The first day I opened the bottle, I felt a strong alcoholic sensation because it did not suit my physical condition, so this is my impression on the third day after opening.
The aroma is mild and the taste is gentle, sweet and delicious.
It disappears after leaving a fluffy aftertaste.
If you keep drinking the sake on its own, it leaves a bit of bittersweetness on your tongue.
The appetizer was crab miso tofu, and it was delicious 😆.
It was good with cold sake, but when I heated it up, the sweetness and flavor increased to a good degree👍.
