Yasbaye family storehouse opening party⑭ It looks like the sake obtained at the Japanese Sake Festival, where Yasubeyesan was a volunteer staff member. I wanted to try a sake that I have never had before. This sake was prepared under the title of "boken challenge". I'm not sure what it is, but... Actually, I had already had it at the June Kokusyu Sake Fair😅. He was very disappointed with my reaction 💦. The specs are very sharp with 90% rice polishing ratio. It's also priced very aggressively. The top aroma is kind of blue, like grass. It has a unique taste, but the sweetness is quite good. It tastes just as strange as the impression I had when I drank it at the Kokusyu Sake Fair. I won't try it again! But I had never tried Sekimusume, which I brought to last year's Sakai Off-line Meeting, so please don't give up and try again 🙏.

Yasbaye family storehouse opening party⑬ The last of 12 sake bottles of selected members of Yasbaye's selection, excluding Hexagon, is Yonotori 🐦‍🔥 Pairing with Mamemochi (bean cake) from Demachi Futaba in Kyoto, brought by Aladdin (sorry if I'm wrong), was great 😋. Rich sweetness Sweets go well with kijo sake 🤔. Some people seemed to be drinking Yonotori heated 😊.

Yasubeyes' warehouse opening party (⑫) I brought my own sake to last year's Sakai "bring your own" party. I didn't think I would be able to drink it again this year 🥺. I thought the peculiar back label was the same, but it seems to be the same lot I got last year! It's January 24, but thanks to the excellent care at the Yasubeyes' house, it didn't age at all and tasted great 😋. It has a strawberry-like berry taste, which is my favorite among all YASUBEI's.

Yasubeyes' House Storehouse Opening Party (11) I was interested in this one, but it was sold out before I knew it😅 I love the galaxy railroad label 🚂. This sake was created through crowdfunding, and the rice, milling ratio, yeast, and brewing method were decided by a vote. Ginga Ginga, 50% rice polishing ratio, yeast: Giovanni's research. This sake is brewed not with the same sake brewing method as the usual Shichu, but with the same method used at Hiroki, the acid base yeast. Sweet and fruity, but mild and impressive acidity.

Yasubeyesa House Treasury Opening Party (10) The day before was Kaorin's birthday, so here comes the birthday cake 🎂. Two kinds of stylish and cute cakes appeared 🎂. For various reasons, we will not post one of them 🎂. Everyone sang Happy Birthday to you in chorus🎶! 🎊🎉🥳 Here comes the Hexagon😳! The handwritten lot number makes it even more special! It doesn't say, but the rice polishing ratio seems to be 39%. The first aroma is very gorgeous! Slightly effervescent and sweet in the mouth! It has a very elegant apple-like flavor. We were very happy to be served such a fine sake 🙏.

I think Kaorin-san said she contacted the brewery to get Kinjaku and asked them to tell her where to get it. Jive-san drank a bottle of Namo Hashiroshi the other day 😊. I don't see any indication of specific name sake, but I believe it was junmai ginjo. I've never had kamo yeast before. Fruity and pineapple 🍍. Like other Kinjaku, it's fire-aged but fresh and juicy with a slight fizzy feeling and acidity in the second half 😋. I wonder if it's a characteristic of Kinjaku that you can feel the pineapple in Yamahai, Namahashi, or any other type of sake 🤔. I forgot to take a picture so I borrowed Yasubeyesan's picture 😅 I borrowed Pon-chan's photo for the entrée photo. I brought salami. I should have brought a little more 💦.

Despite the cute label, it's spicy but fizzy, fresh and delicious! It was a modern dry sake as it says 😋.

Yasubeyes' family storehouse opening party (6) The combination of Aizan and peach-colored yeast is amazing. In the past, there have been many controversial cases such as the sake not turning peach-colored despite the use of peach-colored yeast, or exploding due to too much gas 😹. The aroma has a peculiar 🫶 pickle smell, but when you drink it, it's shwashy and sweet and sour. It's low in alcohol and when you drink it at home, it empties quickly 😁.

