This was my last Saturday work day of the year😇 I went straight to Ikoma Sake Shop on my way home from work because they were finally going to have that thing in stock 😁. New brand Tenka Nishiki! I think there are only 3 liquor stores in Kansai including Ikoma. I was allowed to taste the just-arrived sake! Special Honjozo Namazake! It seems to be a dry dry concept, but I found it quite juicy and sweet 🤔. I guess the sweetness and spiciness may change with time and temperature, but it was soooo good! Special Honjozo Oorigarami Nama Sake This was a different tank from the first one we drank. This one is said to be sweeter with a minus sake level, but I felt it was more mature or less sweet than the first one I drank! I think it is more mature or less sweet than the first one I drank. I was not sure what to think about it, and there were other sakes I was interested in, so I decided to give it a miss this time. Maybe I'll buy it next time.

Hello, brother bouken. This sake from Tenka Nishiki is very delicious, isn't it? I drank it last winter and was very impressed, so I'm glad to see you drinking it too 😊I wish I could drink it too 🍶.

Hello Peco-san! I drank the honjozo for the first time and was surprised at how good it was 😳I'm looking forward to drinking the junmai after the new year 😋🥳If you want to drink it, go to the Ikoma Sake Shop 🥳!

I thought it's been a long time since I've seen Yamamoto, but earlier this year he had a bottle of Kijoshu for his anniversary 😅. I was wondering if there were any left because I was late to the party, but Sake no Yamamoto had it! Dodger Blue for this time only: ⚾️ Sweet top nose. Sweet flavor with bitterness. Slightly effervescent, calm and clean taste. The acidity was impressive. To be honest, it didn't taste so good when it was fresh out of the fridge... The closer it gets to room temperature, the more fruity and sweet it becomes. After a few days, it became tasty even when served cold. More citrusy than freshly opened. I thought it was subtle at first, but I think I like it better than pure black.

Locally distributed product as well as nigori Fresh and fruity. Muscat-like sweetness. Quite modern, unlike the image on the label. Delicious, not much different from the hi-jozo hi-ire that we drank before. I think people would be surprised if this were sold nationwide.

I found a sake I was interested in, so I bought it when I went to a liquor store in Kitasenri It has a clean but sweet taste with a light ripeness. The sweetness is quite unique and chemical-like 😅. The alcohol aftertaste is a bit strong. The aftertaste is a bit strong, like alcohol smell... It tastes a little bit hackneyed... I personally would have preferred a more mellow taste.

Drinking out for 2 weeks in a row and not decreasing my inventory so I'll drink after the year-end party😅. Banshu Issen, locally distributed. The fizziness is weak and the rice flavor is strong. It's a different type from the Banshu Ikkenten I've had so far, but even though it's a honjozo, it doesn't have any alsophagy. It is a little spicier than other Banshu Ichiken that I have had. It became easier to drink after 2 days, but I was a little bothered by the alky taste that did not bother me when the bottle was opened. There's a slight meloniness.

Local brand name of Sesshikoyama The label is classic, but the 5-ounce bottle is also retro. Last year I drank a slightly spicy kinpô nigori, but this one was sweet and tasty. Too bad it was sold out 😿. I bought the new Boshimaya product that was in stock among the ones I tasted 😊. I attended until the 3rd party, went to the Icoma tasting and came home around 8:30pm😇.

I made it to the tasting, but there were several sold out drinks. Nakashimaya was also sold out, so we were only allowed to taste it. Unlike Nakashimaya, which has a melon-like sweet flavor and a heavy impression, Nakashimaya is fruity, slightly modern and light!

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party⑭ I told the waiter to leave it to me. He asked me if I wanted dry or sweet, and Robin said, "Medium! Robin asked him if he wanted dry or sweet, and what came out was Shinomine! Personally, I don't drink Shinomine with the image of dry except for the Rokumaru series, so I thought it was a good opportunity 😁. It has a strong umami flavor, but I personally find it quite dry. I didn't know Omachi could have such a sharp finish. Well, it's just as I expected 😅. I wonder if it has a gassy feeling when it's freshly opened 🤔. I had a neighbor who was drinking Heiwa Kraft, so we shared it and drank it together 🍺. The pale ale was really good 😋. It's been a while since I've had a craft beer, so I felt it was even better. I'll buy some and try it next time! I felt Yoohee-san was a little black this year end party 😆 I wish he would take over for me 🤣. It was still early at around 7:30pm when we left the restaurant 😊. I went home with Mr. Eazy until the halfway point And! I arrived at my hometown before 8pm, just in time for the Ikoma tasting that was being held at the same time as the year-end party 😇

Sake-no-Wa Kobe Year-End Party⑬. When the group of guys next to us were leaving at the after-party party, YUHE san asked them where they were going next. Yuhaesan showed us how good a communicator he is 🤣. I always think he's good at shortening the distance between people. After the after-party, it was still past 5:00 p.m.🤣 Pon-chan went home in the middle of the after-party and the rest of us went to Asano Sake Shop. We wanted to toast with a sparkling sake, and I wanted to drink Kido, but they only had Ganki and Tsukiyama in stock, so I chose Tsukiyama. When we opened the bottle, it made a nice sound 🍾. It was a nice sound when we opened the bottle 🍾. It was a little schwashy and had a pear and rice feeling. It seems to be quite dry. This is not a sake-like drink, but a champagne or wine-like drink. I know Tsukiyama is delicious, but I've never had it at home 🤔. Yoohee-san and kan-san were having a maniacal talk about machine tools!

