boukenSake purchased at the Kisogawa Station site of the Shiga Sake Brewery Opening event. It has a thick nigori color and a heavy, gutsy mouthfeel. It felt much spicier than when I tasted it. As the description says, it is best served at room temperature or warmed. I wondered if it was the magic of the tasting. I thought so, but when I drank it at room temperature, it was close to the impression of the tasting. I could taste the sweetness, but it was basically spicy and alcoholic. I was probably drunk and buggy when I tasted it. Tastes great with soda. I felt like it would go well with pineapple when mixed with soda 🍍.
Japanese>English
しんじょうI'm jealous of Kotobukabuto. I personally don't drink nigori, so I don't have the guts to buy it. But if it's a dry ale, even I can drink it. I'll try to have the guts to buy it when I go to a place where I can buy it.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Shinjo-san 😃 I didn't like it when I drank it cold, but at room temperature, it was quite sweet 😊It was just right for me to drink it with soda because it softens the alu feeling 😅.

boukenPurchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Hankyu's Depa basement on the way back from traveling SAKE. I found the sake that Mr. Sakeran was drinking, so I bought it. I have bought a sake with the same label, but I think it tastes different, so maybe it was the Gohyakumangoku version? There is a trace of sweetness, but the basic taste is dry. It has a strong extract. It's not my favorite line of sake, but there is something about it that I can't dislike 🤔. This sake is not a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, but I think it tastes similar to Daishichi that Mr. Sakeran praised so highly. On the second day, it tastes a little sweet like candy.

boukenThis is the one that Neemuchi and I bought together! We both bought it! After tasting the junmai ginjo nama sake first, we thought it wouldn't be any better than that, so we were shocked! It has a beautiful acidity and juicy sweetness like an apple. The sweetness is rich and the bitterness is a little bitter at the end. I like it a lot.

boukenTochigi love 🥰 since the Chuai drink in March. Like monthly Tochigi love 🥰? I thought so, but I also loved Tochigi at Matsuo Taisha event😅. I think this is the second time this month? It was bottled in February last year and shipped in September, so it has a light matured aroma. Melon-like sweetness and a bit of minerality. I'd like to try more Matsunotsuju. The sweetness and light maturity coexist and come together at the same time.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, bouken 😃! I love Tochigi 🥰 for drinking at home every other week! Maybe every week if you include going out 😆.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening Jay & Nobby 😃. I'd like to keep it at least once a month 😌I'd like to drink minor Tochigi sake, so it's difficult if we drink outside 🤔The only ones we have are Senkou and others 😅.

boukenPurchased at Hankyu's traveling SAKE as well as Tamayura. The rice is Takananishiki. It has a slight gasiness. The top aroma is gorgeous, but the sweetness is moderate and a little dry. The lingering aroma is pineapple. The sake is basically dry with a sake meter of +4, but the gasiness and sweetness of the sweetness didn't bother me too much.

boukenI bought it at ●Maya. I've never seen it anywhere else 😅. Thin and cloudy. Fresh and a little 🍍 sweet and tasty. Not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right balance. When I drink it again, there are some nuances that I don't like. I have the impression that the taste changes quite dramatically after opening the bottle. By the 4th day, the 🍍 feeling disappears and it becomes mainly bitter and spicy.

T.KISOGood evening, bouken! You can buy it at drugstores in Akita 🤣👍 besides Maya.

boukenI bought this at the brewery opening. A little bit of melon 🍈. It's delicious with a sweet dry taste 😋. I think the spiciness will assert itself after a few days. I think it is the type of sake that can be enjoyed at various temperatures. I'd like to try Miyamanishiki's non-origarami directly pumped saké 😁.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi bouken 😃 I remember we had the direct-fed one more than a year ago 🤗I got it because something about it just hit me 👍I remember we were both so excited that it was a bonanza of deliciousness 😋😁.

ポンちゃんHello bouken🐦. I like the Kitajima Orikarami 😻I don't remember which rice I drank before but I remember it was very good 😊I will check out Miyamanishiki 🙏.

ヤスベェHello bouken 😀 I see you got this sake here😇. I was shopping over my planned amount when I came to Kitajima-san, so I was really curious about this sake but gave up 🤣. If I had come here first 😅.
Japanese>English
boukenJay & Nobby, good evening 😃. It's great that you got the idea 😁You have a keen sense of smell to find a good sake 👀I have a feeling that I also prefer direct pumping somehow 🤔.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Pon-chan. I've read your past posts and I'm wondering if you drank Aizan at the Kurabiraki event? Kitajima has a lot of different rice varieties 😊. If you see them, please try Miyamanishiki 🤗.

boukenPurchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

boukenThe one he said he went to the brewery today and bought was Taiyo Shuzo's here. The rice is Nojoho and the alcohol content is 19%. It has a strong and wild taste, but I personally like it better than Takejaku's sake yeast which I drank at the Sake-1 Grand Prix! It's quite heavy, so it's not easy to drink 😅. It can be enjoyed cold, warmed up, or with soda, etc. People who like Raku no se and Asahi Wakamatsu will like it. I also had a bottle of Tarekuchi Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo (raw sake), which I've already had in the past. It too has a strong, powerful flavor. I told them that it tasted sweeter than the ones I've had in the past, and they said that this brewery uses wild yeast and doesn't have a koji room, so the taste may be a bit blurred. I was told that this brewery uses wild yeast and has no koji room, so the taste may be a bit blurred 😳. Some of you may know this brewery, but there are a lot of episodes here, so if you are interested, please google it 😊.

