I went to Kinoshita Meishuji in Minami-Senri for the first time in a while. I have the impression that this is the home ground of YASUBE and Rafa 😁. I came here for Asukai, but like Senchu, they only have the classic label fire-brewed... I bought this one along with another sake. I had avoided it because it was alsoderated and had added sugar, but I thought I had to try it since it was in Peach Village. Momonosato is generally very sweet, but this one in particular is very sweet. It is sweet like syrup. It's active, but not too shiny. It has alcohol and bitterness, but I think the sweetness is a little too strong.

Good evening, bouken 😃. Welcome to Minami-Senri 🤗I'd like to try the sake that bouken chose but it's sweet like a syrup and the sweetness is so stale... 🙄 maybe not for me... 😅

Hello Rafa 😃 I'm here in Minami-Senri for the first time in about 2 years 😁. I think you might not like it because it's so sweet that even I get upset 💦I recommend the orange label Funakuchi sold in Kinoshita 👍.

Report on the August meeting of the SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 📝📝. This is also my first time to visit Peach Village 🍑. This was my first check-in in Okayama👍. It tastes as clean as slushy water and flows with a hint of sweetness. I thought it would be more delicious with fish dishes than on its own 💡. The brewery is located in Okayama prefecture, a neighbor close to Hyogo, so I would like to buy other kinds of sake if I have a chance 🚗. Thanks to pyonpyon for bringing us a new Okayama sake ✨.

Hi Yoohee 😃 Coincidentally, we also raised a peach village 🤗. The one we had was the sweet kind 😅this one looks different 😋I'd like to taste different Momonosato 😄.

Hi Yoohee 😃 Momo no sato's raw sake is a pineapple type and cosy, so please visit the liquor store in Kakogawa or the brewery 🤣.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby. ☀︎ I was just thinking "J&N, you're raising Peach Village ‼️" 💡. There are more varieties than I thought there would be and I'd love to try some of the others ✨.

Good morning, bouken. ☀︎ If it's a draft sake, you have to aim for this season: ‼️ I'd like to visit Okayama for sightseeing, so it's possible to stop by on the way back👍.

Sake brought by pyonpyon. Before I narrowed down the list of sake to bring to the off-line meeting and Hyogo sake, Momonosato was also on my list of candidates. A harmony of classic atmosphere and gentle sweetness. Compared to the Momonosato sakes I have had in the past, this one seemed dry, but I could sense that it had been carefully brewed.

Momonosato is my personal Hall of Fame brand. I have been addicted to it since I went to Okayama 4 years ago to buy some 😊. It's been a long time since I bought it this time. I have had it in the past, but the specs have changed, so I bought it again. It's now 11 degrees Celsius instead of the previous 15 degrees Celsius, so it's a lower alcohol. I don't know if it is written on the label, but I believe the brewery here squeezes the wine into bags. The price is quite reasonable for the time and effort put into it. If you look at my past posts, you will see that Junmai Ginjo and 40% Junmai Daiginjo are priced the same, though the pricing is not right 🤣. The taste is still very sweet and pineapple sweet and tasty. I wish it were a little easier to buy. The taste reminds me of Hanahayo. Kinoshita Meishu-shop doesn't have many kinds of sake in stock, so you have to go to the brewery, mail order from the brewery, or go to the Tambaya Sake Shop in Kakogawa....

bouken, good evening, I'll make love to you! It's gorgeous like a hana-yori, isn't it? I have never seen this one before. As a pineapple lover, I'm very interested, I'll look into mail order 😊.

Good evening Joe 😊. I'm sure you'll be able to find a good bottle of it. By the way, I bought Reimei 2 years ago at Keihan department store 😁.

It was active but didn't spew at all. Pineapple-like sweetness and refreshing mouthfeel. It's too cosy at 1,300 for a 40% rice polishing ratio with Fukuro-hozuri shizukutori Yamadanishiki. Is it the pineapple-like flavor that is common to Momonosato's nama-zake? It usually has this nuance. However, compared to the Junmai Ginjo Funakuchi Ichiban and Junmai Shirouma that I drank before, the pineapple feeling is moderate. It's a coexistence of modern sweetness and traditional atmosphere.

It's less gassy than the Shirouma Junmai Shiboritate I bought at the brewery before.

The last one was so low-alcohol that I could drink it easily and it was almost empty in a day, but this one is not so easy.

I think Momo no Sato tastes as good as Hana Yokuyo.

And yet, it's great that seasonal sake can basically be purchased for the low 1,000 yen range, regardless of the specs.

The liquor store where we bought it has other brands like Sasashu and Yukikomachi that you don't see very often.

You can only buy sake at the brewery (especially the unpasteurized ones), but we're lucky to have a shop in the prefecture where we can buy it.

Last year I went to Kura to buy some peaches and they were really good. I found a store in my hometown in the prefecture where I live, so I went to buy some. It smells and tastes like a pineapple. It's less sweet than the Momonosato I drank before, but it's sweet and delicious. I'll go buy one again.

I went to the brewery and bought it. When I opened it up, the whole cap came off, is there a problem with the bottling process? When I opened it, it didn't overflow, but it spewed with great force. It's a strong, gassy, dark sweet sake. I'm glad I took the train for almost 3 hours and walked 30 minutes each way from the station to get it.
