The aroma is fresh and clean with a bit of appleiness. When I sipped it fresh out of the fridge, I was a little concerned about the acid impression on the back end, so I let it sit for a little while. When the temperature rises a little, you can feel the mellow umami and the balance with the acidity is to your liking😊. There is also a slight lactic acid flavor in the aftertaste that is similar to that of a traditional yeast mash, and overall it is nicely integrated. After drinking the sake on its own for a while, I felt a slight astringency on my tongue? I personally like it as a food sake👍. When you eat, the mellow flavor and clean acidity of this sake will play a good role, so both food and sake will progress. I enjoyed it with horse mackerel tataki and grilled shabu✨. It was delicious 😆. Thanks for the treat♪ Sake Rice: Yamagata Sake Mirai Polishing ratio: 50 Frequency: 16 degrees Sake cup used: Adelia Aroma Glass

Refreshingly sweet aroma. On the palate, it stimulates the tongue with a gentle schwappiness and a mild sweetness ✨. From then on, soooooo beautifully gone😊. I love this. It overturned the image of special honjozo in my mind ☺️. When I drank the rest about a week later, the bitterness in the aftertaste was a bit of a bother, but it didn't bother me as much once I let it sit for a bit and the temperature rose. It may be due to my physical condition, but I personally preferred the taste within a few days of opening the bottle 😆. It was delicious, thanks for the treat ♫ Sake rice: Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio: 60%. Temperature: 15 degrees Sake cup used: Adelia Ajiya Glass

The aroma is slightly sweet and full with a hint of banana. The sweetness spreads gently in the mouth, and the aftertaste is short with a slight bitterness and a good alcohol feeling. You can feel the sweetness at first, but it becomes crispy in the latter half, so it is easy to drink. I bought and drank it after a long time at my wife's request, and it was a stable, easy-drinking sake😊. Thanks for the treat! Freshly opened, it has a fruity and refreshing aroma. In the mouth, it stimulates the tongue with a refreshing and sweet taste with a good amount of acidity. A slight bitterness similar to that of citrus fruits leaves a pleasant aftertaste. The impression on the first day is clean, fresh and fruity. Since I had seen it at Sake no Wa So my expectations were high from the start. It was more to my liking than I imagined 😆. It was so delicious ✨. I enjoyed it with sushi, but I drank it at a high pace after a while👍. I didn't think I would like it so much, so I'm interested in the standard one too😁. As the day goes on, the richness increases, so you feel the fullness, or the atmosphere changes a bit again. From there, I changed the glass and enjoyed it ☺️. It was also great with fried soaked eggplant✨. Satisfied because it was delicious till the end. Thanks for the treat🎶. Sake rice: Omachi from Akaiwa, Okayama Rice polishing ratio: 50%. It has a slightly sweet aroma. A bit tingly in the mouth. The taste is clean yet the aroma through the nose is gorgeous😊. No clutter even when the temperature range goes up, the beautiful balance is lovely✨. It went well with food, but it was also delicious with just sake~♪ As the day went on, it became easier to feel the flavor of the rice more👍. From here, it became my wife's favorite, so I went for another sake. It's been like 10 years since I've had a proper drink at home. Back then it was common to get it 🤣. The aroma is complex and I can't think of an analogy💦. In the mouth, the aroma is sweet and rich, but There's a hint of bitterness so it doesn't dull✨. The aftertaste is long and there is a good amount of alcohol👍. It's not easy to buy, so I'd like to drink it again if I get the chance 😆. Thanks for the treat... The aroma is a little cemedine-like. In the mouth, it has a mild umami taste. It was a refreshing sake with a dry taste that was refreshing, but with a slight bitterness and astringency. The aroma is melon and a little bit of cemedine? I can't put my finger on it. It is difficult for me. When you swallow it, you can feel the alcohol and a little bitterness. The taste that remains in the back of the mouth may be a little bitter💦 If you pair it with food, it doesn't bother you so much, so I personally prefer it as a food wine😃. My wife likes it with iburi gakko cream cheese😆. If you want to drink it by itself, the bitterness in the back end of the palate will be suppressed and the balance will be easier to drink when the temperature is slightly higher than when it is fresh out of the fridge. A few days after opening the bottle, it calmed down a bit and became more drinkable✨. Thanks for the treat... The aroma is a little sweet with a hint of freshness. In the mouth, you can taste the alcohol at first, then the sweetness of the rice and the astringent taste. I drank it raw before, but was curious about the fire-roasted version as well, so I bought it. The aroma is mature. When you put it in your mouth, it tingles on your tongue. It is crisper and a little cleaner than the raw version. There is also a sweetness, but it is moderate. As the back label says, it's for drinking during meals😃. The bitterness in the aftertaste is more pronounced than in the raw version. Is it because of my physical condition? Personally, I prefer the raw, but this was a beautiful sake too😊. I imagined it to be a modern sake from the label, but it's more of a classic in my opinion. The taste of the rice is clear and dry on the palate. As the temperature rises, the taste of the rice becomes clearer. I prefer the balance when it is crisp and cold👍. After 5 days of opening the bottle, it seems to have lost some of its sharpness and is now easier to drink. Thanks for the treat... Beautiful sake quality as always😊. When you sip it, the sweet and savory flavors spread gorgeously, and the way it lingers with a hint of bitterness is wonderful. The bitterness can be felt more easily than with Omachi, so I changed the glass and enjoyed it to the end. Personally, I prefer Omachi, but Dewa Tsannji is also good✨. My wife is a Dewa Tsannji fan😆. The first day I opened the bottle, I felt a strong alcoholic sensation because it did not suit my physical condition, so this is my impression on the third day after opening. The aroma is mild and the taste is gentle, sweet and delicious. It disappears after leaving a fluffy aftertaste. If you keep drinking the sake on its own, it leaves a bit of bittersweetness on your tongue. The appetizer was crab miso tofu, and it was delicious 😆. It was good with cold sake, but when I heated it up, the sweetness and flavor increased to a good degree👍. Thanks for the meal! I found this by chance at a liquor store I sometimes go to and bought it. I've had the regular Nabeshima at the store, but this is my first time drinking a classic 😋. I was wary because there was a caution tag on the bottle, but it opened quietly with no noise. There was no gas in the mouth, so I was a bit disappointed. I was a little disappointed😅. The aroma is a bit gourdy. In the mouth, the sourness is followed by a bit of umami, a slight bitterness and sourness combined and then fades out. The overall impression is that it is a clean tasting piece of meat. Sashimi is good, but when combined with tofu paste, the sweetness was added and delicious👍. I also enjoyed the onion slices with bonito flakes and ponzu. It was a particularly good match for a dish that adds just the right amount of flavor and sweetness👌. Thanks for the treat... It has a sourness with a slight yogurt-like taste typical of a traditional sake brewery, a gentle sweet umami taste, and when you swallow it, you feel a bitter bitter taste in the back end and it fades out with the sourness. The bitterness fades out along with the acidity. There is not much of a sharp alcohol feeling, so you can't help but drink it while savoring it😆. I think I prefer this one to the Sakurahana I had before ✨. When I had it again after the day had passed, I felt the sourness was a bit strong in the first cup, but as I drank more, I didn't particularly notice it, so it was good all the way through👍.
