The aroma is very strong. The aroma is more like junmai than junmai, with a banana-like rice sweetness, and the flavor lingers for a while, just as the aroma suggests. The alcohol content is slightly strong at over 17 degrees Celsius, and the flavor has a strong presence. If not adjusted with water, it may make one intoxicated quickly.
It is a sweet sake without the refreshing feeling of a daiginjo. It would be even better if it were chilled.