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party ⑫ Here is a drink from the restaurant I haven't had Gikyou Haruha for a very long time. It has a beautiful taste, but the rice flavor and a little bit of richness. Not too sweet but not too spicy either. I think it's a perfect food sake 🤔. I think I forgot to drink the sake that I brought with me 😿. Oh, no? I was looking forward to Robin's sake but he didn't bring it 🤣. I was hoping he would buy it when he and Yoohee went to the liquor store in the morning 🤣. When I left the store, it was still 3pm and very bright 🤣. I asked my mom to take a photo of me 📸. I used my in-camera to get a good shot of myself 😸. We said goodbye to those who were leaving and went to the after-party with Robin, Yoohee, pyonpyon, Pon-chan, Yasube, Eiji, and Kan. It was rare to see Pon-chan at the second party, and it was also rare to see Yasubeyesan without Kaorin 😁. For some unknown reason, I couldn't order sake even though there was sake in the fridge, so I made a highball with 4L of whiskey that Robin-san kept 🤣. To be continued

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (11) Sake brought by Umaisan. It was a gift from a sake brewer as a thank-you for participating in the Japanese Sake Festival as a staff member. Fruity, sweet, delicious, and a little spicy. It has both the flamboyance of daiginjo and the acidity of white malted rice. It's a collaboration product with Fist of the North Star, and if you buy it, it's going to cost you a pretty good price 🤔. I heard they also have Aizan in addition to the white malted rice.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party 10 Mama-san forgot to serve the sake! The sake that came out somewhat toward the end of the party! I thought it was a sake I didn't know, but it was from the Seven Crown Horse Brewery! A faint and elegant ginjo aroma The taste is clean and refreshing. Fruity in the first half but quite spicy in the second half I think some people were drinking this heated 😁. I haven't had it heated myself, but it's not a modern type of daiginjo, so I think it would go well heated 🤔.
Japanese>English

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (9) I tried to drink one of the several bottles of sake that Mama offered me, saying that I should drink the half-full bottle left at the restaurant. I thought it was the first time to drink Junmai Ginjo, but I had already had it in the past😅. It's calm and serene, but gorgeously fruity. I think it's a good price for a classic 🤔.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (7) I brought my own sake. Rice is Gin no Yume. I bought it at a sake contest in October, and I was going to open it at the last minute, but I missed the timing and thought it might be for New Year's 😅. I thought it might be for New Year's 😅. It's sweet and tasty like a pineapple, but it has an astringent taste in the second half, so it's not a heavy sweet taste, but it's good! I think Yoohee said something about this astringency being good 🤔. Other CEL24s are too sweet. I took a picture of it for home drinking, but forgot to take it at the restaurant, so I borrowed a picture taken by Umaisan💦.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (6) Sake from the all-you-can-drink menu Cold sake. Quite a classic style! I thought it should be room temperature or heated. When I drank it before, I had the impression that it was a more beautiful sake, so I think it is the type of sake that changes completely depending on the temperature range. I'd like to try Kurehaaru's Tokugin and Daiginjo. On a side note, I was shocked to learn that the Yoshida Sake Brewery, which brews the same Ikeda sake, Midori-ichi, recently went out of business! I once bought a special honjozo sake, but I've never been able to find it at the Daimaru Peacock in Senri-Chuo, which is no longer there. I regret that I should have bought it. He said he brought two kinds of sake to compare with different rice. Strong style. We were talking about how it doesn't look like Ueda's sake. The aroma is unique and interesting. Sweetness comes out as the temperature rises. I like it best at room temperature. Personally, I thought it was like Gifu's sake 🤔.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (3) Nabeshima brought by kan-san It's been a long time since I've had Nabeshima itself! Since I drank Summer Moon at a restaurant I went to with Nemuchi-san and Umai-san after last year's Japanese Sake Festival. Unlike Nabeshima, which gives the impression of being fruity and sweet, this sake has a calm and slightly sweet taste, but it's a little more light and dry than Nabeshima. I've heard people say it doesn't taste like Nabeshima, but maybe it's because it's labeled as a "classic" sake, or maybe it's because it's a mild food sake.
