Did we have this last year? I thought so, but Akane seems to have appeared for the first time this year. It's a light nigori. It has a complex flavor with a hint of melon and a little bit of cemedine. The second half is quite pungent. It has a different taste from the ikkoku I have had so far. Maybe it is aged a little? The color of the label and the name "Akane" suggest that it is a hiyaoroshi-like product. It tastes better at near room temperature, with more sweetness. I think only Kansai people can understand this, but the strong flavor of mangetsupon was really strong and delicious. I think it got a lot sweeter on the 3rd day than when I opened the bottle 🤔.

I thought ikkoku would sell out if I didn't buy it early, so I bought it as soon as I could😅. The label doesn't say, but it's a draft sake. It has a low alcohol content and a gentle taste. Slightly sweet and slightly effervescent. It's so refreshing and easy to drink like water. Banana 🤔. Sweet and easy to drink.

Hello Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀. I think the isseki was 100 bottles, so I think Kochira only has shogou, so that's about 250 bottles 🤔. I moved early because ikkoku flower yeast was sold out immediately before 😁.

Alcohol content: 16 Rice used:Undisclosed Rice polishing ratio:60 Comparison of Rairaku. The color is slightly yellowish. Compared to the Junmai Ginjo mentioned above, this sake has a higher alcohol content because it is a pure sake, but this one has no alcohol taste. Slightly carbonated, fruity sweet sake reminiscent of muscat. It is delicious and has no unpleasant taste.

Alcohol content: 15 Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio: 58 The taste is sour but not bitter, clean and dry. There is a slight aroma and flavor of alcohol at the end.
