The final touch is the fragrance of flowers.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Kumamoto Prefecture
50% Koji rice, 50% Kake rice
Gorgeous aroma like melon.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and acidity are not flashy, and it finishes with a nice bitterness.
The entrées are nameko mushrooms, nigirizushi, and horse sashimi.
Sushi complements raw meat well.
The combination with horse sashimi is especially GOOD👍.
Thank you, soumacho 😃!
Great start to your first day 🤗 with a great selection of dishes and Kumamoto sake parade 👍!
I'd like to try Kumamoto's horse sashimi too 😋.
Thank you Jay & Nobby, thank you here too😄.
I got the Hana-no-Kou so that I can drink it at home too 👍.
The horse sashimi from Kumamoto is served with sweet soy sauce, and I couldn't get enough of the melt-in-your-mouth, texture, and sake pairing 😊.
Junmai Daiginjo Hana no Kaori. Good at room temperature or chilled. The slightly low alcohol content is also a nice feature for a mid-meal drink.
Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 15%.

As the name suggests, the honey-like sweetness of flowers comes forward strongly.
The umami of rice appears as a lingering aftertaste, but the rest of the taste is clear. The remainder is clear, with a hint of acidity.
Hana-no-Kou: Autumn cherry blossoms
The aroma has a sweet scent of rice.
The color is clear, and the mouthfeel is tangy and acidic, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Very gorgeous, ripe pineapple 🍍 aroma 😍.
Great expectations based on the aroma alone.
Looks full of gas 👍.
First impression of low sweetness. Voluminous flavor and bitter? Miscellaneous taste? Some complex flavors...
After a little while, I thought I could taste some sourness, but the aftertaste felt clean.
Long time no see brief Hana no Kaori.
I was heavily drunk, so I don't remember the details, but I can't believe it's the same brewery as Sanzo.
Both are delicious, though.
I am a boxer.
