This is my first brand. Looks delicious.
Good clean sake quality before mixing the oli! Even better when mixed! Silky and full of flavor! Thank you very much for the sake 😊.
Saijotsuru's Orikarami-nama-zake, which can only be drunk now, is located in Saijo, the capital of sake. A thick, sweet, juicy sake that is like concentrated lychee with a shwashy effervescence. It is a delicious combination of the traditional, sweet, rich sake of Saijo and the trendy fruity, light sake.
Saijo Sake Brewery Tour (4)
Saijotsuru Sake Brewery was full of customers, so we left after a quick tasting 💦.
Junmai Ginjo Aizan and Omachi.
I often prefer the Omachi...
But the sweeter Aizan was easier to drink and I preferred it because of its rich umami flavor!
The third picture is a dish we had at an izakaya (Japanese style bar) in the evening!
Fried oysters, gansu, cheese in a sake pot, etc.!
Gansu is a kind of tempura in Kansai (generally called satsuma-age?).
Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
It seems that depending on the taste of the region, the sake rice you prefer may vary 😊Oh by the way, other customers also liked Aizan and bought it 🤔.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Gansu🤤 is fried tempura (fish paste)! It's my favorite, especially Miyake's gansu when grilled in the toaster 😋.
There are other Hiroshima delicacies you should try like white meat (mino) tempura 🚅 again!
Hi Aladdin, good evening 🦉.
I was surprised to see a dish I've never heard of 😳‼️ and ordered it right away 😆 because it's near the sea, the sashimi and of course the processed food was delicious 😊I've never had white meat tempura either 😋 so next time I'll definitely try it 😋.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Gansu is tangy and delicious ✨
When Angirls-san eats something delicious on her show in Hiroshima, she says, "It's delicious, gansu." 🙄 I just had it the other day at an izakaya.
I just had it the other day at an izakaya 😙.
Good evening, Pon-chan😄.
Hiroshima is all about oysters 🤩.
I love fried oysters and I can tell how delicious they are just by looking at the ❤️ photo 🤤I'm sure you can't go wrong with fried oysters and sake 🥰.
Good morning, Pon 😃.
Saijotsuru! We haven't had it yet 😓I'd love to taste it 😋 if it's that popular ‼️
There are so many Hiroshima Gourmet 😍I want to visit again 🥲 and eat and drink 😄.
Hi, soumacho 🐦.
Hi! Gansu was delicious ❣️ and there are a lot of fish paste products in the supermarket, just like the Seto Inland Sea 😊.
I think I hear you say Angata Tanaka🤣This is my mother's hometown, a town known as the "countryside" 🤭.
Hi Hina Hana Mama 🐦.
I'm also a sucker for fried oysters 😆💕and yes, they do go well with sake too 🎶I wanted to try raw oysters too, but I held back because of my health 😅! They go well with sake too 🎶I wanted to try raw oysters too but I held back considering my health condition😅I want to go back for revenge!
Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦.
We happened to be in the same room 💦 and had to leave as if we were being pushed out 😆.
There were many dishes with names I didn't know and I ate a lot of them while holding back on the alcohol 🤣 I'll definitely try the gourmet food next time!
A bottle recommended by a liquor store.
I like ogara-mi, so I'm looking forward to it!
I've heard it's a little sweet, but the supernatant is quite sweet.
Maybe it's a little more refreshing when mixed with orikara.
But it's delicious!
It's easy to drink because it's unpasteurized.
Saijo Junmai Ginjo Betsuatsurai Orikagarumi Namaishu, a medium fresh Senbon produced in Tokai-Hiroshima.
The aroma is reminiscent of ripe LaFrance and white peaches.
The upper part of the nose is round, beautifully sweet with a spread of umami and a cute acidity. From the mid-part of the bottle, bitterness can be felt, and the wine moves through its phases with unexpected sharpness.
When the lees are mixed in, the aroma becomes milky and the breadth of the aroma becomes thicker and gentler.
The lees add complexity to the overall flavor and give it more depth and flavor.
I also felt a slight rummy sweetness.
It is good when there is sweetness and sharpness.
Saijotsuru Shuzo
Saijotsuru Omachi Junmai Ginjo Daichi no Kana

It has a deep taste.
#Nihon-shu
Souvenir from my son's trip to Hiroshima. I am grateful for it.
It is mellow and delicious.
I forgot to take a picture of the bottle. I uploaded a photo of my hobby of collecting labels.
Last Sunday I went to the Saijo Sake Festival in Hiroshima.
This is the second time I attended the festival after last year!
First, we went on a paid tour of the Saijotsuru Sake Brewery.
We learned a lot about the brewery, the history of Saijo and its production 😄.
As with last year's Saijo Sake Festival, we bought a limited edition sake from the brewery!
Cold sake
Aroma of grapefruit, white bean flour and rice
Light acidity and mild umami
Gentle volume
Slightly short aftertaste
Hello, Eezy-san!
I see you've been to the Saijo Sake Festival too 🎵.
When I see the third picture, I think of Saijo Sake Festival 😁✨✨.
The sake looks well balanced and easy to drink 😋😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-!
One-day Saijo Sake Festival ✨This year was also a festival with ambulance sirens 🤪🚨.
Saijo sake has a unique sweetness that went well with the strong flavored dishes 😋.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Gentle aroma of soft green apple 🍏.
As the day goes by, the aroma changes to a melon-like rich sweet aroma
melon-like scent as the day goes by.
Smooth and silky on the palate.
You can feel the umami of rice well. ☺️
The aftertaste is very sharp, and you can't help but drink more and more!
It tastes better when it is close to room temperature, as it has a deeper, mellower flavor. ☺️
Rice: 100% Omachi rice (Omachi rice produced in Akaban and Akasaka)
