Refreshingly sweet aroma. On the palate, it stimulates the tongue with a gentle schwappiness and a mild sweetness ✨. From then on, soooooo beautifully gone😊. I love this. It overturned the image of special honjozo in my mind ☺️. When I drank the rest about a week later, the bitterness in the aftertaste was a bit of a bother, but it didn't bother me as much once I let it sit for a bit and the temperature rose. It may be due to my physical condition, but I personally preferred the taste within a few days of opening the bottle 😆.
