Purchased at Icoma Sake Shop I haven't had a non-hana-yeast Kiraku since last year's Junmai Namaizu at an off-line meeting. It is fresh and has a moderate sweetness and a juicy flavor. As the official website says, it's like a grape. It also has a bit of a rummy flavor? It tastes better a little later than when it is fresh out of the fridge. I can't find any reviews on this when I search 🤔.

Haneya after a long time Haneya pure silver ah no mama🎵 splashes and splashes of water Ai-Yama🎵 Aiyama🎵 😽😽😽😽😽 The aroma is subdued and the taste is sweet but calm. A little melon-like? There is a light gas. The latter half of the taste is bitter and converges. This is the type of Aizan sake that does not interfere with food. It is my favorite type of Aizan sake. It has a strawberry-like berry sweetness.

After buying some sake at Sukumasa, we left the store and were greeted with rain and winds like we've never experienced before. I thought to myself, "This is a typhoon," but my umbrella was overturned and my shoes and pants were soaking wet💦. If only I had bothered a little more at Sukumasa, maybe I wouldn't have gotten wet 🤣. Moved to Namba and went to Takashimaya while watching the liquor section of Ikari supermarket. MURASHIGE SHUZO who brought a strange sake that was dry but sour at last year's Takashimaya Sake Festival! I heard that the perverted sake was sold out, so the main sake was Kinkan Kuromatsu. We drank Junmai Daiginjo It is labeled as -8 on the sake meter, but it has a classic taste with not so much sweetness. It tastes not like a daiginjo and is very unique. It looks good heated up. A little nutty? Junmai I heard it's a sake for evening drinking, but it has a lot of acidity. This is also a classic, but it has acidity and is easy to drink. Junmai Ginjo Less acidic than Junmai. The most orthodox, but not memorable. Junmai Daiginjo Nishiki Beautiful taste, but less flamboyant. I also tasted a 1 year old junmai from MURASHIGE and 3 types of EIGHT KOTT, and bought the test brew of EIGHT KOTT because it was delicious 😋. Finally, I stopped by the sake department of EDION and went home 😊.

kagiya 2024 autumn tasting (5) Ishidaya is aged about 2 years. More fruity than Nizaemon. It goes in easily like water. I thought at first that Nizaemon was more to my liking. But as the temperature rises, I think I prefer Ishitaya. Ishidaya's taste was more stable and tasty all the time. No wonder it is placed in high-end sushi restaurants and Japanese restaurants. After that, we went to Sukumasa in the pouring rain, as Nemuchi-san was looking for something.

kagiya 2024 autumn tasting (4) Comparison of Ishitaya and Nizaemon I thought it would be a good deal as each is about 60ml for 1500yen! Nizaemon is bottled from a tobin. It has a very clear and clean taste with no unpleasant parts. Compared to Ishidaya, Nizaemon has a more rounded mouthfeel with a more rounded corner 😋.

kagiya 2024 autumn tasting (3) Here is the last of the three 800 yen tasting! The regular price is 4400 yen! It is a draft sake but it is aged at room temperature for 5 years😳. This is the first time I've had a label with Henohenomoheji painted all over it! The umami is amazing! Complex flavor of aging. Looks good warmed up! Tastes like chocolate! Of the three, Akizuka left the biggest impression on me.

The brewery is famous for Ding, which is not available in the Kansai region. I was at a Nagano sake event and Nemuchi said it was her favorite at Takizawa, so I bought some. They had everything from Junmai to Jun Dai 😊. It's gorgeous and has a honey-like sweetness, but a little powdery? It's sweet but has a unique sweetness to it. It's sweet, but there is something unique about the sweetness. The aroma on the nose is quite fruity. I think I would like this if I had a fresh sake.

It's Halloween, but we don't have any special drinks, so we opened a bottle of a rare sake. I thought it was only available in Kumamoto, but it seems that Kotobuki in Osaka has started handling it, so I bought it right away. Slightly effervescent. It tastes like muscat and pear. It's sweet and bitter, not too sweet, so it's perfect with food. The quality of the sake is completely different from that of Kororo, which is surprising 😅. It tastes like muscat, which is a recent trend or a common taste. I'd like to try other specs as well, since they also have nama-shu and jun-dai-shu. It's fire-brewed, but I thought the change after opening the bottle was a little big 🤔. The spiciness seems to have become stronger.

