bouken
Did we have this last year? I thought so, but Akane seems to have appeared for the first time this year.
It's a light nigori. It has a complex flavor with a hint of melon and a little bit of cemedine. The second half is quite pungent. It has a different taste from the ikkoku I have had so far.
Maybe it is aged a little?
The color of the label and the name "Akane" suggest that it is a hiyaoroshi-like product.
It tastes better at near room temperature, with more sweetness.
I think only Kansai people can understand this, but the strong flavor of mangetsupon was really strong and delicious.
I think it got a lot sweeter on the 3rd day than when I opened the bottle 🤔.
