Refreshingly sweet and sour in both aroma and taste. A good bitterness in the back end does a good job👍. Personally, I like to drink it when I'm mildly drunk✨. The white koji sake is good too😊. A week after opening the bottle, I didn't notice any major changes, but it did get a little rounder. Another brand I like more 😆✨. It was delicious, thanks for the treat...
