Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

a four-ounce bottle about a glass It is sweet, slightly carbonated and very easy to drink. I think even people who don't like alcohol will say this is delicious. It was a drinking party at work😇. We could order a premium course, so we chose Myokozan, although there was also Koshino Katora and others. Myoko Sake Brewery, which is owned by the company that manages Kuimono Ya Wan! It is refreshing and slightly fruity. Even people who don't drink sake tasted it and said it was easy to drink! I'm going to participate in a sake event tomorrow, so I've decided to limit my sake consumption to this sake only 😅.

Myokozan Arabashiri. The proprietress purchased this sake at Niigata Sake-no-jin. The first aroma is slightly sweet like sugar candy. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes softly sweet like cotton candy. Although it is arabashiri, it is not rough and is very easy to drink. It was delicious 🍶✨️
