Miraculously, I won the draw 😆. Very nice aroma with a hint of muscat. When you take a sip, you will find a very good balance. The taste of the wine is soaked in moisture, and the elegant sweetness is impressive without being dull. The acidity is also moderate, and the beautiful aftertaste will make you disappear quickly✨. Ah, delicious ☺️. It's not easy to find, but it's not the kind of sake you can drink everyday, so it's a luxury you can only get on your wedding anniversary✨. I'm glad my wife loved it so much😊. Thanks for the treat♫. Sake rice: Yamada Nishiki from Tojo, Hyogo Polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16%. Sake cup used: Adelia Ajiya Glass

The aroma is mild and refreshing. It has a clean umami taste and a gentle sweet acidity. It has a slightly moist aftertaste. Compared to Hitokochikochi, it has more acidity and less bitterness. When the temperature rises a little, the clean feeling of the acidity fades and the bitterness comes forward a little. According to the sake shop, it is a little lighter than Hitogochi because it is freshly squeezed. As for the sake cup. If you change to a wine glass, you can feel the bitterness more easily. If you use a porcelain cup, you can feel the bitterness more. (The porcelain cup was opened 5 days after the bottle was opened. Personally, I like the porcelain glass the best👍. For now, I prefer Yamadanishiki Hi-ire. For now, I prefer Yamadanishiki fire-hardened, followed by Yamaenishiki raw and Hitogochi raw. I heard that the one that won the award is the fire-roasted type of Yamamanishiki, so if you have a chance, I'd like to try it once😊. Thanks for the food! The last time I drank a bottle of fire-roasted Yamadanishiki, it was delicious, so I decided to try a different sake rice. I asked the owner what he would recommend for a more refreshing sake, and he recommended this Hitogochi and Yamamanishiki, so I bought both bottles😊. Let's start with the Hitogochiki. I opened the bottle with a sip. The aroma is mild and a bit mellow. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the stimulation of a slight fizz. The bitterness lingers a little more clearly. The aroma is a little rich. I think there is a physical condition, but I felt that the next day's taste was better, including the coherence of the aroma. I think the acidity also became easier to feel 5 days after opening the bottle🤔. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great beer, but I'm not sure how much I like it. Thanks for the treat! I drank Akaban Omachi's before and enjoyed it so I bought this one too😊. This is the first day I could not drink it, so this is my impression after 2 days. The aroma is mild, unripe pineapple🍍? It's a little bit like a Cemedine. When you swallow it, you can feel the sourness and a little bitterness. In the aroma from the nose, I felt some nuance like brown sugar. I liked the Akaiwa Omachi I drank before, but my wife seemed to like this one, which was nice😊. Thank you for the treat. Now that I'm done conquering the whole country, I'm going to start drinking some of the sake I've been wanting to try. Ecru that's been sitting in the fridge for a while now 😆. The aroma is mildly refreshing. I also felt some woody elements, but I wonder if that's the aroma of the wooden bucket brewing process and yeast #6? In the mouth, there is a beautiful sourness and bitterness from a pleasant tingling stimulus, and a decent sense of umami at the right moment to swallow. It has a nice citrusy bitter taste with a good aftertaste. It's also low in alcohol content, so you can get drunk peacefully☺️. This is the first time I've had a proper ecru and it was delicious👍. I drank it over 5 days, but personally I think I preferred it from freshly opened to day 2✨. Thanks for the treat... Today, September 9th, is Chou-you-no-Sekku. We drink chrysanthemum wine to purge evil spirits and wish for long life. But we don't have chrysanthemums in our house, so we use honored chrysanthemums. It's been a while since I had chrysanthemums 😆. And after all this time, sunburst ☀️. I've been using it for a while now. I can also feel it. In the mouth, it has a moderate flavor and a slightly strong, refreshing acidity that is impressive and the aftertaste is short. As the name suggests, the acidity is effective👍. The last one to be painted on the map is Wakanami from Fukuoka Prefecture 😆✨. I was interested in this one because it was introduced by chance on the sake shop's Instalive. I was looking forward to it because it was my first time to taste the sake rice called Kotobukirinashi👍. The rice is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Yume-Ikken, and it is the best rice for sake brewing in Fukuoka Prefecture. It was registered in 2012, so it is still a young variety😄. The aroma is green apple and some semedyne. In the mouth, it has a slight tingling sensation on