It was the master's recommendation, the first time I heard about it, and the first time I drank it. Conclusion: It is good.
The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and it has a full-bodied flavor, not a cloying taste. I will drink it again when I see it again.
Next up, again, is Wenjiajin ✨.
This sake is only unfiltered raw sake and has a strong rice flavor and a hint of sweetness 😊.
But it's light and refreshing to drink ✨.
Delicious 😁.
A while ago, I posted about drinking 😁.
On September 22nd, I participated in an event called "Meishu no Banquet" 😊.
This is a great event, this time 11 breweries participated in this event and we could drink as much as we wanted 😊.
We started off with Bunkajin 😁.
and we had the sake we wanted 😊.
This is... delicious... fruity, sweet, sour and aromatic, well balanced and easy to drink 😄.
It has a slight bitterness afterwards, but it finishes it off with this 😲.
It's a really delicious sake ✨✨✨✨.

This one also smells like white wine!
It has a mineral taste.
Sweetness with bitterness that lingers for a very long time...
(that's all I can say)
The intensity is handsome for drinking only sake.
It has a strong rummy aroma even before you drink it, and when you put it in your mouth, it is sweeter than you would expect, but not too sweet and delicious!
The first time I drank Bunka Jin, the fruity and firm acidity spread on the palate, leaving a slight whiff of spiciness and just the right amount of spiciness.
The finish is complex, with a slight bitterness.
I like sake with a lot of acidity, so I thought it was quite tasty. I would like to buy this bottle again.