Yasubeyes' family warehouse opening party (5) We had the luxury of comparing Takasago and Jikin 😍and NABARI😳! It was my first time to drink Jikin junodai! It was so clean and refreshing, it was like a premium sweet water, and it went down my throat so smoothly! I don't know what it is but it tastes sparkling like a jewel ✨️ It tastes like calm berries and pears. Personally, I prefer the taste of Jikin to Takasago, which is more sake-like, but it's hard to say which is better. I don't usually have time for parallel drinking 😅

It's clean and refreshing, but has a little woody atmosphere maybe because it's from a wooden vat. Compared to Jikin, Takasago is less sweet and more of a food sake type of sake. I wrote a similar review when I drank Takasago 4 years ago😅.

Yasubeyes' family warehouse opening party (3) Yasubeyesan has become the image of Shinshu Kamerei, and Shinshu Kamerei of Yasubeyesan 😁. I believe he said he bought it at the brewery. Slightly bubbly and apple-like. Juicy, sweet and a little bitter. I'm surprised at all the rare sake that keeps popping up, but it's not even close to this yet 😚.

Yasubeyes' family warehouse opening party (2) What came out next was a bottle of sake It was a bottle of Hanamup's Sake Mirai. I never thought I would be able to drink a bottle of Hanamup at home! It's refreshing and lightly sweet! Not overly sweet, but an honorable taste. I get the impression that the taste is clearer and sweeter when the temperature is higher. I wish they would serve this in a 4-ounce bottle. The third photo is some fancy entrée brought by pyonpyon. It was served in a bowl that looked like a saucer, with butter and dates on top!

Hazy IPA was my personal favorite 😋. The toast was a Gonou brew from HOMASU 😳! This is the first time I've heard of the ranks of San-do 💦. The bottle opener was Mr. Nemuchi as usual 😁. Woody and sweet with a touch of lactic acidity! The best Sundo I've ever had 😋. This is the expensive one. I was talking about it with my friends and they said "Don't talk about the price" 🤣! Yasube said to me 🤣. That crap happens a lot after this 😁. 🎊The beginning of the fun party 🎊

I haven't bought Echino Yukitsubaki since I bought 3㌥ at Donkey's when I first started drinking sake. This sake is made with the floral yeast of Yukitsubaki. At first it was sweet and floral. I thought it would be more dry, but it was more fruity and sweet than I imagined, which is the type of sake I like😋. I heard there is also an unfiltered raw sake version of this, but I bet it's even better!

After LUCUA, we went to Ikoma. They said they thought it was about time you came 🤣. The owner of the restaurant told us that he had been to Fukui and Toyama, so we were allowed to drink some sake that he got there! Wakakoma Sake Brewery in Toyama! I had never heard of Yakyu before, but it seems there are many other brands of Wakakoma 💦. Very fresh and melon-like! I thought it would be dry because it's +5, but it wasn't. It had a well-balanced taste 😋. Then I drank Kansai Kasen again, which I got from Mr. Jive last year. I drank it at room temperature at home, but it is totally drinkable cold. I mean, it tastes better cold. Kansai is really good and great!

I went to the Hokuriku sake tasting and sale at LUCUA! Polishing ratio 60%, Toyama Gohyakumangoku, Kanazawa yeast, 15%. Not quite dry, but light. It has a strong umami taste, but I felt a little off-flavor... It was a great value for money event with 3 different kinds of sake and a side dish included. I bought a bottle of Goshosen which was not included in the tasting😅

I went to the Hokuriku sake tasting and sale at LUCUA! Polishing ratio 50% Yamadanishiki Sake degree +4 The price was 3300 yen and it came in a wooden box 😳. I didn't know it was such a high quality sake when I was drinking it 😅. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, good for eating. I think Kagatobi is the best sake out of the three 🤔.

Not the best in Honshu, but the best in Honshu. Honshu Ichi's first Yamahai brewing. They let it sit in the brewery for a year. Polishing ratio is undisclosed. It has a beautiful flavor with a hint of sweetness and fruity taste. Although it is Yamahai, it is very refreshing and tastes better than when we drank it at the tasting. When the temperature rises, you can feel its strength.