the tongue, a refreshing mouthfeel, a soft sweetness that spreads quickly, and a slight bitter aftertaste. It was refreshing but not too light, and I personally found it to be just the right balance👍. I'd like to try the other types too😊. That's it, you've conquered the whole country✨. I'm thankful that I was able to find a new favorite sake thanks to the map painting ☺️. There are still some more sake that I want to try, so I'm looking forward to enjoying them in various ways👍. I've wanted to try Yamori for a long time. And it's my first time to drink Tokyo sake! First day of opening the bottle. I smelled the aroma in my usual Adelia glass. Hmm? I've never smelled anything so unique. Aroma of rice🤔? It reminds me of Furozumi that I drank recently. It's a little similar in some parts. When you put it in your mouth, it has a tingly texture and a sweet umami taste✨. Then a little bitter taste. When you swallow it, the characteristic aroma comes out. I like the taste, but personally the aroma was a little bit bad for me 🥲. I tried warming it up a bit, and I don't mind the missing aroma so much anymore and the umami has increased to a good level😋. The flow from the sweetness to the sharpness in the mouth is smooth and delicious✨. 5 days after opening the bottle, the aroma calmed down a bit even in an Adelia glass, so I changed to a wine glass and this was a hit for me personally. I liked it a lot☺️. It's a great beer, but it's not as good as the other ones. It's not a bad beer, but it's not the best. It was meant to fill a map, but I wanted to try the other ones too😊. Hi takeshon😃. I'm sure Miyazaki and Okinawa will be popping up 😆. I've got a few liquor stores in mind, but Tokushima might be a bottleneck in terms of availability😅.

I opened the bottle with caution, but it opened quietly, probably because it was chilled well. The aroma is mature, with a hint of melon. I feel like I've smelled it before at Kaze no Mori. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fine bubbles sizzling. When it's cold, it's refreshing and dry, and in the latter half, it's crisp with a light bitterness. When the temperature rises, it becomes a little rounder, and you can feel a little acidity in the aftertaste. Either way, it was a beautiful and refreshing sake😄. If you're drinking it on its own, I personally prefer it to be a bit sweeter, but if you're pairing it with a meal, it's good😊. Thanks for the treat! The liquor store where I bought Yokoyama the other day had a sake server, so I bought my first sake by measure. It's great for people who want to try different kinds of sake😊. There are no labels on the small bottles sold by weight, so the proprietress kindly allowed me to take a photo of the bottle separately. The best drink I've ever had! The aroma of the sake is gentle and refreshing, but a little unique. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight softness on your tongue. It is neither too light nor too heavy, with a moderate sweetness, umami and bitterness spreading, and a slightly mellow aroma of rice passing through. It wasn't my favorite type on its own, but it went moderately well with the sweet and spicy flavor of the Yangnyeom Chicken😊. Thanks for the treat. I've been wanting to try a bottle of Yokoyama to fill in the map as well. We were short of dry sake (for my wife) in the fridge, so we talked to the proprietress at the liquor store and bought this one. The aroma is of melon and semedyne. When you put it in your mouth, it is crisp and sharp, with a beautiful umami and sourness, and a bitterness that appears for a moment, but quickly recedes. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. I'm glad my wife enjoyed it as much as I did😄. I'll buy the other Yokoyamas next time. Thanks for the treat! I was attracted by the design of the label and ordered it through Gonoi's free shipping campaign. It's a late Bon vacation and I'm feeling good, so I'm having a lunch with my wife. It has a beautiful ginjo aroma. When it is chilled, it has a slightly sweet flavor with a slightly strong bitterness and a crisp taste. The alcohol feeling comes at the end, and the aftertaste is short. When the temperature rises a little, the bitterness becomes a calm balance and it is delicious☺️. I thought again that the temperature is also important👍. Thanks for the treat! It smells like ramune. It's not sizzling, but it has a strange flavor that feels like rumune because of the scent. It also has a cool feeling. The lees are a little rough, and the texture is unique. Is it a little powdery? I had the impression that it was a little powdery. It might be something new type🤔. It wasn't to my liking, but it reminded me of the blue-bottled ramune candy I used to miss. Thank you for the treat. Sake rice: Gohyakumangoku from Aizu Rice polishing ratio: 55 Temperature: 16 degrees Sake cup used: Adelia Ajiya Glass