まつちよHello bouken😊 This is the first time I heard about this story. I'm so sorry to hear about this.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんbouken Hello 🐦. I googled it😊 Good luck Mr. Brewer ‼️
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo😃. I searched the name of the person who was the president of the consultancy and it seems he is still in the liquor industry 😡.
Japanese>English
boukenHello Ponchan 😃 I'm sure you'll be fine 👍 as you have a strong fan base.
Japanese>English
まつちよhttps://www.jyokai.com/?p=1450 This article suggests that Suminoi Sake Brewery, Fuji Takasago Sake Brewery, and Chiyogiku are also receiving support. I don't care about the support, but the way they are doing it is disgusting.
Japanese>English
まつちよThis may happen partly because it is a regulated industry that does not allow new entrants, but on the other hand, deregulation may lead to an increase in the number of long-established businesses that go out of business.
Japanese>English
boukenSuminoi is now under the umbrella of a Thai food company and only manufactures mirin (sweet sake) on consignment.
Japanese>English
boukenThis is the HP of Traditional Storehouse https://www.dentogura.jp/
Japanese>English
まつちよI was researching in the Traditional Storehouse and found this. http://moritakk.com/wp-content/uploads/20221227-1.pdf
Japanese>English
まつちよI see that Chiyogiku is a subsidiary of Morita (Sony's Morita's family), a Nagoya-based company under the listed JFLA Holdings, Inc. Fuji-Takasago was recently sold, according to the wiki.
Japanese>English
まつちよThere are more warehouses being bought and sold than I thought. Surprised 🤔.
Japanese>English
boukenThe history is complicated, and it seems like they are repeatedly buying and selling within the affiliated companies 🤔. A-Sakura, Fuji Takasago, and Ginban were originally owned by the current presidents of Tenka, Shihu, and Hohanami.

boukenMy mom called me and said she couldn't explain the alcohol because I hadn't been there, so she called her son and asked him to come. The son handled it from here. I've been going there for years and this is the first time I've talked to him. Old pine tree in our neighborhood, Itami. Unlike Hakusetsu, which is also from Itami, it seems to be dry, but this one was quite sweet. The only description on the bottle is "Nama-nazake," but it says "unfiltered" on the side. It has a fizzy, bubbly, sweet and dry taste. I found some comments about it being dry when I searched for it, so either the BY makes a difference or my taste buds are buggy 🤔. I'm always curious to know if Old Pine brews its own sake, but this one was labeled as "Producer" on the label. If the label says so, it must be brewed by the company if the rules are followed. This place uses different labels for different products, such as "processor" and "seller". I wonder if they are really brewing in that small building? I was talking about that😅.

boukenThe next drink was a low-alcohol version of Ojiro's Watership No. 2 They say it is No. 9 yeast. I have had a low alcohol version of Ginbukiyo in the past, but unlike Ginbukiyoyo, I didn't feel the fruity flavor. It has the same umami flavor despite its low alcohol content. It's more robust than Ginbukiyo. I googled and found very little information on the availability at liquor stores, but I wonder if it's rare. I've had it in the past, so I'll skip this one. Shugetsu Tsuki no Himuro Special Junmai Namaishu Momonosato Rin to Sakke Hana Junmai Ginjo (no picture) I also drank Rin to Sakkehana was the sake brought by pyonpyon at the Hankai Train Off-line Meeting😊. I heard it looked like it could be handled by Momo no Sato, but they said it was too sweet and they wouldn't put it there.... Too bad😥.

