Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival I've had it in the past and it was not my favorite type, but I had a good impression of it at the tasting, so it's been a long time since I've had it. It seemed quite fruity at the tasting, but a little spicy.... Sweetness is just an accent. I guess it was tasting magic that made it seem fruity and sweet 💦. It was similar to the impression I had when I tasted it before, but not as bad as before. Maybe my tastes have changed😅 Light at the beginning, but a bit nutty in the second half. I also feel a little nutty. Maybe it's still not my favorite type...

Toyotomi Hideyoshi Junmai Ginjo Boa Sorci Limited Nama Fresh and fruity, but clean and mild. Junmai Daiginjo-Unfiltered Nama-no-Genshu Funakakuchidori More subdued and calm than the previous two. Takashimaya original, it said. Junmai Ginjo colander filtered nigori sake Probably a draft sake. Dry, refreshing and dry. It has a koji-like taste. I have never been able to get into Nippon Izumi, but this time I had a pretty good impression of the taste 😊.

The base liquor for the assemblage that preceded the first one. I've tasted it twice before, both times with subtle impressions 💦. This time the flavor was more robust than the last two times I tasted it. Not my favorite type of wine, but it's tasting better. It didn't have any flavor before, but it's tasting better lol. I wonder if it's better to let it sit 🤔 And then I tried Assemblage Vol2. Less sweetness and more complexity than Vol1. I think Kouko was a good essence for this one too.

A very long time since Nippon Izumi. Fresh and slightly sweet. It is sweeter than the Nippon Izumi I drank in the past. It is refreshing and just like the label, perfect for summer. There is a slight peanut buttery nuance to it. I wrote that it is delicious, but it is not as fruity and sweet as the claims of each liquor store. It has a little peculiar taste. It will be more fruity if you let it sit for a few days.

The brewery is located in a building near Gifu station, and brewing is said to be done in the basement. The moment you take a sip, it has no aroma and a flat taste. It's a fairly dry sake. There is not much assertiveness except for the spiciness, so I think it is suitable for a mid-meal drink. It's not my favorite drink.
