ずおとんThis is the first sake I've had... from the brewery that makes Hyakujuro.
I found a strawberry yogurt-like aroma and a slightly pineapple-like sweet and sour fruity aroma. In addition to the moderate sweetness and strong acidity, there is a slight bitterness in the second half that gives the impression of a clean finish. We enjoyed it deliciously. I thought it was a round sweet and moist type, but it has a slight bitterness to it and finishes nicely. 🗡️
