Lively acidity, peach - grape sweet and sour aroma taste, condensed milk taste, thickly squeezed and dry. It has the vigor of a pure sake. It is said to be made from Tsukishita-bijin flower yeast.
#Drinking at home
The taste is beautiful and not unlike Rairaku.
The robustness has been hidden away, and it has an elegant and gorgeous flavor without any of the current flamboyance, and a wonderful lingering taste that is not too sharp and can be savored for a long time without any unpleasant aftertaste.
It does not have the Rairaku style, but its dignified appearance can be likened to that of Yuriko Ishida or Tomoyo Harada.
This is a very well-made sake that can be easily matched with a wide range of dishes as a food sake. I will definitely buy it again.
When it arrived last year, it was only available in one bottle, but I bought it as soon as it came in a 4-gallon bottle. At Icoma
It is a strong type of sake with 20% alcohol by volume, rich and flavorful, but also sweet and easy to drink, so it is a dangerous one 😨.
When heated up, it becomes gentler and sweeter.
I get the impression that it has an alcoholic taste when it's warmed up.
Good evening, bouken 🌛.
Strong style "Rairaku" 😋.
Easy to drink but high alcohol content is a danger sign 🤣.
Oh, it's also intoxicating to drink it warmed up 😁.
Good evening, Mr. Gyve.
I'm getting into this kind of strong type, but I can't drink a lot so I can't reduce it 🤣.
I tried a few things while I heated up the Sairyu 😊.
It is a super dry Junmai from Rairaku 🍶.
On the right side of the photo, this is also borrowed without permission from the social networking site of the meeting organizer because I forgot to take a photo 🙄.
The top aroma is slightly fruity.
It is dry with a moderate sweetness in the mouth, but well balanced with umami.
It was quite delicious ✨
It's Junmai Nama Nama Sake from Rairaku 🍶.
On the left side of the photo, I forgot to take a picture of this one, so I borrowed it without permission from the social networking site of the organizer of the meeting 🙄.
This one is also served cold.
The aroma on the nose is fruity and sweet.
The sweetness is refreshing on the palate and finishes cleanly.
It was quite delicious ✨.
This sake was purchased while traveling in Hyogo Prefecture.
It has an excellent balance of sweetness, spiciness, acidity, bitterness, and effervescence.
I especially like the fizziness.
If the fizziness is strong, it will disappear after 4-5 days of drinking a bottle, and it will lose its taste, but this is very good because the fizziness does not change until the bottle is finished.
And the cosmetics are not bad.
I found a good sake.
Sake that has been bottled freshly pressed from the top of the tank from midnight on the first day of the year! I'm glad I got to drink it 🌅.
Freshly pressed and bubbly!
Sweet and delicious!
I think I'm going to get addicted to the seared cod roe🤔.
Happy New Year 🌄.
Please bear with me and my jive ramblings this year 🤣.
Well, after taking a nap after a successful night shift on New Year's Eve, I started [drinking] ❗️
I opened a bottle of Jive 2024, the most impressive bottle from the previous year 🍶.
Rairaku Junmai Ginjo Abelia Yeast Nama Sake.
Sweet floral aroma like nectar filled the air from the moment the bottle was opened.
[The sake has a gentle and gorgeous aroma of rice.]
The calm and gorgeous aroma of rice, the sweet flavor reminiscent of floral honey, and the lingering aftertaste that leaves you with a sigh of relief, and the bitterness that lingers in the mouth at the end.
[Mokkiri.]
The same calm, sweet aroma of rice, a sense of gas that you don't notice until you concentrate on drinking, soft sweetness and umami, a pleasant lingering finish, and a hint of bitterness in the soft finish.
A cup that relaxes you as you drink more and more of it.
From my past experience, I have found that when I drink a wine that I liked once and then drink it again, I sometimes feel that the taste is not quite the same. In the past, I have found that when I drink a bottle that I liked once and then drink it again, I sometimes find the taste strange, but this "Rairaku" is one that I like even more the second time around ✨.
Thank you bouken for introducing me to this sake 🙇.
We went all out for the New Year's dish and served it with tuna fatty tuna from Wakayama Prefecture.
P.S. One of the style of the evening drink before opening the 4th "Rairaku": 📹️
[Akahoshi, Potato Salad and Document 72 Hours are a must ✨.
Enjoy the review and envision drinking this before sake again this year 🤣.

Hi ma-ki-san!
I drink beer to quench my thirst before drinking sake, but Akahoshi is still my favorite 🥰.
I keep a case of large bottles so I can drink it at home 🤣.
I'm going to be promoting "Rairaku" from now on ✨
Hello bouken!
Thank you for the "rairaku" 🙇.
I didn't think I would like it even more after drinking it twice 😁.
I'm wondering if I should put it in the Sake no Wa Hall of Fame 🤣.
Happy New Year to you, Uchi~'s super~rippa🌄!
There are still a lot of sake that I don't know about, so I'm looking forward to trying many more this year 😁.

Happy New Year, Pon 🌄.
I really like "Rairaku Abelia" but the problem is that it's hard to get it 😅.
I wish they would bring back mail order ✨
I usually have potato salad and beer ✨ even when I'm at the 0th party.
Happy New Year, Mr. Jive 🌅.
Rairaku! It's been put into my head 👍and when I look at your photos with that in mind, they become more and more attractive😍We can't wait to drink our first bottle of the new year 😚.

Mr. Jive Happy New Year! Last year was a tough start to the year in Hokuriku, but I hope this year will be a peaceful one. I received Bunraku last year and it was a home-run class. It is very good, isn't it?
Happy New Year, Jive 🎍.
I look forward to working with you this year as well🙇♂️
I tried to get sake with potato salad at a New Year's party because of Gyve's influence ‼️ I got hooked 🥹.
Hello, Mr.urchin.
Looking back, I feel that the earthquake led to the flurry of 2024 😅.
I hope this year will be a year of peace and quiet✨
I'm going to stock up while they have it 🤣.
Happy New Year, Mr. Muro 🌄.
I look forward to working with you again this year ✨
I think potato salad is a versatile drink accompaniment, and I'm happy to find a good restaurant when I go out drinking 🤣.
[I'd love it if they had a bottle of Akahoshi on tap!
