hachi
I drank it raw before, but was curious about the fire-roasted version as well, so I bought it.
The aroma is mature.
When you put it in your mouth, it tingles on your tongue.
It is crisper and a little cleaner than the raw version.
There is also a sweetness, but it is moderate.
As the back label says, it's for drinking during meals😃.
The bitterness in the aftertaste is more pronounced than in the raw version. Is it because of my physical condition?
Personally, I prefer the raw, but this was a beautiful sake too😊.
Thanks for the treat!
