Welcome party for TOMO 2025⑫ We were divided into two tables. There were 6 of us, myself, Umaisan, kan, Rafa, tomo, and Kaorin. Hirupeko, Yasube, Kyuzo and Masha. Hirupeko's table had ordered several kinds of heated sake and they were served in small bottles 😳. Here's a little bit of the sake we got to share! I couldn't find any information about it on a search, but it looks like it's from the Chitose Tsuru brand of Japanese sake. I wonder if it's an original product of the sake cost brewery? It's aged for 10 years and has a strong sense of maturity. It looks like Shaoxing sake...

Welcome party for TOMO 202511 Kido stopped drinking at home for some reason I think rafa said the same thing 🤔 I've never had hiyaoroshi and it's all-you-can-drink so I decided to try it 😁. Unlike the image of Kido, it is quite spicy! I was under the impression that it was more hiyaoroshi than I expected.

TOMO's welcome party 202510 Tochigi Ai🥰 reinforcement month No.4🤗🤗 This is the first time to drink fire-brewed after this label It has a strong acidity and tastes like Sengoku, and although it's fire-brewed, it has a strong freshness. Hirupeko-san is going to participate in a national sake tasting competition, so we all wrote messages of support on T-shirts 👕. Please do your best to win 💪! We are cheering for you 🥳.

Welcome party for TOMO 20259 A limited edition for restaurants. It's sweet and tastes like a peach. It is my favorite type among all of them! General sale is coming soon 🥺. Not that it matters, but I think there was someone who looked like Hashiyasume Atsuko at the store 🤔.

Good evening, bouken-san! Is there a waitress who looks like Hashiyasume Atsuko at the Cost Sake Brewery in Osaka? I'll have to go check it out 🤣.

TOMO's welcome party 2025⑧ I thought it was regular Akitsuho 657 but it says it's a cool Junmai sake. Probably a Sake no Yamamoto limited edition 🤔. It's gassy, rummy, and delicious. I thought it was a little better than regular Akitsuho 657. The other day we were talking about the brewery opening party and Tomo-san said that Jikkomai is not the last sake to drink 🤣.

TOMO's welcome party 2025⑦ We talked about how much we wanted to drink Gakki and ordered Masamune 😁. I thought it was a green-labeled Honjozo Nakadori, but it was a product called "off-dry" which I had never had before! It was still fruity, sweet and delicious 😋. Maybe less sweet than the green one I had in the past 🤔. I looked it up and it seems to be a dry type of sake +8 We were talking about how there aren't many stores in Kansai where you can buy it, and it's all in far away places!

TOMO's welcome party 2025⑥. Among the sake that I was curious about the unknown sake, this one seemed to be from the most popular sake brewery! It's called "yo-kou-ki", which means "earnest" in Japanese. I couldn't find any details when I searched for it, but I guess it's a PB from a cost brewery? The label is an illustration of a barrel, but unlike the image, it has a fruity, but not too flashy, ginjo aroma.

TOMO's welcome party 2025⑤. It's a standard Junmai, but it's really good! Sharaku is expensive, so why not Junmai? I think 😅 Sharaku Junmai is good, but I personally prefer Miyazumi 🤔. I don't have a picture, but Umaisan was curious about the Sake Lees Pizza which is not on the course, so we ordered it 🍕! It was rich and tasted good with sake 😋.

TOMO's welcome party 2025④. When I told them that we have Kuroryu, someone said, "There used to be a time when Kuroryu was the local sake. I've had this sake several times in the past. When I drank it before, I had an impression that it was a bit bitter, but I got the impression that it was light, refreshing, and slightly sweet and spicy. It was a bit melon-like and fruity, and I enjoyed it more than before.

Good evening, bouken! Before I started Sake-no-wa, there was a time when I was not interested in sake from other prefectures because Fukui has "Kuroryu" 😅. Now I realize how shallow I was. ✨️

Hi Gyve 😃 When I first heard the name Fukui, I had a strong image of Kuroryu or Bon and didn't know about others 💦. Now I'm more interested in Echizen cape and Kansai 🤣.

TOMO's welcome party 2025③. As it was a premium all-you-can-drink course, some popular brands such as Nabeshima were available, so we decided to order them first. I didn't drink Nabeshima though😅. We ordered 2 bottles of sake each instead of the number of people at the table, and we ordered 2 bottles each. So we ordered 2 bottles at a time 😁. The food was a course, so it was like a side dish came out on its own. Akabu F which we drank at Wakata's house last month. Even after drinking it again, it still has a light and beautiful taste. I felt it was spicier than the last time I drank it. The impression that it has no alkaloids in it is the same as before. I think Akabu F is a great sake!

TOMO's welcome party 2025②. I thought I didn't know this sake, so I ordered it, but it was Biwa no Sasanami no Kura😅. I was surprised to find that I didn't know the name of this place and there were many PB like sakes 🤔. The label image made me think it would taste modern, but I got the impression that it was a pretty robust classic taste! It was so different that I thought the usual Biwa Sasanami might be more modern... I wonder if anyone took pictures of the food this time.