Good evening, bouken😄! Finally, it's available in Kansai, isn't it? It seems to be positioned as Kororo, which doesn't change the good old parts, and Kuyo Masamune, which changes them, so I'm very interested in it: ☺️ I can't wait to try it myself!

Hi Aladdin ☀☀☀. I'm so glad to hear that you didn't expect to be able to buy it in Kansai 😆. The classic Koro is good, but the modern Kuyou Masamune is something to look out for in the future👍.

Sake that has been lying in bed for 8 years at Icoma. I bought it after drinking it at Stamp Bar. It has quite a matured aroma but is sweet and delicious. It is good as warmed sake or at room temperature 🤔. I thought it was a bit similar to Zuisho Kuromatsu Kenrishi, the most expensive Kenrishi. The gap from the most recent Koshinohomare 90YELLOW is amazing! There's also a kind of Western sake-like atmosphere in the mouth.

Another brand of Jozen Josui. The packaging is SDGs-esque with bags made of rice bran. 🌏️ The SEVEN series are all Koshi-tanrei, apparently. It seems that almost none of them are available outside of Niigata Prefecture yet. It's fire-brewed but fresh and gassy. It has a dry atmosphere, but has a moderate sweetness. A little peachy. A touch of bitterness towards the end. Easy to drink, dry and light, with a sense of goodness. Junmai Ginjo is about 2,700 yen, so it's a bit expensive 💦. The packaging and the red sticker on the Japanese paper-like label is specially processed and looks like a lot of work 🤔.

Sweet and juicy and pineapple 🍍. I'm not sure what it is, but it tastes good, but something feels off 🤔. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the caproic acid-enhanced ones these days... I had a pink one with pink letters on it before and it was good, so I was expecting this one too... Similar to Fukuju's Hyogo-nishiki Nama-zake. It's fruity, but it's also a bit bitter...

It is fresh, slightly bubbly, with a delay in the arrival of umami and moderate sweetness. The sweetness seems quite reserved among Eiko-Fuji wines, but it is usually delicious! It is dry and even a little spicy, but the Eiko-Tomizi character is clearly felt.

Sake purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA I opened a bottle of this one which has a stronger flavor 😅. I bought too much sake on Saturday and Sunday, so I wanted to reduce my stock 🙄. Newly brewed sake with 90% polished rice made from very early rice called Hazukiminori! It is punchy and thick with a strong umami flavor. It has a nice gasiness and moderate sweetness. There are also bitter citrus nuances like lemon and grapefruit. A little like Raku no sei. I thought it tasted like the opposite of Argo. It's a messy taste, but it's still sweet after a few days, so it's pretty good.

I bought it a while ago because it was the subject of a petit flame war on X by a new political believer who gave it a bad review. I was looking for 3㌥ because a lot of stores only carry 4gou and 7-Eleven had it 😊. It's sweet and sour with a lactic acid-like sourness. Like everyone says, it's like a sports drink. I don't think it's as thin as people say, but it's still thin 🤔. It doesn't have much flavor and I feel like I'm missing something. I realized after I bought it that it is a junmai sake. But I wonder if I want to try sake after drinking this? I wish they would name it something like "Gatton Mikan" or "Gatton Argo" and give it a strong flavor.

I drank once before going out for a drink and again on the way home and drank twice😅. I had it twice before going out and drinking it on the way back home 😅 Maybe it was because I drank it together with Morinori Josen Unfiltered Nama Sake and Koshinohomare 8 years old sake, both of which are very strong brews, but I was not impressed with it the first time, but the second time I thought it was pretty sweet and tasty! The second time, I thought it was quite sweet and tasty 🤔. I've already bought Kaminosen and Koshinohomare, so I'll review them soon!

There is a bar event at a nearby restaurant before and after drinking out, so I just attended Icoma's! I think this was a summer sake. It has a strong rice flavor and a little sweetness? It had a slightly yellowish color. I tasted it twice before at a department store, but it seemed a little more peculiar than that time. Both times before, I've tasted it as "refreshing," but this time I felt it was more like a pure sake.
