Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶.
I was caught by the pop label and drank it 😆.
[Myoko Pink🩷]
It was a peach oolong tea. It was like a juice. I think if this kind of sake becomes popular, it will be more accessible to those who don't drink sake 🤗.
Mt. Myoko
It has a mineral taste like mineral barley tea. I heard that it is common in sake brewed by Echigo Touji. It has a light sweetness and a pleasant taste that goes down your throat 😚.
Hi Hiro 🐦.
I am quite interested in Midorikawa Masamune, but Myoko Pink🩷! I can't help stopping for a pink label (sealed as much as possible this year) lover 😆 Is it Sake✕ Peach Oolong?
Hi Pon😄
Yes, it's Sake✕ Peach Oolong ❗️ The peach component is made with white peach syrup, about 10% alcohol, and it's a liqueur.
It was right in the middle for pink label lovers 🩷😆.
Probably a regular sake 🍶.
One of a set of 30 local sake cups for the 20th anniversary of the Niigata Sake Festival.
Smells quite yellow 🟡. It has a sense of maturity. Goes well with Nara-zuke (pickles). The harshness lessens as you drink more. Goes well with Sanriku octopus.

For some reason, Mt. Myoko is often drunk at Ponshukan. It's a good cost per coin. I tried it heated today, and it goes well with warmed sake. It's hard to describe it as cashew nut-like, but the sweetness and umami came out nicely when it was heated.

Purchased in Niigata by KODEME. Aroma and acidity with a strong rice flavor typical of matured sake are first, then combined with brewer's alcohol to create a moderate saltiness. It has a unique and interesting flavor.
