles in the glass. But no fizzy feeling. Sweet but a little classical and complex. Maybe a little nutty? Sweeter than the Sentoku raw sake I drank before, but with a unique flavor.

Good evening, Ms. Gyve 🌃 I'm looking forward to your review of Sentoku 😍. It felt more unique when opened than the Sentoku nama sake I've had before, but on the third day after opening, it seemed sweeter and easier to drink 😋.

First Koshien of the year: ⚾️ I'm not complaining because I didn't get the tickets myself, but it was very difficult to get tickets this year, and so far I won't be attending the next one until September 😅. Sanfrecce drinking spree at Koshien? It just so happens to be a Carp game, so it's okay, right? I bought it with Fukubito at the antenna store in KITE. According to the official White Botan website, it's called Sanfrecce Cup. The label depicts the new stadium 😊. I wish I could go there once. I've only been to Noesta and a local stadium (a satellite league like baseball's second team I went to as a kid💦) for soccer. The taste is a cup of sake, but it's fruity, sweet like a white peony and very tasty 😌. We won the game and it was psycho 🐯! The flow of the game changed after the home steel 🤔.

Good morning, bouken 🐥. I like your drawing, it's very detailed! I'm a member of a fan club? I heard some people say they can't get tickets even if they are in a fan club 😳I thought it's great that you go so often bouken 😊👍.

Good evening, Ponchan. After I bought it, I thought it was new sta yan! It's so cool 😍My friend is not a fan club member but she did her best to get it for me 🤗Of course I bought it through the official channel 😁.

I bought it at a new store in Kansai. They use Omachi, but it's not from Tokyo, is it? It's fire-brewed, but fresh and slightly bubbly. A little floral? A little dry and bitter. Delicious, but I wish it had a little more flavor. Like a thin peach? Natural peach water 🍑. I miss the hue hue 😆. I was told it was an urban legend like the curse of peach natural water 🤔.

The last one is Kutsu Ryu in Kitanosho. Rice is made from Kutouryuu I thought it was fruity when I drank it at the Hankyu tasting in the past, but this time I felt it was sharp and dry. When I told them that I felt a little discomfort with the taste, they confirmed it by tasting it. He told me the reason for the discomfort, but I can't say it here🤫. They sell raw sake at KITTE, but I'm curious how it tastes 🤔.

The base liquor for the assemblage that preceded the first one. I've tasted it twice before, both times with subtle impressions 💦. This time the flavor was more robust than the last two times I tasted it. Not my favorite type of wine, but it's tasting better. It didn't have any flavor before, but it's tasting better lol. I wonder if it's better to let it sit 🤔 And then I tried Assemblage Vol2. Less sweetness and more complexity than Vol1. I think Kouko was a good essence for this one too.

The lady next to me was drinking and I thought I had never had this Yizushin before, so I chose it! It tastes like muscat. It goes well with cheese as it says. I had a glass of the original assemblage sake recommended by the store owner. As written in the fourth photo, the base is apparently Nippon Izumi. The owner said that people have different opinions about whether it is sweet or spicy, but I felt it was sweet. I think it's because they put Kouko in it, so I felt it's gorgeous and the Kouko effect is quite strong 🤔.

Next is Kakoya I had a drink at an event at Kobe Hankyu in the past. It was sweet and fruity, but also a little matured because it had been aged for a few years, so it had a classic feel. I left the store once and came back 2 hours later 😁.

Today, I went to Ruikoma Sake Shop to participate in the Tachibana StampVal event. Two drinks and a cheese for 500 yen! I would like to get a stamp and go to various stores to spin a rattle, but I don't go to other stores, so... This is a hidden sake? This is "Juraku Taikoh" sake. 3,300 yen for 720 ml. It is a very limited sake, limited to 100 bottles and only available at the opening of the brewery. Polishing ratio 38%. It is gorgeous, fruity, and sweet, but it has a strong umami flavor even though the rice is polished a lot. It is extremely delicious! I heard that the person who drank it afterwards bought the whole stock 😳. Before drinking this, I had a welcome drink of Kisenju Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Unrefined Harajuku, but I forgot to take a picture of it...

Purchased at the first liquor store I visited Purchased at Espoa Okamoto, located south of the shopping street from Hyoukayama Station According to their website and Instagram, they sell Daisetsukei, Haruka, Hyakurugakumon, Shojo, Kahato, etc., but on the day of purchase, we bought Seikagami and Sandeshi from here! Kurashiki is a sake brewed to classical music, and this one is like Amadeus 🎶. I like the handmade label that looks like it was created with an inkjet printer 😊. It's colored like an aged sake. It has a light aged feel to it. Sweet and sour, sweeter and easier to drink than I expected. Surprising because I thought it would be more classic and peculiar. I've had a drink that tastes similar to this one, but I can't remember what it was...

