Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

a four-ounce bottle about a glass It is sweet, slightly carbonated and very easy to drink. I think even people who don't like alcohol will say this is delicious. This is my friend's sake too, but I want to buy some myself and drink it all up! There is no word in my dictionary that says "put it to sleep" (laughs)!

The "88" refers to the process of rice production, and the handprint expresses the confidence that the maker has put his/her heart and soul into it. This junmai ginjo is the result of raising the rice as if it were one's own daughter. You can feel the mellowness and maturity of the carefully crafted sake.

I won't say "aroma", it's just a nice smell. It is sharp rather than rich, and has the weight of alcohol like a liqueur. It has a cooked rice type of aroma. It is smooth in the mouth, and if you are paying attention to the smoothness of the mouthfeel, you may forget about it, but when you swallow it, you will be hit by the alcohol. There is a very slight ashy smoky flavor. A dark sweet, rich liqueur. Shochu-like. It may be good with carbonated water. I enjoy the different kinds they have in this store. Hanakura
