I imagined it to be a modern sake from the label, but it's more of a classic in my opinion.
The taste of the rice is clear and dry on the palate.
As the temperature rises, the taste of the rice becomes clearer.
I prefer the balance when it is crisp and cold👍.
After 5 days of opening the bottle, it seems to have lost some of its sharpness and is now easier to drink.