TOMO's welcome party 2025①. We held an off-line meeting with Kansai members because TOMO-san was coming to Osaka. On Friday, we held an off-line meeting in Kobe with Robin, Yoohee, and pyonpyon members. I participated in the meeting in Umeda on Sunday 😊. Recently opened Sake Cost Sake Brewery in Umeda. I've been looking at Sake-no-wa posts for a while and thought I'd like to go there! The participants were tomo-san Umaumauma Rafa papa Mr. kan Mr. Kyuzo Hirupeko Yasube & Kaorin Masha My 10 members I've never seen Houou Mita before, so I thought it was a store original. I've never seen this Houou Mita before, so I thought it was a store original, but I searched for it and it seems it's sold normally 😅. I guess it's dry so it didn't catch my eye 🤔. It says "dry" but it's fruity and quite sweet The waiter explains about the sake, but tomo said it's ok without explanation 🤣. I'm wasting my time 🙄. I forgot to write this at the beginning but it was the 3rd installment of the Tochigi Love 🥰 Strengthening Month 😅.

They had a special price at Aeon for being out of date. The regular price should be around 2500 yen, but it was 880 yen😅. No twinge, and the taste is fine. It's clean, fruity, and a little dry in the second half. I personally prefer a little more umami 🤔 since it's a light drinker. It tastes better at room temperature when it's sweeter. Aeon sometimes has special prices on aged sake because it's out of date or something, so sometimes you can find a bargain 😁.

Following on from August, September is also Tochigi Ai🥰 strengthening month. The second one following the hope of drinking at Takashimaya 🥳. The taste is rich and sweet like honey, just like the image on the cute label. It has a rich but gentle sweetness. It also has a hint of acidity. It's so strong that it would be good with ice or soda. It seems that it is not labeled "Junmai" because it is made with rice that is not of the highest quality.

Hello, bouken! The FOUR SEASONS of Nanamizu that I drank before was also Yumesasara's out of equilibrium rice. I wonder if the price increase in the future will be somewhat controlled if the rice is out of the same grade 🤔.

I missed it! But then I saw a store that had it in late so I ran out to buy it 😁. My mom and her friend opened the bottle in the daytime and drank it before I did😅. They seemed to have an image that Okura = delicious sake, and they had a couple of refills 🤣. The yellow label, which is not in the usual lineup, has an impact. As rumored, it has an apricot-like taste with lactic acidity and a complex flavor typical of mizu-hashiro (water yeast). The sweet and sour taste is accented with a little bitterness. I definitely prefer this to the malic acid that I had the other day. It tastes better when it has been refrigerated for a while than when it is chilled to a crisp.

Purchased at Hokuriku sake event at LUCUA The top aroma has a classic feel to it. I was told it was dry, but it also has a bit of sweetness, a strong umami, graininess, nuttiness, and complexity. Maybe it's better than I thought it would be. I think it's a little hard to drink because it's so pungent 😅. Maybe it's better to drink it on the rocks or with soda 🤔

The newest brewery in Kochi Prefecture. There is now a distributor in Osaka, but it is too far away, so you can buy it at the antenna store in KITTE. The yeast used is CEL24 and Super CEL24. Fruity, pineapple-like, and slightly effervescent. The first half is sweet, but the second half is a bit bitter. I thought it was sweeter than another product from the same brewery that I drank at a previous event. I guess even Gohyakumangoku can be like this when CEL yeast is used 🤔. When the temperature goes up, it becomes a little more sake-like.

Sake made with multi-acid yeast. I wanted to drink the yellow-labeled mizu-hashiro sake, so I went to a strong sake shop in Okura, Kobe, but it was sold out immediately, so I bought this one instead. I bought the yellow mizu-hashiroshi at another store later. It has a juicy sweet flavor and an acidity that even seems sour. It has a little bit of apple taste, maybe due to the label and the yeast. A little bitter at the end depending on the food you pair it with 🤔.

The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival Umaisan wanted to go to Inatahime, so we went to the Inada Honten booth. We drank Junmai Ginjo Inatahime Strong It was my first time to drink hi-ire, and although it was not fresh, the taste was less peculiar and more refreshing than the draft. Junmai Ginjo Inatahime Strong Nama Nama This is the raw version of the first sake we drank. It has a slightly unique flavor that is both fruity and peculiar. I've been writing the same thing for the past 2 times😅. Inadahime Super-harsh Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu It is easy to drink even though it says "super-harsh," and has a strong umami flavor and richness. Top Mizuharai Junmai Sake This sake is for the local market and was named by Heihachiro Togo. I think the label also says it was named by Togo. It has a classic, but gentle and relaxing taste that gives a good impression. They also have Top Suitai Josen, which I'm more interested in 🤔. I met Mr. Lutemi when I was browsing in the basement sake shop after leaving the venue 😁. The end