I got this alcohol through bartering with GW Jive 🙇. It is quite cloudy and fresh. Sweetness, umami, alu-ness, everything is strong and powerful. Slightly sweeter than the Junmai Ichiban Shibori I had before? Feels astringent in the second half. Definitely could be ginger gari-ish 🤔. I'm very thankful that they sell the hi-ire of snow kirara at KITTE, but I can't seem to buy the raw sake 🙏. Thanks for the food 😋. It tasted sweeter and tastier on the third day than freshly opened!

I went to Ikoma Sake Shop with the intention of buying Wakaevisu Plus, and they said, "If you are looking for Wakaevisu, you should wait a little longer because it will be available. I'm sure you'll like it. I bought this one a few weeks later 😁. It's fresh and very fruity with a little bit of gas. The Wakabisu Risshun Asa Shibori that I drank last year was delicious, but this one is even more gorgeous, sweeter, and tasty 😋. Some of the liquor stores that have it in stock are posting on SNS that it looks like they let the Risshun Asashibusi sit for a while.

First time for Fukubito Purchased at an antenna store in Hiroshima Low al but somewhat classic with a dark honey-like sweetness. Tastier than I expected 😋. Like apple juice 🍎. It's refreshing and easy to drink. It's -16 on the alcohol scale, but I'm not sure it's as sweet as the numbers imply.

The one I drank at last year's Sake-1 Grand Prix and had a good impression of. Fruity, sweet and juicy. It ends with a slightly strong bitterness and a short aftertaste. It was delicious even after drinking it again. It is a very mellow sake. I wrote that it has a short aftertaste, but I got the impression that the bitter and pungent taste lingers.

Purchased at a tasting sale at Hanshin Department Store First time drinking Shinanonishiki I hear it is an environmentally friendly label-less design. The rice is Yamae Nishiki with a milling ratio of 71%. The milling ratio varies from 71% to 75% depending on the year's harvest. There are a few bubbles in the glass. The flavor is sweet and fruity, but the rice is also strong and powerful. The beautiful acidity accentuates the taste and is very impressive! The sweetness is even more pronounced than when we tasted it, and it's delicious. It tastes nutty when the temperature rises. The 4th one, after drinking Yatagarasu, my recommendation is full of Nara sake 🤣. Overall, there are a lot of ★'s 🤣.

I think I had the back label when I first started drinking sake, but I don't have a picture or remember the taste💦. Slightly effervescent and thinly cloudy. Tastes fresh and melon-like to rich and full-bodied. Some dry and bitter nuances. I imagined it to be more peculiar, but it was easy to drink. More modern than classic 🤔. I guess 🤔. I thought it would be more chemical like after a few days...

Purchased with Shirokodile and Sawahime Shiboritate at the Icoma tasting. It is not as sweet as Senbon-Nishiki Orikagara and Shirokodile, but it has a good sweetness and a strong flavor. It is made with 1801 yeast, but I have the impression that it is not very floral. Personally, I prefer Senbon Nishiki Nakakumi Origara or Shirokodile! I also like the Doors series label! When I drink it again, it's fruity, sweet and delicious! I get the impression that it leaves a fruity aftertaste. And I heard it's not exactly the best in Honshu, but the best in Honshu😅.

I do feel a little pressure from Nemuchi in reviewing this 🙄. I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to because I couldn't find it at Edion in Namba, which carries a lot of CWS. I couldn't find it in the fridge, so I asked the store staff and we searched together and found it in the back 💦. It looked like the last one. I was interested in Nechiozan because it looked rare, but the date was 23 years ago 😅. According to the official CWS website Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree -3.5, Ogawa yeast Surprised it's unfiltered raw sake at 10% alcohol. The glass is full of microbubbles, but when you drink it, it is not so much. It is slightly effervescent and tastes like yogurt with the flavor of rice. It tastes like yogurt and is quite dry. It is easy to drink like water. It is quite unique. It's like Argo with a stronger sake flavor 🤔. A little bitterness in the aftertaste when the temperature rises. Easy to drink and I emptied it on the same day due to refrigerator problems😇.

Next is Tenka Nishiki, which the store bought when it went to Nagoya. There are only a few places where you can buy it, so it's been a long time since I've had a saké. It has a clean, clean taste, but it's also very robust and drinkable! Apparently there are no distributors in Hyogo. As far as I know, there are only 2 shops in Osaka and Nara in Kansai 🤔. I was also given a sample of Senzuke Junmai Daiginjo Hyogo Omachi Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake, which was sweet and fruity and delicious 😋 It tasted like HanayoYoku or Takachiyo when it was first opened😳. They only have one bottle of Senzuke Omachi, so I bought the fire-brewed one!
