hachi
I found this by chance at a liquor store I sometimes go to and bought it.
I've had the regular Nabeshima at the store, but this is my first time drinking a classic 😋.
I was wary because there was a caution tag on the bottle, but it opened quietly with no noise.
There was no gas in the mouth, so I was a bit disappointed. I was a little disappointed😅.
The aroma is a bit gourdy.
In the mouth, the sourness is followed by a bit of umami, a slight bitterness and sourness combined and then fades out.
The overall impression is that it is a clean tasting piece of meat.
Sashimi is good, but when combined with tofu paste, the sweetness was added and delicious👍.
I also enjoyed the onion slices with bonito flakes and ponzu.
It was a particularly good match for a dish that adds just the right amount of flavor and sweetness👌.
Thanks for the treat...
