Cold sake
Lychee and muscat-like aroma
Slightly acidic rather than sweet and sour.
The aftertaste is not so much sharp as it is smooth.
As you drink more, the umami comes to the fore rather than the acidity.
My first sake from Kochi! The pale pink label is pretty and makes me feel cheerful. I thought it would be crisp and refreshing since it is a junmai ginjo, but it was soft and sweet with a subtle aftertaste.
The first round of drinks at Jiyugaoka
The second drink was Bunkajin Rizul Origigarami.
This is my first time to drink this Bunka Jin.
It is more acidic and fresh than the previous Maki-ki!
Is it a dry Kochi type? It's a bit softer than the previous one, though.
I choose my favorite sake cup every time I visit this restaurant. This day, I was in the mood for a beautiful faceted glass ✨.
But it's a little bigger than I expected! I have a dangerous feeling😅
