純米の虜I bought this sake on the right side of the photo as a souvenir when I visited the Joetsu area in Niigata Prefecture.
According to the owner, this sake is delicious both chilled and heated. I have not tried it heated as I prefer to drink it chilled, but I think it is a medium-bodied sake with a good flavor. バイカーFruity and delicious!

Taste and drink♪ けんさThe aroma is very strong. The aroma is more like junmai than junmai, with a banana-like rice sweetness, and the flavor lingers for a while, just as the aroma suggests. The alcohol content is slightly strong at over 17 degrees Celsius, and the flavor has a strong presence. If not adjusted with water, it may make one intoxicated quickly.
It is a sweet sake without the refreshing feeling of a daiginjo. It would be even better if it were chilled. YamasakyA bottle recommended by Tachihara Sake Shop in Joetsu City.

The newspaper wrapper gave me an image of a fatherly feeling, but it was not like that at all; it had a clear and full flavor. お酒とおつまみFruity, mildly delicious