boukenWhen I arrived at the nearest station after leaving the venue of the Sake-1 Grand Prix, I found that the local liquor store was open, even though it was supposed to be closed on Sunday! I thought it was open on Sunday, which means it was a tasting event. I walked in like I was being sucked in 🤣. The wine tasting was mainly wine, but the sake tasting was by Kawashima Sake Brewery from Shiga. I tasted 3 kinds of Pine Blossom and bought Jun Dai. (I have already reviewed all but the Jun Dai in the past, so I'll skip that. I heard they also do whiskey, but I didn't drink it 😅. The person who came to the store seemed to be the person with the strong sense of taste that Nemuchi mentioned, but I couldn't tell the sense of taste 😅. I got the impression that he talked a lot 😊. After the tasting, I found some sake in the fridge that didn't look like they were for sale, so I asked the mom about it and she told me that her son had gone to the brewery to buy some sake as a hobby. She asked me if I wanted some. She asked me if I wanted some and I decided to try some 😁. Let's start with Kinkame! It says it's dry, but it doesn't feel that dry. It has a nice sharpness with a sweetness of rice. The taste is light, easy to drink, and will be popular with everyone. It may be obvious, but the impression is quite different from 80 and 90. Personally, I prefer the sweeter 80 and 90.
Japanese>English
boukenI think it's great that it's 14 degrees and low al but still feels doshy.
Japanese>English
まつちよGood evening bouken🍶. If there was a tasting at a liquor store, all the people of Sakegawa would be sucked in 🤣. I've only ever had 80, so I can't imagine a light Kinkame 🤔.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Matsuchiyo 😃 According to Robin's post who drank from 20 to 90, 50-70 seems to be dry 🤔I was also surprised that it was light because I only know the 80-100 perverted zone 😳.
Japanese>English
boukenIt's pretty crazy because it's a Matsuo Taisha event - a tasting 🤣 and I'm drinking it at home after I get home 🙄.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんgood evening bouken 🦉. Tasting after the event🤣I'll have to stop by the local liquor store or something 😁. I only drank at the tasting but the 60 was not impressive 🙏.

boukenMatsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉛ Here's the last one just before the end of the event! I know it's delicious, but you can't always buy it at many stores because of the spot delivery via wholesalers. Yamae-Nishiki 90%, Hime no Mochi from Nagano 10%, Polishing ratio 59%, Alcohol 13%. I looked up the specs on the net 😅 because the data is wrong. I think the Yamae Nishiki from the net info is correct 🤔. Sweet, low al and light drinking. The acidity was pleasant. I'd love to drink this at home! Nemuchi-san asked the brewery why they didn't participate in the traveling SAKE event the other day, and they told us the story behind the event 😌 I was surprised at how hard it is to participate in such an event! Finally, the brewery is holding a project called "59 sake" for brewers who were born between 59 and 60 years old, so I appealed to them that we are classmates 😁. The winner of this event was Yokoyama. Nemuchi asked me which one was the best at the event and I said Machida, but later on I was impressed with Matsunotsuyuumachi and Sanzenzakura Normal Sake Naokumi! It's a shame that the ambulance had to come even though we had taken measures to make the rounds for supplements and water to drink as well 😥. No drunkenness in front of God 🚫.
Japanese>English
boukenAccording to Nemuchi's information, he also drank some Ten Stone, but I didn't take a picture of it and forgot that he drank it 🤣. I remember talking to the toji and the salesman 💦.

Japanese>English

I think Neemuchi and I visited the same brewery again! Yamanoi is rarely drunk because there are only a few places that sell it. I've only seen it at the Fukushima antenna store in Umeda or at Sukumasa! I drank Yamanoi 40 Yume no Aroma It is a sake for the sake competition and not for sale. It was beautifully sweet and delicious! The pattern on the upper right and lower left seems to be the mark of daiginjo. The Jun Daiginjo I drank in the past also had the same pattern. Yamanoi Shiro Orikagarami Nama Polishing ratio 60%, sake rice and sake level not disclosed, alcohol 15%. It was sweet and juicy and delicious. boukenMatsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉖ Yosamusume is not often seen even though I live in Kansai. I sometimes see it in Kyoto. Yamadanishiki from Kyoto, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +3, Alcohol 17%. I thought it was a sweet, fruity, and delicious sake. Shiboritate wine yeast special junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake Koshihikari rice from Yosano town, 60% polished rice, Sake meter degree -17, Alcohol 13%. I thought I had drunk the same one in the past, but it was a different yeast 😅. It is sweet and sour and delicious. It was easier to drink than the 1801 yeast I drank before. I wonder why Yosamusume is only available in 500ml bottles? Is it to keep the price down?

boukenMatsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉕ Speaking of Niida, it's all about 🐸, isn't it? I don't really like frogs, but when I was a kid, Sanrio's Kerokerokeroppi was all the rage, and all the gym uniform bags and school lunch bags were 🐸. 🐸🐸🐸🐸 Here's another Niida who doesn't drink much these days I have the impression that there's a big difference between the ones I like and the ones I don't, which makes it hard to buy. I drank Odayaka Sparkling TOYONISHIKI, 70% polished rice, 12% alcohol This sake is made by fermenting freshly squeezed sake in the bottle. It is dry, shriveled, and champagne-like 🥂. The sweetness and refreshing acidity are impressive! Shimizu Odayaka Junmai Ginjyo Ususu Nigori Nama-shu Miyamanishiki, 60% polished rice, Sake degree 15.5 The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of peaches. It is as sparkling as a sparkling wine. Refreshing with a good balance of sweet and sour. Well, I've never had a sake like this before because I've only had Niidashi Sanshu...
